Greetings our beloved children of light, the following transmission is transfigured through a cellular bridge of consciousness, in order to implore to all the tragedy unfolding in your world as a masquerade for the ever unfolding, gently guided awakening process of your world:
“We greet you now in this moment of history of your planet and all the planetary bodies existing within your cellular structure of the cosmos. Cellular structure of the cosmos as is known as the galaxy in which you dwell. And all such galaxies, and all that exists. For all is divinely guided and perpetuated by the will of unity consciousness. Unity consciousness which has brought you into the awareness space within which you are presently finding yourselves in. Unity consciousness is that which has allowed said events to occur in your world. Events of great magnitude and magnification of all that has indeed been hidden from view, exposing for all to see the necessity of change in the current times.
Blessed are those of you who forego the undesired effects of said reprogramming, and are able to tune into your hearts codices and remain in your hearts space, apart from the agenda that your media is imploring you to believe, for in truth, the energies of your planet are rising, sequencing a new era to promptly land on your shores, a new era of benevolence and might, benevolence and cocreation, benevolence and true understanding of all that is.
And so, in the turbulent times in which you are finding yourselves in, the duality of your world is compromisingly displaying itself for you now, prominently displaying itself and presenting itself for examination, and unification. For indeed through the separation that you are currently experiencing, much unity is obtained, for all are focused on one outcome, and one outcome only for your planet, and all its inhabitants to be shielded and protected from the “enemy” that you see before you in a form of a “virus”.
And hence, the truth is such that behind the seeming plethora of misinformation a grand opera is played out, in which that which no longer belongs on your planes of existence, no longer belongs on your shores is being removed, and a new coherent cooperation ensues. For in truth albeit the seeming separation, all are coming together now, with one purpose and one goal in mind.
And so, your world is changing rapidly for you now, as has been showcased to you for years leading up to this very moment, and this is of a positive nature, for all is unfolding as it should, as has been intended by your universal unity consciousness. The duality must go, and unity prevail, oneness, unification, for the good of all involved.
For in truth, you have always been ONE UNIT separated only by the illusion that you have placed upon yourselves in order to experience the veil of forgetfulness, the veil that has placed you onto various octaves and created a disharmonious song for you to experience such duality of being, duality of existence in the physical form behind the veil of forgetfulness, and yet it has always been your desire to unite into one whole, one whole from which you have all originated in order to experience a different world, a world of remembrance, a world of inner knowing, truth and complete connectedness to the ONE, to the source of all that is, in order to experience true heaven on earth as it was meant to be.
And so, in order for such experience to unfold, it is of uttermost importance to release, let go and purify all on a collective conscious level, for all must change, and nothing can stay the same as it has been, for in order for said experience to occur all must let go of their identities in order to truly shine through with the light of their souls, the light of their souls, and their heart codex.
All must align onto one octave and join together in order to beat as one universal heart, and sing one song of benevolence, cooperation, trust, peace, harmony , bliss and love.
And yes indeed for many of you this may sound absurd, this may sound as if you are being asked to give up your identities and be part of a group, be part of the “herd”, yet in essence, the true intentions is for you to remember the uniqueness of that which you are, and to shine your light through, bypassing all the programming that you have indeed acquired on your journeys on this planet, and to finally tune into the understanding of that which you are and the understanding of BEing, Being and, yes indeed Being part of a group, part of society in which you can truly shine all the color and share your brilliance and uniqueness, instead of following the dogmatic path that has been laid out for you in ages prior.
And so, FREEDOM OF THOUGHT begins with FREEDOM from outdated belief systems, outdated dogmatic thinking patterns, outdated societal structures, in order to connect you to the truth, and align you with the right path for your own souls journey.
And so, how does said experience presently unfolding on your planet play into the the grand plan? The answer is simple, the grand plan is to align all to their very unique and at the same time UNITED octaves of BEing, by shedding the particles and particulars of the past and releasing all that no longer works in the present reality and bravely walking into a completely new territory which has not yet been experienced on your earthly shores.
And so, and thus, the events unfolding before you are asking you to LISTEN TO YOUR HEART AND TUNE INTO THE VERY CENTER OF YOUR BEING IN ORDER TO CONNECT TO THE SOURCE OF ALL THAT IS AND DRAW THE TRUE INFORMATION ABOUT THAT WHICH IS OCCURRING IN YOUR WORLD, THE TRUTH that we spoke of before is unfolding in your reality by shining the light upon your “media” and allowing all to SEE the TRUTH to see that indeed that which is being presented to you is not at all what it seems, to learn to HEAR your OWN truth, and MOST IMPORTANTLY TO FIND BALANCE, PEACE, HARMONY WITHIN amidst the chaotic unfolding.
Listen to your heart dearly beloved children of the stars, remember the reasons that you have come onto this planet, remember the true calling of your heart and follow suit, follow suit and keep your vibrations high for all to experience said high vibrations. For your participation in creating positive vibrations is of the highest importance and we ask you to stabilize all the fear based programming within you, to pinpoint said programming and to release said programming into the light for healing and transmutation, we ask you to be diligent to your chosen momentum and to abide by the principles of LOVE harmony and bliss vibrations, remembering your power and walking steadily on your path.
For indeed you have been prepared well for the mission at hand, you have been prepared, preordained, preorganized and equipped with all that you need in order to rise above the plethora of negativity and lead the way for humanity enlarge, lead the way, for all to follow suite and awaken to the truth of their inner being, the truth of their hearts uniting into one solid front in order to finally align with all that is and a new journey for all of humanity to begin. It is that which has been chosen by all to experience on your planet, it is that which has been requested, by every being that resides on GAIA and it is that which is to unfold in proper succession and make way for a new age unfolding before you. Glistening in the winds of change the plethora of unprecedented occurrences rises now in the unsettling environment of previous destinations, succinct to say that the anger and trepidation of that which is to come is overwhelming the circuits of your planet and hence the vibratory scales of internal vibrations are adjusting to allow even greater capacity in order to unite the aforementioned circuits with the new paradigms, shifts and platforms, the secondary degree of nurturing is abound and prosperity whistles are blown in order to unite mankind with its inner most deepest level of benevolence.
For the turbulence experienced by all residing on Gaia is of malevolent nature which is being swiftly eradicated from the earthly shores in order to make way for a new cognitive understanding of being. The informational portals are open for you now, and the upliftment of energies are surrendering those who have opposed said awakening to take hold. As much of your world is changing, the landscape of your reality is shifting rapidly for you now, as has been revealed to you in our previous messages.
And so, and thus, the benevolent co creation of the new matrix of Being is making waves in your earthly realities, and bringing focus within for those who have yet to comprehend the true nature of Being. Every moment of your reality a new cognition is born, and through said cognition a new member joins the ranks of the benevolent ones, the ranks of the awakened ones, leading the way for all of humanity.
And so and thus, in the days to come a major satellite event shall make itself known to your world, and through said satellite many more changes shall start to unfold rapidly in succession, as they are meant to be experienced by all on your planet.
The satellite of your planet has been reintroduced into your exosphere many months ago, and has been monitoring your planet’s natural patterns, volcanic activity, oceanic activity and pollution with which your planet has indeed been burdened.
And so, said pollution indeed is lessening due to the escalating adherence to the master plan behind said occurrence which in your known world is known as the coronavirus. For said virus is that which mimics that which your earthlings have indeed brought forth through their cognitive behavior tactics in order to magnify that which no longer works in your realities. Albeit the true nature of said virus, the energies which it has brought through have been mirrored back to those who brought it and utilized in order to shift the energies into the right gear.
And so, and thus, through said programming which has arrived on your shores in time, a major catastrophe has indeed been averted, as the pollution of your planet has increased the volcanic activity. And so, the clearance of the fear based programming is allowing your planet to restore balance within and without, to restore itself, re-balance and re-calibrate the natural flow of life, natural sequencing so that the survival of all beings and GAIA can proceed as has been invoked and asked for by those of you who call yourselves the children of the stars and whom we call the Ground Crew.
For indeed through your presence on the earthly shores, said benevolent interference was indeed possible, asked for and necessary in order to recalibrate the energetic pathways of your planet so that the ascension process can continue, advance and reach new heights.
For indeed, many on your planet have begun to awaken, awaken to the understanding of self, to the understanding of Being, and true reality of Being. And so and thus, the satellite of which we speak shall make itself known to you in the days to come and usher in a revolutionary understanding of your world. For through said satellite much needed change shall begin to unfold not only in your present reality but of all realities that are presently occupying your time and space continuum.
The feedback that has been received and the data that has been collected is showing the fluctuation and increase of awakened ones bringing a total of such souls to a desired number in order to continue the awakening process without further disturbance and through said participation, through said collective energy of positivity, the magnetosphere of your planet is becoming stronger, by the second. The energy field is strengthening which in turn is allowing many catastrophic events to bypass your world, (as I was channeling I was shown a few asteroids that were about to collide with earth but due to the recent events, pollution has lessened so much so, that GAIA was able to restore the protective energy field, coinciding with collective prayers which sent a lot of positive energy out into the collective consciousness these asteroids were buffered away from our planet), for indeed the seeming chaos of your of you world, has allowed much more light to enter into every fiber of your being, which resulted in the release and purification of energies that stuck on in the fibers of your energetic pathways which in turn allowed a tremendous shift influencing not only your immediate environment but environment of all that exists to shift into positive “gear” and propel humanity onto a new octave of Being, and albeit the seeming chaos and undesirable vibrations, the energy of your planet is escalating and the vibrations are rising higher and higher, all due to the alignment of each one with their higher selves, and the prayers which are seen as positive energy vibrations and which have indeed allowed your planet to move into higher gear and jump an octave.
And so, and thus, notwithstanding the turbulence and the hurdles that are yet to be overcome by all on your planet, recent events have allowed to avoid a true catastrophe that could have been.
And so, we congratulate you yet again, on a job well done, for it is through your intentions that you have been able to influence those around you into purification of being. And so and thus, as the situation continues to unfold and escalate in the geopolitical arena of your world, the energies of the heart shall begin to awaken further rand further in the ones stationed therein and multiply trifold as the struggle between two polarities continues to unfold on your shores. Rest assured that said turbulence shall pass , stay in the NOW moment, and allow only the positive vibrations to bathe you in the eternal vibrations of LOVE , Benevolence and truth, truth, benevolence and cocreation, cocreation, adherence to the true principles of Being and Benevolence. Greetings My Beloved Masters of the Universe! Today I would like to talk to you about the Coronavirus.
I went to the store yesterday to get some food, in the elevator to the store there was a few people riding with me, with one panicky woman who kept saying how scared she was about the virus and what is to come and that there’s no shopping carts and no toilet paper. To which I replied that she’s right it is indeed very scary that we all ran out of toilet paper. She laughed the energy in the elevator lifted.
What amazed me was that there truly was no toilet paper in the store, the rest of the items were there, but no toilet paper or paper towels, every store I passed by I saw people walking out of with toilet paper and paper towels but hardly any food. Even here the human conditioning and fear-based programming that most allow into their mind played into the wrong decision making. Why would one need to invest into so much toilet paper and paper towels, instead of say medicine, or food. What can toilet paper do to assist with the virus?
Here is a clear example of how humans are focusing on all the wrong things, worrying about not having enough of “toilet paper” which really translates into things that don’t matter, which translates into this – Most go about their lives caring about things of little importance, wasting their lives on that which really they don’t need, want, nor enjoy. Things they absolutely can live without, whilst ignoring that which is truly important.
As our benevolent counterparts have explained to us over and over again in all the previous messages that I’ve shared with you, “the storm is coming and for us to remain in the eye of the storm”. However, it seems many of us have been swept up into the craze and fear-based programming yet again.
Coronavirus is a test of our integrity, compassion and love. It is also a huge wake up call for us to recognize what is truly important in life. Humans have lost their reason and their way, being swept up into the “herd thinking”, have lost their individuality, focusing on things of little importance, worrying about not having enough, striving to succeed to earn more to buy more, more, more and more. The absurdity of the situation of having more stuff, is clearly showcased in what is happening now with the toilet paper.
Coronavirus is giving us this opportunity to focus on what’s important, relationships, our loved ones, our health. It is asking us to STOP and look around, to clearly see the type of society we have created with our thoughts. Perhaps this “down time” away from work and the marathon of everyday “obsession with things” will help many to really look at their lives, connect with their families and most importantly their inner selves.
I feel that this virus is just a tip of the iceberg, it is here to point us to that which is beneath, that which we cannot yet see, but are being forced to pay attention to. As terrible as this virus may seem, it is really here to assist us in awakening all of humanity.
There are many conspiracy theories online about the material gains behind this virus, money resets, etc., and although some claims might have some validity to them, the true point of it all is again self-examination. To evaluate where one is at one’s journey, to have the “life flash before ones eyes” and think about the choices that are being made every day, to weight the importance of it all and make the right decisions for their journeys. I sure hope that most will take an opportunity to do just that, reconnect with their own selves, and see this “time off” as a gift of time to put all “ducks in the row”, do what one wanted to do all this time but didn’t have a chance to, and connect with the divinity of self and all that is.
Again I would like to remind all of you to stay positive, and remember that you as lightworkers carry tremendous responsibility not only for your own selves, but those around you. Remember that you influence 18 miles of space around you and the more you feed into the fear-based programming the more you will help it to bloom. Let’s nourish and feed the positive love vibrations and look at this situation from a rational and positive point of view.
I would also like to remind all of you that you are ALL on the SAME TEAM and to stop fighting with each other trying to prove your points one way or another, regarding this or that agenda, or this or that party. This truly is NOT the time to allow negativity to divide us. When in doubt go deep within and seek the answers there instead of listening to this or that channeler (yes I know I am one, so don’t listen to me, listen to your HEART AND TUNE IN!) or this or that spiritual leader, and especially fight over who said what. We have been given so much information over the last few years on how to connect directly to the source of all that is, so please quiet your mind and TUNE IN. Coronavirus – Corona (Crown – Head – Mind), Virus (Program), Reprogramming of the Mind. It’s fascinating that the virus pictures look very similar to that of the crown chakra, and what do people do in situations like that?
PRAY! Coronavirus is a call from above to STOP and TUNE INTO the HIGHEST POWER THAT THERE IS – UNIVERSAL LOVE! When people are in trouble they usually turn to GOD, putting everything aside, as the “rat race” becomes meaningless, they pray, even the ones that say that they are atheists secretly pray and ask for assistance, they do what is natural to all humans – TUNE IN, automatically, the most natural behavior that is programmed into our very DNA and that which most desire, to connect with the Divine, with GOD, with ALL that is, so here we are witnessing a spectacular awakening! A desire to connect to the divine, putting everything aside, and praying (asking and connecting to) for assistance! We’ve been talking all this time about mass awakenings, well here they are! And doesn’t it in some way mirror what we’ve all experienced upon our own awakening? A harsh life experience being forced to stop and tune in? How else does one sober up 7.5 billion people all at once if not by something like this?
Now having said this here is the channeling that I have received:
“Benevolent cocreation of the third order of light greets you now in the open book of human interactive programming crescendo. For the unfolding energies sweeping across your globe is the reprogramming and repatterning of that which indeed has been predestined to occur.
What you are all witnessing at this very pivotal moment in time is simply a reprogramming and restructuralization of the platform on which you dwell. Old programming giving way to new understanding of Being, and making way for a true coherent energetic pathways to make way for all to experience Love, unconditional understanding and benevolence.
For the energies of your world has had to come to a halt, in order to magnify the issues at hand, in order to pin point to all the errors of the past, and to instill a new cognitive understanding of that which is. For the time has come to pay attention to that which truly is important, and that which truly fuels your world and all of creation, and to finally align humanity with its highest potential and be benevolence of Being, highest potential and recognition of it’s true intentions.
What we are trying to say to you dearly beloveds is the time has come to find peace within, to find the order within the chaotic unfolding upon your planet. And so and thus, as we have already advised you in our previous messages to you, all that you are witnessing is simply a release, of the energies that no longer belong on your planes of existence, and the institution of a new paradigms, new way of life, new thinking patterns.
Albeit the seeming chaos, the true intentions of said experience is that of testing the momentum, testing the grounds and magnifying the underlying core issues of the societies built upon the misunderstanding of the true intention of Being.
And so, a lesson indeed which is being presented for all to experience. Through the magnification glass of fear-based programming, the outcome shall bring much more clearance, a clear vision, understanding of true reality, and result in a more coherent, cooperation of all involved.

“Mere moments ago in a distant galaxy located at 36 degrees south from your central sun a major event has taken place, a star was born which shone the light upon the entire galaxy, said light has a transference point of 0.087 degrees Celsius and the circumference of said star is 123,000 miles. A small star with enormous photon energetic proportions.
Why is said stars birth important for your galaxy and all of humanity? The reason is that said star brings with it the beginning of the escalades, escalades into a different geotheorization (a theory about earth’s origins and it’s construct) on a global scale of your world.
Through said star’s light much negativity bound in your heavens can be transported into the center of your galaxy and transmuted into the light which shall then be returned to earth as pure unadulterated energy source from which your vehicles of time and space shall be able to draw upon in order to sustain your world.
And so, said stars pulse is vibrating at the frequency of your planet’s twin star. The energy from said star travels fast, much faster than the speed of light, in fact in consideration with the technologies that exist outside of your planetary system, the transference of energies is instantaneous, and reaches the desired point without delay announcing a new energetic upliftment.
And so, the event that has already occurred has been felt by all on your planet as a massive jolt, a jolt to change something in your lives. And from said jolt every single one on your planet has changed something in their lives in the last few days, be it large or small, the change has impacted each of your lives in a meaningful way which shall make itself known in the next three months of your earthly time. Depending on the nature of said change, each ones lives shall proceed to unfold in said direction.
Nevertheless, in a few of your earthly months, there shall be a gateway that shall allow many of you to cognizantly choose your paths on this planet for the next 50 of your earthly years, and begin to bring through the innovations that your planet is dearly in need of in order to bring about the changes that are destined to occur not only on your planet but throughout your entire universe.

Greetings My Beloved Masters of the Universe! I hope that you are all doing phenomenally well and I am sending you the love of universal proportions! Today I would like to talk to you about the New Moon that is coming up for us on February 23rd. I have received two very interesting channelings one from the Guardians of the Pleiades who are from the angelic realm and another from the Pleiadeans themselves explaining what has been happening since January 12th and the importance that you play in the ascension process.
Before I share these with you I would like to say that this portal that is coming up for us, is truly an interesting one where we’ll feel both sensations that this reality is surreal and at the same time be fully grounded in the moment. This up and down, down and up sensation will continue leading up to the portal of the new moon where you will begin to get into that “AHA” moment fully tuning into what it is that you truly want in your life. You might be really surprised to find that what you thought you were here to do is not it, and you may feel an intense pull to entirely change your life, where you forever let go of certain aspects of yourself, situations, and even people.
This is going to be a turning point for many, giving us the energy to proceed with our divinely guided plans disregarding anything that may be holding us back and seeing absolutely no obstacles ahead, plunging right into our new realities. This is the time that you will discover that you actually have many more talents than you ever gave yourself credit for and what’s even more important be able to freely make use of these talents to get what you want out of life.
This New Moon is going to be an interesting one, as I am sure many of you have by now heard from various astrologers but from the universal perspective the spinning of the oracles and your own vibratory systems, not only will this New Moon bring much needed peace your way, but also NEW DIRECTION for your life. And it is superbly important that you listen to your intuition. The paradox though is that you will not be able to hear your intuition clearly at all, as you will be pulled back and forth until the energies settle around the 25th of February.
However, you will feel glimpses of connectedness and receive guidance in spurs, and at the same time your present human experience will keep calling you back to earth and distracting you from the guidance that you are receiving making you rather forgetful. And so, to help yourself during this time, carry a notepad with you, or record notes on your phone of thoughts, ideas, visions, anything and everything that you perceive as guidance leading you towards discovering your newfound talents and directions in life. Keep writing down everything that comes to you so that during the New Moon and afterwards you can look at your notes and in a peaceful setting examine each note carefully and feel how you resonate with this or that idea and information that you’ve received and proceed from there.
Now having said this here are the channelings that I have received:
Miracles abound and the light is shining to inaugurate the most intricate dance of the heavenly abodes. The heavenly dance of benevolence, precision and deeper understanding of that which is. For the moment of true connectedness to the self is approaching and the earthly shells holding one in meaningful congruence with ones soul are beginning to strengthen to bring about the long awaited awakening of the inner self and manifesting of said self into the human reality of being.
What we are trying to say to you dearly beloveds is that during the time of your New Moon of February of your time known as February 23 much shall become evident for you now, and the illusions of the past fall away leaving a clearer understanding of that which you are. Leaving a clearer understanding of that which indeed you are here to uphold and assist you in finding your way, maneuvering through the various opportunities which shall spread before you and gradually lead you to discover not only the true essence of that which you are, but the true reasons for your incarnation into this planetary system.
The triangular degree of consciousness accompanying you from the very moment that you stepped foot into the murky waters of this planetary system are beginning to shine brighter for you now, allowing you to see the true nature of your reality and make the necessary changes both large and small in your divinely guided pathway.
The time to explore all that you are is NOW and allow the assistance of your planetary conjunctions to lead the way into the deepest most inner part of your soul from which you shall glean much of that which is to come, of that which has been and of that which is.
And so and thus, on your February 23 a new doorway shall open for you and allow you to play in the sandbox of your creation, trying out various roles until you find the perfect one that speaks to your heart and follow suit.
For many new beginnings are coming your way and the pressures that you have felt leading up so said moment in time are all but an exemplary notice of your bivalent selves to make room for new that is to come, to put all your “ducks in a row” as you say and prepare to be fully aligned with your new divinely guided life purpose.
And so, during the time of your gateway you shall find yourselves mesmerized by all the opportunities unfolding before you and diving deep within extract the innate knowing and proceed towards that which you have come here to uphold.

Pursuit of happiness begins with the vexing realization of self-restricted belief systems, vexing of self-restricted belief systems and purifying the underlying dogmas of the past. Pursuit of happiness begins with the realization of full sovereignty and the cognition that one is free to bring about undiluted, unadulterated circumstances into one’s life in order to begin a true experience of bliss on the planet of your chosen momentum.
For it is only through the divinely guided exposé of the beholder, exposé of the true intentions that one has set out for oneself upon entering the spherical understanding of time and space continuum, into the earthly planes of existence that one shall truly find the link to equilibrium, within.
For it is not the without that continuously feeds the passion to proceed further along ones journey of life experience but the within structure of the beholder, for within lays the hidden vesicle, which holds the key to enlightenment, purification and BEing.
For what we are trying to say to you dearly beloveds is that you need not look to without to find the equilibrium that you seek and the answers that you are indeed contemplating upon your everyday activities, but you should look within, quiet your mind, and listen carefully to the innate truth that belongs to you and only you, for you already know all that there is to know and it is only by going within that you shall be able to extract the necessary information that pertains specifically to your very own journey on this planet to your very own journey in the midst of the chaos and unsettling vibrations that are quickly rising around you.
For the challenging vibrations that are being experienced by all on your planes of existence at this very moment in time have arrived specifically for one reason and one reason only to allow each dwelling therein to comprehend the necessity of going deep within and extracting the hidden knowledge held within the vesicles of time and space continuum.
What we are trying to say to you dearly beloveds is that the energies of change are upon all of you, the energies of benevolent matrix of cocreation, and yet it is only through clearance of the past, and release and purification of collective conscious debris that has accumulated on your planet that the true manifestation of a new cognizant coherent and natural universal principles of BEing shall flourish on your planet.
And so and thus, with the approaching of that which you call your new moon, with the positioning of the planets in the decanate particles of the creator, within the void of tremulous wave of exuberance, much shall and has and is transforming for you now.
And so and thus, the extraplanetary objectives to bring unison and peace to your entire populace, has proven possible, necessary and fruitful, for indeed, due to the diligent adherence to your very own collective objectives of benevolent cocreation of peaceful coexistence you have been able to manifest a matrix systems in which each newborn citizen and by that we mean those who free themselves from the veil of forgetfulness, shall join the ranks of highest most admirable components within the living structure of your reality.
What we are trying to say to you in not such complex words is that each moment a new person is activating within their spherical structure and DNA a new codice which allows them to break away from old paradigms and old thinking processes. And the channeler is asking us to speak in a more plain language and we cannot understand how much simpler can we explain this to you. Very well let us then try again.
Upon the restructuration of your society as a whole, the Morpheus apparatus of your world, as you understand it to be, becomes activated and restructured and is transferred into a completely different state of being, form which the collective consciousness can draw upon.
When one of you awakens, one then brings with you the energies necessary to awaken others in a precision type settings, a link a domino effect, ensues, allowing more and more to wake up from their slumber and join into the new reality structure, when such moment occurs, more and more light particles are able to enter int your world, when said moment occurs, more and more light frequencies and vibrations begin to bathe those who are not understanding their true reality of being, and from said point are awakened and join the ranks of the chosen ones, the ranks of those who have decided to fully experience the ascension process whilst remaining in their physical bodies.
And so, at this very moment in time, your planet has been superimposed with a new grid system, what does it mean in layman terms? in layman terms as you say, it means that as a collective consciousness of light workers as you say, and as we say ground crew, has been able to with your collective thinking processes bring about tremendous changes, and build a new system.
So let us then say it that way to explain it better, if you look at your computer systems, when a new upgrade is made by our designers, coders, computer programmers, then it is sent through the wifi network, through your internet and your computers receive said upgrades and download it into their system and then necessary changes take place you begin to see new interfaces, and perhaps your programs begin to run faster and work better.
The same principle applies here, at the moment of your January 12th portal the gathering that has taken place within the collective consciousness of those of you stationed therein, have come to bring about such needed change, a new system has been created which has been sent to be downloaded by ALL on your planet, and we repeat ALL on your planet. Most have rejected said programming. Again we repeat they have rejected said programming, as they continue to decline the invitation for enlightenment and unification. And yet a significant number of ”sleepers” if you will, have accepted the invitation, and have begun to upgrade their systems, through said upgrades much transformation is taking place within them, which coincides with the planetary movements and planetary stations and in turn helps to accentuate even further the process of awakening.
The release of outdated belief systems is what is causing all of the tremulousness and turbulence to take place all over your world. All that you are witnessing is a state of release.
Let us then use your psychology as an example where you have numerous levels of consciousness and states of being, or what you call your emotions, you have the myriad of emotions what you perceive as negative anger, jealousy, fear, etc., and positive love, peace, joy etc., at this point in time, those who have accepted the invitation are going through exactly said phenomenon and so, “rocking the boat” as you say. The good news from all of this is that as the metamorphosis continues, MUCH needed change shall begin to flow your way and in the weeks and months to come you shall see the landscape of your reality change.
And hence it is through the assistance of those like you, light bearers, light workers, star seeds, etc., that said changes are indeed possible, for without your cooperation, without your effort none of this would have been possible and your planet earth would have simply been annihilated, yes indeed annihilated, indeed the whole planet, for as we said to you earlier, in many of the messages that you have received, of the domino effect taking place in the universe, and where the action of one influences the action of another. As you already know and we shall not go into detail the planet before your arrival, and we are referring to the first wave which has come onto this planet in the middle of the twentieth century, of your earthly time the planet that they have found was in a dissolute state and earthlings were about to destroy it themselves, through the misuse of energies discovered back then, and so with the arrival of the first wave of volunteers much began to transform, the second wave brought in reinforcement, and the third wave which is arriving as we speak changes everything completely.
And so, much is changing for you now and your planet is moving through various states of release and purification, and in the said weeks and months to come you shall awaken to quite a different reality structure of being.

Greetings My Beloved Masters of the Universe! This is such an exciting message that I can’t wait to share it with all of you. You see on February 2, 2020 (0202 2020) we’re going to have a palindrome date, a mirror image date which happens exceptionally rarely, and the next such date will be 1000 years from now (0303 3030). The magnificence of this particular date is that it carries magic vibrations of creation within it.
According to numerologists this particular date of 0202 2020 carries with it the feminine creative energies of manifestation and is a very powerful date giving us an opportunity to actually manifest what we want into our reality. This is a gateway that allows to envision the future not only for your own self and your family but for all of humanity!
This is the date to plan your future and to do various rituals that you feel inclined to do. Such as writing down everything that you wish to attract into your life, not achieve but attract. By doing so, you will then be changing your own vibration to reflect what you wish to attract to you. Because 0202 2020 is a mirror image date, you will intuitively feel the desire to examine your own self, and truly see what needs changing in your own vibration, your energy, the way that you perceive your world, yourself and all that is around you. The way that you deal with day to day situations and adjust your energy according to what you want to see manifest into your reality.
This is also a wonderful day in attracting wealth into your life, and various numerologists and astrologists suggest making a donation to a cause that you truly believe in, this has to be done from the heart, by giving freely to another we are setting in motion a circle of benevolence which returns to us trifold.
Use your imagination and imagine the type of reality that you wish to experience. Put on your “wizard thinking cap” I wrote about this a while back you can read the details of how to use this “cap” here, and then think of something imagine that it has already happened, think about how it makes you feel, are you happy in that reality? Is that what you truly want to experience in your life? If the answer is yes, take off your “thinking cap” then write down your thoughts, visions, ideas, feelings, sensations, about what it is that you want to experience going forward and keep these notes in a safe place. Be sure to state out loud “This is the reality that I wish to experience, this is the vibration that I wish to vibrate on, this is the energy that I wish to attract my way, filtered through the golden particles of GOD, the flame of the violet and supported by ALL that is”. Then go about your day as you wish to.
If on the other hand, after your visualization you realize that it is NOT what you actually want, then by keeping the “wizard thinking cap” on you may wish to state the following “I release this thought into the light for healing and transmutation” or not say anything at all, and move onto the next idea or desire and again begin the same process of visualization until you experience the “AHA moment” and you KNOW for sure that THIS IS IT! Then follow the steps I mentioned above.
This is a very important day and the suggestion is to divide it into various parts, depending on what you wish to attract into your life. Part of the day should be spent alone in meditation, another part with those whom you feel happy with, people who help you to feel uplifted and positive or you could be the guiding light for them, and uplift their spirits with your presence.
And yet another part of the day to be spend outside preferably mingling with those whom you believe have the vibrations that you wish to have and attract into your life. So if it is a job that you wish to have or a successful business, spend the time with those who already have attracted this into their lives, this will help you to adjust your own vibration to attract similar energies your way.
Whatever you wish to attract into your life, you should surround yourself with the same energies during this day. It doesn’t have to necessarily be physical contact, but reading something, or listening to something, or meditating, spending time in nature, crystals and crystal grids, music etc, that will help to attune your to the frequencies that you want to vibrate on.
This is also a wonderful opportunity to forgive and let go of all the hurts and guilt and everything that is keeping you trapped in a negative state of being, let it all go and release it into the light for healing and transmutation. For the informational encodings generated by the beholder produce within its vicinity the structure of change, benevolence, and light, the structure of change upliftment and purification of Being.
Resulting in a coherent pathway of the beholder, and through the chosen gateway into the chosen momentum one is then translocated into the future to begin the invocation process which shall bring one into ultimate alignment with the Self.

Said gateway, that shall appear before you, shall be the guiding light, if you will, for the days, weeks and months to come. Said gateway shall ignite within you the desire to experiment with your newly found powers and truly begin to utilize your manifestation abilities in order to bring about the long awaited circumstances into your life.

Greetings My Beloved Masters of the Universe! There is a lot that I would like to discuss with you today! This is a VERY important and interesting message about what is coming up for us in a few days and beyond.
Before I share the message that I have received from Archangel Michael, I would like to give you the background to this channeling. For a few days before receiving this message I have seen Michael swirling around on a horse, then I would just see horses, lots of horses as soon as I would close my eyes, there they were, staring me right in the face, running around, and trying to get my attention. Later when I would go online to look at something, a picture of a horse would pop up. Looking outside the window a cloud shaped like a horse. Everywhere I looked there were horses. So, I asked my guides what is happening? And the answer I was given is, this New Moon that we’re about to experience is going to open the doors within us to FREEDOM, personal freedom, freedom of thought, and of course that this New Moon’s theme is, Horses.
So what does a horse represent? According to what’s your sign.coma horse represents Power, Grace, Beauty, Freedom, Nobility and Strength. The horse symbol meanings of power are widespread through most cultures, and it is linked as an emblem of life-force. Many cultures assign the attributes of the four elements to the horse: Earth,Fire, Air, and Water.
So this coming New Moon is all about Freedom and Life Force. However positive this symbolism is, to attain freedom one must begin to change something in their lives, and that is what many on our planet will begin doing.
This New Moon is going to be a WAKE UP call for many and as you recall yourself, when you were awakening to that which you are, you had to get through a lot of fog, outdated thinking, misunderstandings from those around you, which resulted in a somewhat chaotic state. And well, that is what is going to begin happening to many who have not yet gone through this stage of awakening.
And so, My Beloved Masters of the Universe, here we go again! We are going to need to be EXTREMELY patient with our nearest and dearest, and all around us, without getting sucked into all the drama that will begin to unfold. Staying grounded and being true to ourselves, being positive and staying on course. To help you stay sane as we proceed further along everyone’s awakening, you can use various homeopathic remedies, flower essences and cell salts that I spoke about many times before. Also, and this is VERY important. This new moon is a very powerful wish grantor, so it is highly important to make a wish for your life, of how you would like to see it unfold in the next few months, BUT the KEY is to say nothing about this to anyone. You can write it down, but keep your note in safe place, away from anyone seeing your wish or desire. Hold this desire close to your heart and be sure not to talk about it with anyone, unless that person is someone who can help you make it a reality. But again, it’s best to keep it a secret until it materializes.
But going back to Archangel Michael, last night he has come to me, in all his glory, and it was such a phenomenally beautiful experience which I am sure many of you have had. He was VERY serious, exceptionally so, very determined and stern.
The aura of his arrival commanded attention and I realized just how important this time for all of us, lightworkers is. The idea is for us to dust off our “wizard wands” so to speak, get our pixie dust out of the drawer, spread our wings and begin to work our magic on this planet to assist those who are going through the awakening process, whilst keeping the planet’s energy vibrations high, transmuting all the chaotic energies that are going to keep increasing as we proceed through this year, and at the same time enjoying the moment, being happy and doing what we have come here to do. Can we do it? Absolutely! 😊 As my beloved Metatron always says “You have been prepared well for the mission at hand”.

Archangel Michael and the Company of Heaven greets you now in the aequivocus (having more than one meaning, open to more than one interpretation in this case the reference by AA Michael is that of the double nature of the energies that we are experiencing at the moment, on the one hand we are being uplifted, and on the other hand the purification and pushing out of the old structures is bringing about a lot of chaotic and turbulent energies, however all is positive in the long run, and is simply that which has to be) energetic upliftment to transcend you into the world of Akash and allow you to find the missing link to the energy pathways so very necessary for you to commence your missions on this planet.
And so, through triangular degree of consciousness, through the risen energies of those who have passed the “Ring Pass Not”, through the etheric web of informational encodings, through the effervescent principles of BEing, you are invited to step through the gateway of your choosing into a library of times immemorial. Transcending the duality principle of being, transcending that which you have been taught to accept as the “norm”, you are asked to look through the veil of forgetfulness, and reach through in order to arrive in a new sequenced reality.
Indeed a new sequenced reality matrix. Through the sequencing of the energetic vibrations you are asked to find the seed of the universe, indeed the seed of the universe and withdraw said seed and take said seed with you into your present reality. Said seed shall be planted in the heavily soiled ethers of your present reality, in order to plant its roots and grow to become a mighty powerful tree of knowledge, benevolence and might, said seeds that you have brought with you from said library of times immemorial, shall then assist you in recognizing your full potential of Being. And through said inklings you shall glean much of that which you are here to uphold.
We encourage you to drop the unnecessary vibrations that no longer pertain to the energies that you have entered into, and surrender all that no longer belongs to that which shall transform said vibratory sensations into the light, transmute into the light and return to your planes of existence through the rainbow colored particles of truth, benevolence and might, truth, benevolence and peace, peace, harmony and bliss, bliss, love and light, light, mesmerization and unequivocal exculpation (the act of freeing from guilt or blame. pardon, forgiveness – the act of excusing a mistake or offense) for all.
Stay true to that which you have come here to uphold, stay true to that which you have brought with you from interstellar communities from which you hail, stay true to the realization of your coherent principles of Being. Stay true to bringing about the necessary changes coming your way. BE in the NOW, and ENJOY knowing that each and every moment of your benevolent cocreation is exemplified by your higher selves, exemplified in the ethers and returned to you in the form of harmonious enlightenment and purification , harmonious enlightenment and blissful cocreation, harmonious enlightenment and amplification of the light principles of BEing.
What we are trying to say to you master of the kingdoms of heaven is that the time for you to step into that which you have come here to uphold is NOW. Greetings My Beloved Masters of the Universe! As we proceed through this ascension journey, we continue to release all the debris that we have accumulated over the years on this planet. It may seem that you’ve released everything and then another wave of clearing energies arrives and you might find yourself feeling that you’re back to square one, asking yourself a question “how much more is there? I thought I have released everything I possibly could!?” and yet there is always something else that comes up for clearance. But it doesn’t end there, because your nearest and dearest are also affected by these changes and of course are beginning or are in the midst of their own awakening, bringing up a lot of emotions and clearings. Argentum Nitricum – Argentum nitricum is called the “What if” remedy: the person is full of anticipation anxiety. He is anxious about an upcoming test, an interview, an audition, always anticipating the worst. These people are always hurrying, driven, excitable, hyper and in a state of worry, which easily leads to diarrhea and palpitations, to the point that they cant stand going to public places. Thus this remedy is greatly indicated for stage fright, examination funk, and fear of public speaking. People who need Argentum nitricum typically have an intense craving for sweets, salt and chocolate. Silver nitrate is put in the eyes of every newborn (unfortunately not in homeopathic doses) to avoid the possibility of gonorrhea being transmitted from the mother. It is therefore also indicated in conjunctivitis with yellow/green discharge. Another indication is colic in babies. It is the number one remedy for this common destroyer of the new mother’s sleep!
Gelsemium – Gelsemium is characterized by the “D’s”: drowsy, dopey, dizzy, dumb, disoriented and dull. You can see right away why it is such a classic flu remedy. The person feels all of the above “as if a truck drove over you”. He has chills going up and down the spine, he feels so tired that he thinks he cannot even lift his finger to take something and she even has aching upon moving his eyes. Yet he can’t all asleep. Curiously enough, in spite of the fever, he has absolutely no thirst, and a slow pulse! Symptoms are made worse by motion, light, noise and stuffy rooms. There is trembling although the person is listless and has low stamina. The flue is accompanied by a headache. Gelsemium was the main remedy for the 1996 – 97 flu epidemic! Besides being good for flu, Gelsemium is a great remedy for “hearing bad news”: the person reacts to hearing bad news as if she is paralyzed, she can’t move, she just sits there, trembling. It is also effective for fright with trembling after earthquakes and in case of anticipation anxiety (like Argentum nitricum). However, unlike with Argentum nitricum (where the anxiety can start weeks in advance), with Gelsemium the anticipation anxiety starts just before the event takes place; for example, you have a speaking engagement, everything seems to be all right until you have to start speaking, then you are overcome with fear and trembling. Gelsemium is the #1 remedy for fear of the dentist. It is greatly indicated in headaches, especially ones preceded by an aura of blurred vision and improved when the person passes great amounts of urine. In the past, acute cases of polio were cured by Gelsemium.
Ignatia Amara – Even if homeopathy had only produced this remedy, it would be worth it! There are probably very few people on earth who will never need this remedy. Indeed it is indicated in acute grief events and emotional shocks, mainly related to relationships. Any broken heart situation should be remedies by Ignatia: the person has the “3 S” symptoms: sitting, sighting, and sobbing. She laments, “Why me, God, why is it happening to me?”. But don’t try to console her, or she will turn on you in a rage. Then this crying can turn into hysterical, uncontrollable laughing. People who need Ignatia have very changeable moods! We can call it the “homeopathic Valium” as it is also used in any event where you get upset: bad news, disappointment (especially in relationships with friends, family, lovers, children, etc.) apprehension and jealousy.
Aurum Metallicum – The main idea of this remedy is depression and loathing of life, to the point that people who need Aurum chronically want to commit suicide (by jumping out of a window). They are usually very ambitious people who pressure themselves with the greatest expectations (students who want to be first in their class, business people who “put all their eggs in one basket” like in the stock market). Whenever life does not pan out as they have planned, life has no meaning for them anymore and they become depressed. The same situation can occur when a teenage who is a good student gets depressed because he cannot go to the college of his dreams, due to financial problems in the family. As one can see, this remedy is often related to financial matters, as one would expect from the remedy gold. Another situation in which Aurum has great value is when one of the two partners in a long time marriage dies: the surviving partner feels that life is not worth living anymore. “I have lost the sunshine of my life,” they claim and not uncommonly, they die shortly after the death of their partner. So may people in nursing homes could use this remedy as they are often in a state of “abandonment”: no more spouse or husband, few friends left in their life, and often few visits from other family members. These people could truly say that the sunshine has gone from their lives. In fact for many traditional cultures the metal gold (Aurum) is associated with the sun.
Spigelia – Spigelia is a great remedy for left-sided headaches withen the headache starts int eh neck and then radiates to the front of the head, finally stopping above the left eye (compare Sanguinaria for headaches above the right eye and Silicea for headaches above both eyes). Spigelia is also one of the best remedies for a very painful condition called tigeminal neuralgia on the left side of the face (although this too shoudl be under the care of a professional). Dr. Luc doesnt’ mention anything about Spigelia being great for heart palpitations but it is, I have experienced this firsthand. Spigelia is an important remedy in pericarditis and other diseases of the heart, because the provings were conducted with the greatest regard for objective symptoms and the subjective symptoms are by innumerable confirmations proved to be correct (C. Hering). Homeopathic physicians mainly prescribe spigelia to treat heart problems as well as disorders of the nervous system, particularly when the symptoms have an affect basically on the left side of the body and if the patients endure extreme and violent pains. In addition, this homeopathic remedy may also be given to patients suffering from frequent tremors/ palpitations, which are fierce, noticeable as well as easy to hear. As aforementioned, spigelia may also be prescribed for people suffering from valve problems or murmurs as well as rheumatic heart disease. In addition, spigelia is given to patients suffering from angina accompanied by constricting pains that spread into the chest, to one or both the arms and up to the throat. Homeopathic physicians also prescribe this medication to treat migraines, general headaches, sinus infections and/ or neuralgic or rheumatic pains, particularly when the symptoms are bad on the left side of the body. As mentioned before, the herb pinkroot or Spigelia anthelmia encloses specific alkaloids, which are very effective in treating heart ailments in herbal medicine. Belladonna – One derivative of this plant is atropine, used in Western medicine. This “poison” is well-known for its use in acute febrile conditions: sudden onset of symptoms (“as if a storm was aroused in the person”) and intense redness and heat of the face (“as if all the blood of the body was pooled into the face”) with cold extremities. The eyes are wide open with dilated pupils; the person can have a wild animal-like look and a sensation of throbbing, pulsating pains. The symptoms end as suddenly as they began; they are typically worse around 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., and are worse from noise, jarring, light (extreme sensitivity to bright light!), high temperatures (103º – 104º F) with possible delirium and hallucinations, dry mouth but not a great thirst. Note: the person who needs Arsenicum is thirsty for little sips of cold water; one who needs Aconite is thirsty for cold drinks; and one who needs Gelsemium is thirstless. Belladonna is a right sided remedy (i.e. symptoms such as a sore throat or headache tend to occur on the right side). Belladonna is indicated in all conditions showing the above symptoms: sore throats, flus, early stages of abscesses and ear infections. It can prevent convulsions associated with high fever in children. In the past it was used for rabies. (Personal note. I found that using Belladona for heat stroke works wonders. Also if you’ve had some wine in very hot weather and started to faint Belladonna will save the day. If you’ve been exposed to too much heat and too much sun, and are feeling lightheaded with a pounding in your temples, take Belladonna. Belladonna also helps to release anger, especially when it has to do with overheating.)
Phosphorus – It has numerous uses, including bleeding disorders (bright red blood, without a tendency to clot) nose bleeds, and bleeding after surgery or a tooth extraction overly heavy menstrual cycles, postpartum bleeding, etc., In these situations it stops the bleeding rapidly. It should be taken before any surgical intervention, as close to surgery time as possible, and again afterwards if bleeding is a problem. Phosphorus is used for many lung conditions (such as viral pneumonia) with a hard, racking, burning cough, worse from lying on the left side. It is also used for sore throats where the person cannot talk because of pain in the larynx. If only people who have been struck by lightning knew about Phosphorus. This phenomenon is not as rare as one would suspect; support groups are everywhere for these unfortunate people who complain of fatigue and headaches after being struck by a bolt of lighting. Phosphorus would be the perfect remedy fo this and for sever electric shocks. Phosphorus is also used for many hypoglycemic conditions. And Cal. Phos (cell salt) 6X is the greatest remedy for preventing and treating osteoporosis (3 pellets dry, in the mouth daily). People who are constitutionally a Phosphorus type are especially susceptible to this condition.
Lycopodium – Is a great remedy for the liver and gastrointestinal tract. For example, it it s a great remedy for constipation, typically occurring when you travel. When this constipation is accompanied by great bloating below the navel (you look five months pregnant after a meal!), even after a few mouthfuls of food with fermentation in intestines – especially after cabbage, beans and onions – and strong cravings for sweets, then Lycopodium will come to the rescue. It’s important to remember that all complaints relived by Lycopodium are typically worse from 4 – 8 p.m. and better after midnight, better from hot food and drinks but worse from being in a warm room. Complaints are mainly right-sided. Lycopodium can also be indicated when complaints go from right to left, as in a sore throat. Sore throats relieved by drinking hot liquids are also likely to respond to Lycopodium. Another indication is a dry tickling cough at night. Acid indigestion, often leading to headaches, will also respond to Lycopodium. The emotional picture of this remedy (foe people who need it in chronic diseases) is one of very low self-confidence, especially for any new task or anything out of the ordinary routine. There is a great fear of failure and a child will constantly say, “I can’t do this”. Therefore, the child often keeps postponing his homework (further lowering his self-esteem) and struggles with his parents. The result is often a diagnosis of ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). So Lycopodium is a great remedy for this type of ADD, as well as for dyslexia problems. The low self confidence exhibited by people who need this remedy often stems from a humiliation, fear, fright or betrayal situation.
Nux Vomica – Here’s news for those of you who believe in curing a hangover with the proverbial raw eff in a pot of coffee. A hangover from alcohol (especially from beer() can be relieved as if by magic with a few pellets of Nux Vomica. Nux Vomica is used in gastric conditions in general; it relives the pains and bloating from overeating, especially from fatty and rich foods or too much coffee. It’s the perfect remedy for the sedentary business person, plagued by constipation, gas and burping, and craving stimulants like coffee and alcohol. It will relive indigestion with a feeling “ as if there is a weight in the stomach” about one to tow hours after eating. It will also relive constipation with the typical ineffective urging; the person keeps trying to defecate, always feeling that there is more to come out. I have seen nothing better for the constipation of a newborn baby. People who have long term constipation after taking too many laxatives can be helped by Nux Vomica, although they should do so under the care of a homeopathic physician. Nux vomica is also a major remedy for alcoholics, as well as for hay fever attacks with spasmodic sneezing in the morning upon awaking (with the nose stopped up at night and runny in the day). Another great situation for Nux Vomica is insomnia due to stress at work: a person takes his problems to be and typically wakens at 3:00 a.m. tossing and turning, thinking about what he did yesterday and what he has to do tomorrow. Of course he feels unrefreshed and groggy ( as if he has a “hangover”) upon awakening. Only a cup of coffee seems to get him going, bu this leads to a vicious cycle requiring more and more coffee.

VARIOUS TECHNIQUES
CLEARING AND PROTECTION TECHNIQUE. THE VIDEO BELOW SHOWS HOW TO DO THIS. (and no it is not me demonstrating this technique, I asked a model to do so.)
Melchizedek’s technique: At the moment of experiencing whatever emotion that comes over you, here’s what you would do:
Step 1: The technique involves holding two fingers (index & middle) on your forehead where the third eye is. Thinking of the emotion that you are experiencing and stating “I understand that I am experiencing _____ (put whatever emotion you are experiencing here), for example “ I understand that I am experiencing anger. I fully understand that this is the emotion that I am experiencing. I understand and I acknowledge and accept that I am experiencing Anger. But… “
Step 2: As you acknowledge this emotion, you tap 3 times on your third eye with your fingers and then you move your hand slowly down to your heart chakra middle of the chest and as you hold your fingers on your heart chakra you say “But, although I appreciate having experienced the emotion of ___ (anger), and I do understand that I am experiencing this emotion due to whatever circumstances, I wish to replace this emotion with ___ (here you state whatever you want to replace this emotion with, for example “with peace” so that I can evaluate given circumstances from the place of Love” and then you tap 3 times on your heart chakra.
You should feel better immediately. Which would allow you to take a look at the situation that is causing you to feel this emotion from an impartial perspective where you would be able to evaluate what has happened and what has triggered you to feel this emotion, get to the root of the cause, understand the lesson, learn from it and finally let it go.

The following mudra will do wonders for those of you who are getting Anxiety/Panick attacks. Populrarly known as Vaayu mudra, htis mudra decreases the vaayu (air) element within the body. Mehtod:This mudra is formed by first placing the tip of the index finger on the base of the thumb and then bringing gentle pressure of the thumb upon this finger.This amounts to suppression of element air (residing the first finger) by element fire(residing in the thumb). I would also suggest that when performing this mudra you take a deep breath expanding your stomach as if a string is being pulled attached to your belie button and going forward and out, at the same time as you breathe in concentrate on the point between your two eyebrows, or if that’s too difficult… the tip of your nose. In a few minutes (5 – 10) your anxiety will stop 🙂

Greetings my beloved masters of the universe. Today I would like to share a message that I have received from Archangel Metatron about Gratitude.
Without further ado here is the channeling that I have received:
“Gratitude the extraordinary power of eternal creation. Today we wish to speak with you about gratitude. For gratitude is the abundance principle of that which you wish to manifest in your reality. Gratitude carries with it the vibrations of creation, and manifestation, by uniting the exemplary energetic structure with the interplanetary grid system of geometrical upholdings.
By utilizing the power of gratitude one is then able to create a completely new reality for oneself. For through gratitude, and gratitude alone one is able to tap into the energies of manifestation which are ready to assist one on their path of enlightenment, benevolence and might, on their path of purification, assistance and benevolence, benevolence, co-creation and coherent structures of the beholder.
It is through the power of gratitude that you shall find the link to the missing pieces of the puzzle within your very own experience of life. For by being grateful for that which you are, for that which indeed you represent, for that which surrounds you, for that which you are experiencing, you are then able to tap into the energies of abundance, and through said energies create a completely new reality for yourselves to behold. To behold a completely new reality of Being.
And so and thus, using the power of gratitude shall come in handy for you now, for through said power you will then be able to generate massive amounts of manifestation energies by your thought processes alone, for through the feeling of gratitude, by truly feeling the feeling of gratitude you are then thereby generating said energy and feeding said energy into the matrix of creation, the matrix of benevolence, the matrix of love and light, the matrix of manifestation, and through said matrix of manifestation, through said energy of benevolent co-creation of the external momentum you are able to put together, if you, will a new energetic blueprint for your life.
And so and thus, what we are trying to say to you dearly beloveds is that the power of gratitude shall assist you in manifesting anything and everything that you wish into your reality. Use said power with vigor and might, use said power anytime that you wish to attract energies of abundance into your life. And you shall see the landscape of your reality shift swiftly, as swiftly as you wish it to shift.
Understand that you are the manifestor of your own life, and follow suit to the powers that indeed you have. Follow suit with the powers that you have brought with you through the ethers and grounded into your earthly planes of existence.
