Dear fellow explorers,

Can you all feel it? The shifts in our reality and our way of thinking, being and acting?

I had been writing about this since a couple of years, that the Age of Authenticity and Co-Creation is underway. Energetically, we were able to experience that for a while already. Now – we really start embodying and building it. Utopia no longer is Utopia – with your contribution, your individual function – it starts becoming the new reality.

The fog is lifting and the big picture becomes clearer, with each puzzle piece falling into place. And we all are these individual puzzle pieces. We carry our unique essence – our individual function that no one else can contribute with but us.

This is the reason why I am sending out this last newsletter through the Wake Up Experience. It is complete. It has served its purpose. It will stay as a database for those that need to find this information. Nothing new will be added, nothing else will be changed. As every organism does at some point, the Wake Up Experience has reached its maturity. And it will stay as long as it has its purpose.

Me – Vera Ingeborg – as an individual organism and part of a much bigger organism am moving forward, too.

We (my partner Agustí and I) realized, that a lot of people are talking about new earth, or – when less conscious – complaining about old earth and the old system. Nevertheless, nobody has a clear idea or vision of how this new paradigm could look like. We feel it, but we cannot see it or experience it. As long as people do not have a reference point of how the new looks like, there is no choice they can make to move forward as there is no alternative.

All of us – also you reading this – came here to build this new system. To make it visible. To inspire with a new lifestyle and new ways of being and doing. A system that is so attractive and inspiring, that people will want to live in this new way. It automatically makes the old system obsolete.

After a year of building the structure, the content and the flow of Fast Forward – the blueprint for a new model of society and a way of inspiring this change – more people have joined and are joining in to co-create and to build. This blueprint is based on a universal source code, the DNA of this new earth organism. No human being or group of human beings controls it, the source code does. Each individual who aligns with this new frequency, integrates and embodies this code, automatically inspires others to do so. The old world was based on the principle of living „from the outside in“. The new world is based on living „from the inside out“.

Fast Forward is an organism on its own and the source code is so strong that it does not allow any compromise or manipulation. It shows each and everyone where old ideas, ways, fears or patterns are in the way. We have experienced it ourselves many times, that the source code held the mirror for us to see where we did not align, where we still were trying to make something happen, where we still had attachment. Only when we had dissolved this old pattern, we could enter the flow of Fast Forward again. Although frustrating in the moment when we experienced it, it is also giving us so much peace. Because we know that we don’t have to control any of it – we are just the ones translating this code into a manifestation. We know that we can trust the impulses and the flow – although we might not understand it in the moment.

It is very exciting for us to see and experience how it unfolds, and that this hurricane of love is unstoppable. It is a peaceful transition, not fighting for or against anything – it is simply doing things differently. Fast Forward touches and transforms everything we used to believe to be true – whether in politics, health, education, business etc. and it triggers energetic releases and expansion of consciousness through beauty and play. It creates the content for new earth – the reason to live – creation for the sake of creation.

Purpose replaces money as the driving force.

“This is so unfair! I have invested so much. My time, my energy, all of my savings. To build this website. To give access to information for people who are looking for answers. To empower people. And now I sit here with a pile of debt. I am so done with this!“

That was my ego speaking three weeks ago when four people on the same day were asking money back from me/us that we had lent last year to be able to keep on going with our project/mission Fast Forward/FFabric. Cosmic jokes, cosmic triggers.

I felt stupid, not understood, not valued. I felt betrayed by my own intuition. I just wanted to disappear. And I did. I withdrew. From Facebook, Instagram, friends and family. I wanted to be alone. All I wanted was to withdraw my energy out of the collective field, and make myself very compact. Not small. Compact. Be there for me. But who is that really? That “me“. And what is still left of me, if I am not “out there” anymore?

I was thrown into a deep identity crisis. After all these years of spiritual growth, learning, expanding, integrating, I felt I had returned to zero. I saw and heard that ego part of me swearing and cussing and wanting to throw in the towel. It wanted to have that discussion, right here, right now. “You gotta do something about that. You cannot live from all the love and light people are sending to you. Blasphemy! They should send money. Why do people not see you for who you are and appreciate you for what you do?“ I heard this voice in my head going on with this rant.  “You have to this and that and bla, bla, bla…”  I felt pressure from this part of me.

And I did… NOTHING. No reaction. I surrendered. I cried for two days straight. It was a darkness and nothingness I had never experienced before. I could not see any purpose in what I was doing and in who I was. I was not able to get out of it. I was not supposed to in that moment. I was crying so hard because I was not able to handle that dark emptiness and the attempts of the old world to suck me back in. That feeling of being controlled. That feeling of owing something. That feeling of debt. That feeling of having to fulfill others expectations. That feeling of not being worthy. So I continued crying until there was no tear left. Then I saw it.

IDENTITY. It was all about things I was still identifying with and that I was attached to. Different identities that were entangled with each other. The persona Vera Ingeborg, the identity I had built up in the spiritual world, that – no difference to other gurus or teachers – most people saw as someone with answers to follow. A wayshower. “Who am I without that persona? Who am I without the Wake Up Experience? Who am I without followers?“ These questions hammering in my head were cutting like a knife. What is left of me without any roles, attachments, conditions, without any legacy?

The past weeks, I had felt so much frustration, why people were still searching for outside answers, were still falling into the traps of teachers and gurus selling their truth and methods to keep them in dependency and make money with it. Why they were still believing in someone would come to save them or solve it for them, believing that new earth would be created by an event, by a financial reset, by aliens etc.  All this conditional, disempowering bullshit out there.

And of course that was a mirror. By providing my insights, I kept contributing to this energy myself. That insight alone was a slap in the face, and drained me and made me endlessly tired. I had been giving, sharing, explaining, replying to thousands of messages, giving countless coaching sessions for free, investing so much energy in the past years. I had not seen it, but I was NOT doing it for me and NOT because I truly loved what I was doing. I was not in the flow, I felt tired and drained many times. I was still trying to do it for others and tried to “help people find their way and truth“ and at the same time I was trying to save my own ass and to make my living and solve my debt situation with this persona “Vera Ingeborg“, now in connection with our project Fast Forward. We felt we needed to prove that what we were doing was valuable and working to not disappoint people who trusted us and supported us. If we don’t succeed, we will end up being left with nothing. We will not survive. Conditional thinking and doing. Doubts and fear. Boom. How could I have not seen that?!?

Since 2015, The Wake Up Experience has had over 1.5 million visitors, and in average 1.500 visits per day, without any marketing. I had invested around 70.000 Euro of my own money and countless hours to design, build, host and operate the website, to record all the videos, to travel to the energetic spots to record them, cut them, re-audio them, to buy the equipment for it, to create the content, the logo, the brand, the photos etc. etc., and yet it did not come back in a way that I could afford a simple and beautiful life. Of course, I had a lot of joyful, beautiful moments and encounters, but in terms of “balance”, the opposite was the case. My funds and savings melted away, and I ended up in bankruptcy and debt.

IDENTITY. My debt. I was in shock with this insight. “Who am I without my debt?“ I was so identified with that feeling of debt and owing something to people and to the world. I was feeling trapped and stuck in that energy. I was trying hard to pay the money back, working an extra job, but instead I saw myself confronted with many unexpected expenses, that forced me to pay back less than what I had intended, and to sit with these feelings. Thank you Universe. Another wave of emotions washed over me and I screamed and cried it all out. Expressing all those feelings of powerlessness, frustration and of having no solution this time. It went straight to the core. My body went physically into complete disarray. I felt so much pain in my weak spots, my lower back and neck.

IDENTITY. My body, my pain, my weak spots…. “Who am I without my pain?“ .. another insight, another ‚ouch‘ moment. Unconsciously I had still been in an energy of fighting against pain and symptoms. Fighting against myself. Having an excuse with my pain to not be present. Surrender again. Even deeper. And then so much gratitude to and for the pain and loving it for showing me what was still there that I did not love and accept about me. For the first time I truly treated the physical pain with love. The body started shaking, started opening up, started trusting and relaxing. I started crying again, and after all the releases, my space within was completely empty. This time it was a peaceful emptiness. A light, subtle and soft emptiness. No more darkness or heaviness. I did not feel like a victim anymore. I no longer was blaming or judging the outer experiences. This peaceful emptiness was so powerful. An omnipotent field of possibilities. A birth into a new completely unknown beautiful territory, waiting to be explored and discovered.

“I wish I did not need to ask the money back, but this is still the world we live in.” That was what my friend had said when she asked the money back. She also said she was afraid that we would not pay her back. Non of it had a grip on me anymore. I did not feel responsible for compensating her fears, beliefs and reality. The energetic charge of “debt and owing“ was gone. What was left, was a commitment. We had agreed on this being a loan, so of course I would pay the money back. To her and to the others. But not from a place of feeling small or unworthy or obliged. Now it came from a place of intention, love and empowerment. Money would not control me anymore. People and situations would not have power over me anymore. I would not make myself small anymore. And I could now for sure say: “No, this is not the world I am living in anymore.”

I am creating a new, inclusive world now – for me, not for others. The way I imagine it and want it to be. And those who want to co-create it with me and us, based on the energy of oneness, abundance and play, are very welcome to join that new playground. I don’t have to find those people, I don’t have to convince anyone. It is happening organically, naturally, without any effort. The attachments to anything of the old world based on duality are gone. The only bridge between dimensions and people is our heart.

I realized that nothing what we had learned based on the “laws of duality“ would work in this new frequency band. Conditions, expectations, control, identity, attachments, linear thinking, the finding out of HOW… all of it falls away. Everything that is not NOW, everything that is projected into the past or future or onto others, has expired and has no resonance field any longer. The old ways do not work anymore, no matter how hard we try to stay in that (spiritual) comfort zone. No more crutches, no more training wheels. We have outgrown the low-frequency jacket, it is too small to still be able to wear it. Now I see that all of it was an investment into myself. To expand, to learn, to integrate, to remember. Remember why I started it in the first place. I did it for myself, not for others. To dare to share my own experience. Isn’t that beautiful? This cycle? It is oh so perfect and it was so worth it.

NOW, I receive in so many ways. I create, I contribute, I pay back and I receive. In the moment. I experience an inner balance, abundance and oneness with more and more people around me. It is all in one field, everything is connected and it is all orchestrated so beautifully. The only distortion were my very own limiting beliefs, whether those were about myself or others.

It is one thing to talk about it and understand it all in theory. It is another thing to actually do and embody it. To let go of all that “truth“ out there, and return to our inner truth and intuition. Only we ourselves can let go of all attachments and beliefs we have and can jump into our pool of fears into nothingness, having faith that beneath the dark surface is a whole new spectrum of beautiful, warm and cozy colours and that the result is far beyond the best thing our mind could have ever come up with.

What is left of “me“ after dropping all these identities?

What remains is love, playfulness, curiosity, talent, passion and connection to all. The mirror is empty. Actually, in the world of oneness there is no mirror. There is no student or teacher. There is no follower or leader. In oneness there is exchange, sharing, spaceholding, and the realization that everything and everyone is an aspect of me and the organism I am part of. Just like all the cells in a body. There is not one leading cell. All of them are contributing with their unique function to the whole. Interdependently. You, me, us – it is all part of the same, with a unique essence and contribution.

Twin Flames – Embodying the Energetic Dance

Note: The twin flame experience is absolutely fascinating from an energetic perspective and so perfectly organized, while the human part of us struggles with it intensely. This article contains a lot of information that can be quite overwhelming at first. Take your time to integrate it, feel what resonates. You might discover that each time you come back to it and re-read it that you will find more information and getting a fuller picture.

 

When we read about twin flames, the information beyond the romantic idea usually is all about finding the energetic balance. That is only half of the truth. Twin Flames are not only here to balance their spiritual energetic aspects. They are mainly here to embody the new energetic templates of unconditional love. And that era has just begun.

 

“I have done so much energetic balancing work, I have connected with my twin regularly energetically in meditation, I have let go so many times, etc, etc… and yet… my twin flame is nowhere to be seen in the physical.” Sounds familiar?

There is a very common misunderstanding and information widely spread amongst twin flame groups. That twin flames need each other to be whole and that this is the reason why they have to re-unite eventually. This is exactly where many remain stuck. With this idea in mind, everything they do, they only do for the sake of reaching union. Guess what…. That is a conditional belief and behavior based on lack: “If I do all this work, I will reach union.” As long as we are still thinking we need to reach something, we are not acting from a place of wholeness and are not in the NOW, but we are coming from a place of lack and fear. The key is to find the balance within and reaching a state of being truly unconditional. A state, when we do not feel any need or attachment any longer, when we do not feel we need to reach something to be complete. When we are not attached to any certain outcome but open to all possibilities, including union.

Of course, this is easier said and done, and we all know how challenging this journey is. How often we go through the intense ups and downs, asking ourselves why the heck we have to experience this and if this ever ends. And yet, the more we learn about ourselves, the more we learn about the dynamics and true purpose, the easier it becomes to navigate. The highs increase, the lows get less. Up to a point when we are able to not only hold the higher fifth dimensional frequencies, but also embody them in a way to inspire and assist many others to go through the ascension process. In order to be able to do so and to fully enjoy life again, we need to rediscover our wholeness, creating the sacred union within. To have an harmonic dance of the masculine and feminine energies within us, and be able to fully express them through our physical body.

 

Physical twins are made of the same make-up (DNA-wise), they are two individuals that are able to enjoy and live their life on their own without needing the other, and yet they have a close connection through their whole life. Just like physical twins, energetic twins (twin flames) also learn throughout their journey to create this independence without ever feeling disconnected from the energetic twin. The experience of the energetic connection changes over time. The more inner balance is reached, the lighter and more empowering it feels. Energetic twins do have more options physically, how the connection will play out, as they do have different genetic designs, so in human form they are no siblings. The connection could become anything in an embodied manifested form – whether as a partnership, a friendship or remaining a spiritual connection. This all depends on the agreements that have been made, what choices are made with the free will of the individuals (what timeline, altered reality is chosen) and what kind of service to human ascension is provided by the energetic pairs. And that is what we always need to be aware of, although the human ego mind loves to remain attached to the idea of “the One” in physical form. The ego mind loves to identify with things and people, and yet it remains a fact: Twin flames are energetic twins, not physical twins, they are not attached to one human body. This is the last big attachment and condition to overcome to reach complete freedom and balance within. The ego will fight against this idea, will judge, blame, justify to remain attached to this one last anchor to hold on to in the big chaos we find ourselves in. And yet, only if we let go of that idea, things can unfold beautifully  in a beyond magical way.

 

It is quite interesting, that the most important aspect of the twin flame journey is hardly ever written about. The EMBODIMENT of the new templates for unconditional love and connections, relations with a partner and other people. Twins are able to share these new codes with everyone that comes into their field as soon as they have reached the sacred union within. We show how we can relate to others without any conditions, expectations, attachments or pain. We are fully anchored into the NOW moment, fully present with others, sharing amazing connections and experiences. We open hearts in an instant, as soon as people come into our field. And that is what we are here for. To assist people finding their way into New Earth. Same planet, different frequency, different experience. And we can only assist because we know what people go through. We have experienced it ourselves. I have written about that and summarized the purpose in this blog from 2016.

“So, but what about reunion”, our ego will ask. The twin flame dynamics and the way they incarnated are set-up in a very clever way. Because the idea of having found the ultimate partner is what keeps us going to go through all the pain and despair. Until we reach a point where we are able to navigate on our own. Until we realize that there is so much more we did not see or understand before and that our life transforms in ways that were way beyond our human imagination.

 

The embodiment/physical reunion as a pair is only possible when the individuals have reached full alignment and balance within of masculine and feminine energies and have shifted fully into the higher frequencies of the fifth dimension. And that simply has not happened yet, because the energetic environment and template for planet earth was not established and completed until the year of 2017. Even those twin flame couples that have “reunited” are not in full 5D embodied union yet, and are still struggling with the inner balancing and ascension symptoms while permanently balancing with the partner as well. We are now seeing the first more feminine counterparts (not gender based) reaching this inner alignment and balance. Only when this inner balance is reached by the more feminine part, the heart opening process can be kicked off for the more masculine part. That is just how energetic principles work. The feminine goes first. So we will have a “Sex and the City 5D” party for a while, with many feminine “single” counterparts holding space in 5D for the masculine to follow. Again, this does not automatically mean it leads to physical reunion and a romantic partnership. The cool thing is: When we reach that state of inner wholeness, it does not matter anymore. Because by then, we have experienced that we can share magical experiences and connect with others in beautiful ways, too. So what does it mean at this point? It simply means that now the masculine twin flame collective will be pushed into their awakening, inspiring the human collective to follow along with it.

This alignment and shift happens on two levels: The spiritual level (the energy centers above the heart), and the earthly level. (the energy centers below the heart). The heart to heart connection is already established by the twins energetically, as this is where the “split soul/energy field” still is connected. How the twin flame journey plays out for the different individual pairs, is depending on their individual energetic mix and set up. So there is no “one fits all” process.

In order to understand all of this better, we have to take a look into the process of evolution/creation and into the characteristics of the masculine and feminine energies taking into account the different levels (spiritual level and earthly level) and the different energetic bodies (spiritual, mental, emotional, physical).

 

The Process of Evolution / Creation

 

In the beginning is chaos. The sea of possibilities we swim in is the spiritual feminine (Shakti, Yin, Life Force). The spiritual feminine – our intuition, does nothing but float in this sea and scan all possibilities being open to all options. She feels intuitively what resonates and what feels good. When we look into the string theory, this is when photons are still wave patterns. That is when synchronicities take place. When alike wave patterns align with alike wave patterns. Yet, nothing happens as long as we just float. Until the masculine energy joins the dance and starts observing and focusing on a possibility. Then the photon becomes a particle. It takes form. The spiritual masculine starts structuring the chaos, to then make a choice, setting an intention. Instead of spraying the energy everywhere, the masculine bundles the energy and creates powerful momentum. This choice can be made based on love or on fear, trust or mistrust. The difference: commitment (detached from a certain outcome) or control (attached to a certain outcome). This choice impacts the whole manfiestation of the individual reality in the embodied form and experience in the material world. This is the whole difference between the fifth and the third dimension, whether we experience abundance, unity and ease, or lack, separation and effort.

Through this choice and intention, we enter the embodiment process. The spiritual masculine’s intention kicks off the earthly embodied flow in form of an emotion to truly feel the creation riping. This is the earthly feminine taking over. The moment an emotion comes in, we are truly dedicated to the experience we chose. Creativity is initiated: The being pregnant with an idea or project. Being patient and trusting that everything comes together in perfect timing. Once the idea or project is ripe and ready to be born, the earthly masculine energy takes over again. Now it is time for action, for physical manifestation. The earthly masculine again bundles energy to make things happen

Looking at this, it becomes obvious that we all need to find this inner flow and balance first to become powerful creators and manifestors. We all have our deficiencies and imbalances energetically that we are learning to balance out in the course of the process. That does not mean that we reach a 50:50 balance, and that is not the intention either. A healthy 60:40 / 40:60 proportion will still leave us with a preference and the ability to still create polarity. (More on this you can find here). The spiritual feminine is the first one to go through this, and as mentioned before, the first one’s of this group are about to complete this process. According to the energetic characteristics and laws, there is no other way than the spiritual feminine going first. A strong intuition is the basis for everything else to come. Only those that are able to see and feel all possibilities can initiate the necessary changes to pave the way for others to follow.

Now having learned this, how does this apply to twin flames? Twin flames share the same energetic field but have decided for an unequal share of energies they will carry when they incarnate. This served to be able to create an intense polarity to make sure they would find each other again to initiate the earthly, human process of ascension. To make sure they would feel such an intense pull towards each other to stay motivated to go through this process individually. What happens though, is that the counterparts are constantly sucking the energy of each other where they have their deficit.

That is why they experience such great longing and missing. Also this is experienced by the spiritual feminine first, as her heart stays open after the twin flame encounter (no matter if that happened physically in the earthly realms or energetically in the spiritual realms). The masculine heart closes down again after the encounter. The masculine goes into a sort of passive sucking mode, without being aware of it at all. The closed heart causes him to remain in his old reality and the twin experience is remembered as an intense sexual pull, towards someone that was not meant to be any more than that. As they are no longer able to feel the heart to heart connection, they are not able to access emotions they experienced with an open heart either.

This individual energetic mix is different for each couple. The most extreme ones would be what humans would label as a psychopath on the one end (like 95% spiritual and earthly masculine: extremely conscious and a real doer but not able to feel emotions, or have a lot of patience at all) and the cardio-empath on the other extreme (95% spiritual and earthly feminine, extremely intuitive, sensitive and creative, but not able at all to focus, take decisions or get things done). In between there are many different options in terms of distribution of energies and combinations of energetic set ups.

There are twins that connect more earthly / sexually / physically first and discover a connection and flow there as never before, but they truly struggle with communicating with each other. That shows that they decided for a strong sexual polarity first, but not having established a mental connection yet. And there are twins that have an amazing mental click, being able to share and talk for hours, yet having sex with each other is downright impossible. The only thing all pairs share is the heart to heart connection. This also makes clear why the individual twin flame experiences are not the same for everyone.

The Running and the Chasing
In many cases, the more spiritual feminine is more earthly masculine, and the more spiritual masculine is more earthly feminine. That also explains the very common running and chasing dynamics that often take place between twin flames. While the spiritual feminine aches to be with the other person, her strong immature earthly masculine desperately wants to make it happen and fights for it (chasing). She is not (yet) able to stay focused on her own process (deficit of spiritual masculine energy) and has no patience to let things develop in their natural way (deficit of earthly feminine energy).

 

The running on the other hand is a very feminine fear reaction of the immature earthly feminine (flight or freeze response), getting into a place of not having to take action, but rather distract oneself by focusing on other projects (spiritual masculine), to not have to deal with all the possibilities with regards to the twin connection.

 

Only when we have all of these parts back in a healthy balance within, and the individuals are able to navigate the process of creation from a place of love on their own, they are ready to enter the new phase of co-creation. Then it becomes a sharing and amplification of powerful individual energies, instead of pulling and sucking the energy of the partner and vice versa. Only when the formerly stronger spiritual feminine has found this inner balance, she has reached a state energetically, where she no longer needs to suck the energy of her partner, and therefore, she no longer provides energy to her counterpart anymore either. The vicious cycle of sucking energy from each other is broken through. And that is the point when the masculine counterpart starts feeling the void and is pushed into his own process of awakening. Only when the energy he was passively sucking from the counterpart is no longer available, he is forced to wake up and find his way to create this energy on his own. His world will fall apart, he will feel exhausted, incomplete and empty because of the missing energy. It will become so uncomfortable that he will search for an answer and a solution to find his inner balance as well.

 

Female and Male Characteristics

So how can I tell whether I am balanced or not in the different parts? Here is a little overview on the balanced and imbalanced characteristics of the masculine and feminine traits so you can see for yourself where you stand in your own process.

When we are able to create all of the feminine and masculine traits in the “Balance” column for ourselves, we have reached a state of inner wholeness.

That also requires that all of our fear and belief patterns have shifted, which I have written about in many of my blogs, so I will not repeat it here. At this point, we have integrated our ego, our heart center is open full time and inspires anyone coming into our field. No matter in which dimension we are, we hold our frequency. Our mind has shifted into parallel mode and linear time is no longer existent. Our physical body has released all lower dimensional patterns from the cellular memory. We are fully anchored in the fifth dimension.

Thus, the balancing and shifting for powerful embodiment takes place on different levels: Each energy center (former chakras), each body (mental, emotional, physical) and earthly / spiritually. As said, the experiences differ widely depending on the individual energetic mixes and splits.

 

So what does that mean for our twin flame experience? It means that anything is possible. In a world without conditions and expectations, we are taking it as is, and are enjoying every single bit of it. We are seeing the purpose of it all, even when we have a shitty day, week or month. Our divine counterpart will always be in our heart, and all we can feel is love and gratitude for them, for being our best trigger, teacher and partner to support us in reaching this state of independence. Once we don’t need them anymore, once we do not feel the longing anymore, we know that we have shifted for good and are holding our balance and embodying the higher fifth dimensional frequencies on our own. As long as there is a longing and missing, we are trying to pull energy from our counterpart, instead of creating the energy for ourselves. Getting out of the energetic comfort zone and training those parts of us where we are not balanced is key. This will step by step bring you back into the place where magic is a daily business and everything happens effortlessly.

2017 and 2018 for the Different Ascension Waves

Note: This article is talking about general trends. Free will (the choice between love and fear) can change the individual experience and accelerate or postpone certain personal intentions and desires. By no means does this blog intend to put stamps or labels onto people and put some people over others. No one is better or worse, as we are all part of the whole. The categorization used in this article is only there to give a better understanding symptoms and the awakening and ascension process. The transitions between the waves are fluent.

 

The new energetic template is established and we are now moving into a new era of embodiment and co-creation. Although chaos and polarity is still widely experienced by the collective, the process is pure magic and perfection from an energetic perspective. Time to take a look into what the different ascension waves experience now.

 

Wow, what a year have we just left behind. 2017 surely has been wild mix of experiences, surprises, growth and expansion individually and collectively. We have completed the establishing of the new fabric of the earth grid. The new template for new earth is in place. Cosmic rays are coming in now on a regular basis and we are now moving into a phase of embodiment and physical creations. Many former gridworkers/travellers that have been moving around the planet to establish the new template and connecting energies as well as people/gatekeepers with each other, are now feeling a very strong pull towards a certain destination. Many have lost the desire to travel completely. This is not a coincidence, for as we are now finding the people in so called “ripple-centers”: Places on the planet of high energy, with a good energetic and/or physical infrastructure, that allow the new energetic information to spread quickly around the planet. In these places, we are starting now to physically co-create New Earth in flesh, form and material. We are now translating the established new grid structures and patterns (the new sacred geometry). The earth grid serves as the new blueprint, where the light of the sun (and through the sun also the central sun) is playing out a new reality collectively.

We are getting different information and different impulses energetically, as soon as our human body and system is able to receive it through an opened heart center, a changed operating mode of the human mind (parallel instead of linear) and a changed DNA structure. The times of being and doing alone are over. It is time to put things into action. Together with other powerful beings.

So let’s take a look into what is going on for the different ascension waves.

First Movers/Innovators

The first part of 2017 included the final cleansing of the emotional and the mental bodies. Their chakra system was changed completely from “sucking mode” to “sharing mode” (see this blog for more info). The Divine Energies of love and light, flow and consciousness, Shakti and Shiva, Yin and Yang, electron and proton etc. are fully running in balance through the system, connecting earth and the heavens through a pillar of light. The energetic movement has changed from a spinning movement to a cycling movement in form of an infinity symbol with the center in the heart. The energetic immune system is fully established for this group, so nothing that goes on in terms of human chaos, drama or pain can affect or drain energy from first movers any longer. They are able to walk between the dimensions with ease, touching everyone they interact with with the new energetic codes to assist and inspire them to come into this energetic place, too.

The second part of the year was kicking this group into embodiment and physical restructuring. The DNA changes were accelerated and physical releases from the cellular memory were intensified. This was manifesting as deep physical and emotional pain, as the whole family lineage is cleansed and the template replaced. Last releases of shame and guilt patterns were experienced, in order to re-discover sexuality, creativity and manifestation power. Polarity has shifted from former opposites of love/fear to love/light as the Mature Masculine was fully integrated for perfect balance within the individual.

This also was an important step towards the Sacred Union with a Divine Partner. Mistrust has been dissolved, any possible remainders in the cellular memory will dissolve within the first two months of 2018. Judgment or blame is no longer possible for this group. They are fully anchored in the NOW, the mind has shifted completely into parallel operation mode. Time is perceived as an illusion and everything not in the now already feels like a past life memory. Memories are only contained when they are still needed and future thoughts only consist of intentions from the NOW, without any drama, attachment, projection or expectations. All that is left is the pure acceptance of all that is and the deep knowing that everything has its purpose. The ability to learn and integrate new skills is becoming faster and faster.

2018 will continue with the further restructuring of the whole physical body, becoming the new human. Human design is changing rapidly. This group is serving as the beacons and wayshowers for those now arriving and anchoring in the new energies.

Early Adopters

The first part of 2017 was all about learning acceptance, seeing the purpose and perfection in all that is. Early adopters were leaving the human perspective of drama, judgment and blame and stopped searching the answer and salvation outside of them. They let go of certain ideas and teachings and trust the inner guidance more and more. Although doubts can still randomly creep up. They learned to react from a place of love instead of fear to experience real energetic shifts and changes for themselves. They gained a larger understanding of how energetic dynamics work and that all we have to do to change the collective is to change ourselves. They have realized that they are powerful creators and everything they experience is their own production based on their own energetic frequency. This lead to real forgiveness through ownership and taking responsibility instead of blaming and judging others.

The second part of 2017 lead them into deep deep mental and emotional cleansing processes, depending on the type of energetic design and ratio, the process was experienced either more physically/earthly or more spiritually. The result was to realize that there are no “have to’s” in life, only “want to’s”. The early adopters are also the main group bridging heaven and earth as powerful gatekeepers and wayshowers, to assist the masses that will become conscious in the course of 2018, and to draw people into the higher frequencies. So this split in experiences amongst this group is very necessary.

The personal energetic blueprint and design has been changed and last remainders still stored in the emotional and mental bodies will be released within the first months of 2018. The New Year will anchor the early adopters fully into the now moment, the mind will switch completely from linear to parallel mode and the physical releases from the cellular memory will accelerate. At the same time the human design changes are continuing. So learning to listen to the own body/system and what is needed will become extremely important.

 

Early Majority

After taking the first steps into the unknown territory of spiritual awakening, feeling the unease of “something goes wrong here, and there must be a different way of living” as well as getting familiar with the ego and the programming, the early majority is now really diving into the extremes of polarity. They are looking for answers, following this deep urge of discovering more. This causes a whole new set of judgments and blame as the early majority has not recognized or learned yet how energetic dynamics and principles work. They are still acting from the linear mind and common human belief systems. People from this group entering into the world of spirituality are tending to make themselves dependent from this one approach or this one guru or this one truth and trying to convince others that this is the only way. As the principle of multi-dimensionality and non-polarity is neither integrated nor understood, they are attempting to change the outer. They have not found the key within themselves for true change. There is a major difference for the early majority and their process. Large parts of them will need the experience through the physical body first in order to access the emotional and the mental body as this is the only “real” thing they can relate to and can experience energy through.

The vast early majority has not incarnated with an energetic setup that allows access to the higher realms, so they need to work bottom-up, not top-down – as the process has been for most of the so-called starseeds/lightworkers, that incarnated with the first two waves to assist the majority groups. This is important to know when we are doing our work to support this group. The work we do for the masses needs to be done in a very down-to-earth, easy accessible and understandable way.

The early majority will experience a lot of confusion and chaos in 2018 and the first movers and early adopters are needed to stand there as the light houses to hold space for them and inspire them by leading through example.

Many masculine twin flame counterparts are part of this wave. This connection between the dimensions through the Divine partners is very necessary to create powerful gateways. The masculine counterparts are needed in the lower dimensions to cause a pull effect towards the higher dimensions once they are going into the heart-opening. They were needed to stay there and hold important timelines for the collective until the collective is ready to shift. The masculine, often in places with a large or important reach/influence (e.g. public figures, stars, religious leaders, important governmental or financial functions) will inspire many changes once they start shifting. They are supporting this process from a more earthly perspective.

 

Late Majority, Laggards, Non-Adaptors

For this group, 2018 will become the first decision-making year from a soul perspective (this will happen unconsciously). The choice whether they would like to go through ascension and the change in human design while being alive, or choosing physical death to continue the experience in a new human body already fabricated in the new design. We will most likely see an increase in souls leaving amongst this group, as the holding of the old 3^rd dimensional polarity field (based on love – fear opposites) is no longer necessary as the 3^rd dimensional reality is gone. (I have written about this in my last blog).
Again, I would like to emphasize, that EVERYTHING and EVERYONE has a purpose in this whole set-up. There is no better or worse, no further advanced or less developed, we are all exactly where we need to be in order to make this shift happen for the collective. This process is in perfect order, and every time we catch ourselves questioning, know that these are your own doubts, fears and mistrust showing up for you to deal with it and release it to contribute to the collective ascension.

2018 is the start of the collective zero-point experience where powerful shifts will happen. There will be tons of wonderful surprises as long as we continue to see the magic in it all. Time to rock the show!

Into New Earth! The Anchoring of a New Reality through extreme Polarity

While I am going through my own issues with embodiment on the physical level, needing a lot of me-time, my email account was flooded like never before. People reaching out for support because of the intense and painful experiences. It always gets darkest before dawn, so please know you are headed into new earth at lightenting speed. We are really doing it! In the blog “Into New Earth! Into New Earth! The Anchoring of a New Reality through extreme Polarity

I am writing this report at a very critical point in time. We are about to experience the complete split of the 3D and 5D worlds/realities. We see and feel this split playing out in an extreme field of polarity. Darkness and light have stretched into their corners furthest away from the center where balance can be found (the zero-point line). It frightens many, as this split starts within each and everyone of us. And it is easy to distract oneself from self with things playing out collectively instead of staying focused on the own process.

Although the things we experience at the moment seem to be apocalyptic and can trigger hopelessness and great fear, energetically speaking this is a very normal process. The collective energy needs to go into this great split, using the extreme polarity to build up momentum for a quantum leap into the new earth realities collectively. The bigger the polarity, the greater the energetic potential available that is necessary to get things into motion. Through e-motions we are collectively shifting the frequency higher, using the potential of this intense field of polarity. It seems very destructive, and it is… but it only destroys what does not have a place on new earth any longer. New earth has a very different field of polarity. Where the combination of love (life force, Shakti, yin, feminine) and light (consciousness, Shiva, Yang, masculine) are forming energetic patterns that create a force field where individuals carry individual structures and energetic make ups of this combination. A healthy ratio of evolved feminine and masculine energies within that allow an experience of inner balance without being a neutral 50:50 energetic mix. 50:50 would be the line drawn between the zero-points, where actual creation happens. Zero points have their reason. It is where love and light intersect in their dance, shifting between polarity into unity and back. Therefore, although we are all becoming more androgynous through learning to balance our energies within, it will be more like a 60:40 ratio. That is necessary to have the necessary polarity available for powerful creation and co-creation with others.

The old  collectivetimelines and realities of 3D and 4D have energetically been deleted and dissolved, they only exist in the memory bank of each individual, this includes the mental memory (ego), the emotional memory (inner child) and the physical memory (cellular memory/DNA). So what we experience as the old realities is nothing but an inner movie, a show that plays out created through our own energy. The feeling of hopelessness that many experience at the moment is caused by the fact that the old outdated patterns within us cannot find a resonance field as the old timelines are gone. It forces us to return back within to deal with the pain that is surfacing. This can play out as panic attacks (mental cleansing), emotional breakouts (emotional cleansing) and physical pain (cellular cleansing). It is chaotic and confusing. Yet, chaos is precisely what is necessary to make this grand shift happening. We are headed towards this very important portal on the winter solstice (December 21). We are cleansing to walk through this portal and integrate the new energies of the divine feminine and the divine masculine fully. This will anchor us into new earth reality. 5D. The force field of love and light. We are the ones embodying these new frequencies fully to set the process of physical creation (manifestation) of new earth in motion. After the period of establishing the new energetic earth grid, preparing the creation energetically (strategically) – the energetic blue print that is the container for new earth to evolve in materialized form, we are now entering a new phase: The phase of co-creating the new. This does not mean that we will stay in our 5D collective bubble of the ascended ones exclusively. No, together we are creating such a powerful radiation of the new energies in an embodied form that those waking up are naturally drawn to us. This is when we are prepared to walk back into the lower frequencies of the third dimensional left overs within the “lost in time and space” individuals, now rudely waking up from the 3D reality. We are ready to stand in our power and be this lighthouse to be of guidance to those finding their way out of their inner struggles and war.

“We ARE  love and light: A nurturing, self-sustainable pillar that shares with those that are ready to step into this new force field. “

We can feel compassion for the people that go through their awakening, we can relate to what they are going through. Yet, we cannot actively suffer with them as we no longer carry those lower frequencies within. We ARE love and light: A nurturing, self sustainable pillar that shares with those that are ready to step into this new force field. We no longer send love and light (giving it away) anymore. We have become the masters of creation, by mastering the energies. We have found our way back to ourselves, into joy. The healthy state of ecstasy, feeling joy no matter what happens around us or within us. By seeing the purpose of it all, we have learned to embrace it to shift it, using it as powerful potential to expand further. We can walk through the remnants of the 3D/4D realities as we can no longer be touched by any of the drama.

What we are learning now is to drop all methods. Methods, rituals and routines were necessary to raise our frequency to a certain point. To reach full awareness, to see the world through new eyes, from a different perspective. The last step  to reach full mastery is to drop all methods. To be in this state of joy and healthy childlike ecstasy based on love and light, we need to let go of all the methods and become love and light. To fully embody it. That means to take a leap of faith, to drop all the needs of control and jump into the pool of no-thingness. Not knowing what and how it will play out, but with a clear knowing why we are doing it and that the outcome will exceed our wildest expectations when we fully trust in the perfection of all that is.

“To reach this state of joy and healthy, childlike ecstasy based on love and light, we need to let go of all the methods and become love and light.”

So please know that what you are experiencing is a necessary part to remove everything that is still blocking the flow into this new reality. Through the pain, we are shown where we still need to find balance within our own specific energetic make-up. Remain focused on what is going on within you. Don’t let yourself be distracted by outside events from the place where the magic happens: Your core being. Stay in the here and now by using your physical senses to connect to the NOW moment. You are finding your mastery again. You are about to come home. To your true self.

– Getting used to the NEW

Now… hasn’t that been an intense week around the new moon past Saturday? Many of us were taken by surprise how deep it can go and how uncomfortable it can get, feeling the energetic imbalance within to our deepest core. A fiery energy has been provided for a major energetic cleansing. To prepare us for the year end bootcamp finals supporting us in coming to mastery in fully embodying the new 5th dimensional high frequency environment on a permanent level. So what is going on?
While we are on this journey, we are mastering to balance the different parts and levels within – spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. This happens separately first before we go into the full alignment of them all. This alignment of all the energetic centers means to come into full inner balance of masculine and feminine energies. To become the fully embodied powerful creator we are destined to be in this experience. That means that the more spiritually related chakras (above the heart) and the more earthly related chakras (below the heart) all need to go into this balancing, the heart center being the pivotal point of it all.

“There is no one fits all balancing process. Experiences are different depending on our own individual energetic mix.” 

Depending on what energetic type we are (more earthly or more spiritually, more masculine or more feminine) and what ascension wave we are part of, the experience of this cleansing has been playing out in different ways, for some being more focused on one of these areas (spiritually – soul, mentally – mind, emotionally – heart or physically – body), for others it has been affecting two, three or all four energetic centers to come into more alignment within. So there is not “one fits all” balancing process. Experiences are different depending on our own individual energetic mix. Nevertheless there have been some common patterns that have been addressed.

 

Loneliness – Old Control Patterns are burnt away

The past week put a lot of people into situations of feeling rejected and not being valued or good enough by people they are resonating with strongly, and they feel drawn to due to matching polarity on all energetic center points (as mentioned above). This triggered a further cleansing of blocks in specific center points to find full balance within. It went deep and straight into the core. Feelings of being lost and lonely, wanting to withdraw and at the same time not wanting to be alone were experienced. At the same time other forms of energetic connections with others were presented (connection only on the sexual level, only on the heart to heart level, or only at the mental level), where a sense of being connected and yet not finding it fulfilling was caused. All of this resulted in an energetic overwhelm that many experienced as an “It’s enough. I’m done” feeling. This lead to a deep state of surrender, realizing that all we can do is letting go of control. There is nothing to cling to and to hook into any longer energetically as the old timeline is no longer available. The solar plexus area was especially affected by these releases, muscles trying to cling onto something that is not there anymore.

 

The deep releases from the core were accompanied by burning sensations physically, emotionally, mentally, and/or etherically (muscles, heart center, third eye and/or skin/crown), sometimes almost unbearable.

 

A new Understanding of Oneness

Through this experience of loneliness and being sick and tired of doing it alone, as well as the dissolving of old relationship templates, we were gaining more access to a new understanding of relating to others. How we do have more energetic similarities and a stronger pull to certain individuals than to others. Oneness does not mean we are the same, it means we are equal. Just as in our physical bodies not all cells have the same function and structure, we are not all the same, although made of the same material. Individuality comes through different energetic structures. And these different structures are needed to still cause an attracting effect of polarity as a collective.

Without polarity, there is no momentum, no creative power. Without polarity, there cannot be unity. Unity is the meeting of the two (or more) energetic streams in a zero point. Where the waves come together for creation and exchange of energetic information to then move apart again to create momentum anew. We are more and more understanding and feeling the difference between unity of the collective and unity as a pair. And that the balance of a pair is the next step before unity as a collective can happen. The basis for it all is union within the individual. That grants access to unity consciousness and unity flow to individually create as a human being. Once this alignment is fully in place, the dance of an energetically matching pair (polarity and same frequency) can start to cause further ripples to align the collective.

 

Truth comes first

Another effect in the past week, triggered through a strong cosmic influx of pure consciousness (masculine energy) was the need to focus and making choices. Where do I want to focus my energy and what experiences do I choose? Where do I want to contribute and what does not resonate. For many this trigger was so powerful that expressing truth towards others involved was the only option. Like a “f*c kit all, no matter the consequences, I can’t hold back any longer.” This is another sign of balancing within and integrating the healthy masculine energy, understanding that things can only manifest when the energy is concentrated, with focus, intention and commitment. If not – like a garden hose on spray – we are just spraying a bit of energy everywhere, meeting other little spray drops of other spraying hoses, not creating the necessary polarity needed for creation. While it is important to be in spraying mode for a while to scan all possibilities, it is also important to then make the choice, to commit, and to focus the energy into a strong beam, to then trigger the flow into (e-)motion. And only when coming from authenticity, the creation will play out in a way that we actually intend to.

 

Chakras are restructuring and become Energetic Centers

Another amazing process that is already in full implementation mode is the restructuring of the chakras. Actually, they cannot be called chakras (wheels) any longer, because the way of energetic supply is completely shifting from outwards to inwards. Chakras had been designed for the lower realities based on lack (also energetically) to suck in energy in a spiraling movement. Like water going down into a drain, drawing in energy from outside to the inside. Everyone was constantly stealing energy from others to survive. That was how the old system kept itself alive, by keeping the attention outside of self through distractions. The Kundalini rising within, experienced by more and more people, put this restructuring into action.

“The chakras are now restructured into centers of energetic exchange. It is a switch from vampirism to sharing.  From draining to amplifying.” 

The chakras are now restructured into centers of energetic exchange. It is a switch from vampirism to sharing. From draining to amplifying. The energetic movement is no longer a one way spiral but a sharing in form of the infinity symbol, designed to amplify each others energy for even more creative momentum. As it is not a line, but happening all around, these infinity symbols shape a donut around the energetic centers. Through the Kundalini movement up and down, these infinity symbol movements are also happening between earth and universe. And again: this is designed to experience oneness and unity through perfect polarity and the perfect dance of masculine and feminine energies, individually, in pairs and collectively.

 

 

So, seeing and receiving all of these upgrades and releasing old stuff – we really need to be our own best spaceholder. Our human body is going through a lot and needs our presence and support. The year end rally is gonna be filled with more of these upgrades and stripping away of layers for reaching this mastery. We will experience more chaos,  and hightened solar activity, earthquakes  etc are to be expected. The more we allow it to happen and are patient with ourselves, the easier it will become and magic will accompany us along the way. Becoming the observer and seeing it from the energetic perspective makes it more playful and adventureous and automatically takes us out of identification with it. So…. Take it easy on yourself!

Why we NEED the Mind to shift our Reality

It is common understanding in the spiritual world that we need to leave the mind to make the shift into a new reality and become a successful creator. But this is only half of the truth and often is misinterpreted, thinking that we need to abandon the mind and live alone from the heart and feel. This could not be further from the truth. Inner balance is only possible through alignment of heart, mind and physical body. 

 

A lot of spiritual practices and methods are excluding the mind and concentrate on feeling only. Yes, true, in order to shift frequencies, we need to feel energy and have an emotional experience. And that clearly does not take place in the mind but through the heart and through the physical body. And yet, before we actually have an emotional experience, we make a choice and set an intention. And that is whether we go into trust or mistrust: if we come from a place of love or fear in how we deal with our emotional experience. This choice is done with masculine energy. It is observing, focusing, and choosing before it is handed over into the feminine field of energy again, where we actually feel and process. If we ignore the mind, we automatically invite it to stay in the same old patterns and programming And those are fear based. So very often, the methods and exercises are  not as effective, because the mind wanders off into past or future, trying to figure out  what is happening and projecting all kinds of things. We judge and blame ourselves or others for feeling in a certain way or being emotional. We feel wobbly and unsafe, we feel like a victim, driven by the emotional experience. Without the active choice of the mind, we are not taking responsibility for our own creation in that moment.

We have been so busy with being in the feminine only, because we have subconsciously and consciously made the masculine responsible and accountable for all the misery in the world. We have abandoned the masculine traits, and were learning to just be, receive, nurture etc. The more we did, the less actually happened, because we need the masculine energy just as much for a successful creation. The doing and action does not come from the feminine. So the feeling of being stuck is not only a result of the panicking mind, it is also a result of us ignoring our inner masculine. What we need to understand is that we need both, feminine and masculine for creation. And in order to change the experience from one that is based on mistrust/fear/lack to one that is based on trust/love/abundance, both – masculine and feminine – need to operate on a different, higher frequency level. And also that shifting needs a choice and intention first how I will deal with the emotional experience: with trust or mistrust.

The mind is the translator of masculine energy into intention and action. It is the gateway for consciousness to come through and is the energy of focus. It focuses in a way that energy can materialize (by structuring and thus increasing density).

The mind sets the intention to make a choice. That choice is always: Do I trust or do I mistrust.

Without the mind, there is no translation of masculine energy. That means, there is no action, no manifestation. If we only remain on the feeling side, we remain in the field of possibilities, without ever making a choice and focus. There is no commitment. And commitment is the essential basis for dedication and manifestation – feeling the new choice letting it grow (feminine) and then let it manifest (masculine).

As long as the mind is programmed to react out of fear, it will always choose mistrust. So we need to retrain and reprogram the mind to choose trust and set an intention build on trust. How do we do that?

1) Accept your Mind

First of all, we have to stop to condemn the (ego) mind for being the root cause and block to happiness. It is not doing that on purpose and has not learned any other way than trying to protect us. By accepting the mind, we stop fighting against ourselves. The mind is and will always be an important part of us, it just will change its way of working and processing information once we start transforming it.

2) Understand how your Mind works

In order to be able to re-program the mind, we need to understand how the mind works. So actually, we provide the mind with the knowledge about itself and the way it functions to reduce reaction from fear and to creation from love. The so-called ego mind has its roots in the Amygdala, a small part of the brain in the hippocampus. There, the fear responses (fight, flight, freeze) are produced. Yet, this is also the center of production for motivation. And we can shift motivation out of fear into love/trust.

The old neuro-pathways have to be replaced step by step by new ones. So every time we discover a fear reaction, we can stop, breathe and be aware that we are about to go down that neuro-pathway we had built over our lifetime. This is the moment of choice. Instead of choosing the old and react with a fear pattern, we can choose to embrace the experience and step right into it. This way, we are overcoming the fear of the fear and are step by step learning, that the fear has a much bigger and more dangerous looking façade than it actually is.

3) Appreciate and love your Mind

By having gained a better understanding how the mind works and what we need it for, we can really start appreciating it in a whole different way. We can accept is as and essential part of us that helps us to accelerate on our path to inner balance. Inner balance means the balance of masculine and feminine energy, so how would it be possible without the mind? As long as the mind is still in ego-mode, we need to hold a safe space for it so that it can re-discover its true essence.

4) Support your Mind into Trust

The mind just wants to understand what is going on. If it does not understand what is going on, it goes into panic mode and starts to interpret and to create stories around pure facts that are based on experiences in the past. Again – it goes into the library of old programs and strategies from the past to protect us from pain. And that is what keeps us in old loops of experiences.

In order to redirect the mind, it needs to understand how energetic dynamics work. It will be surprised and baffled first that it is basically the opposite of all the programming it had been provided with. And it will not be able to play that new program directly. Repetition of information/new data is necessary to step by step take the mind into a whole new paradigm of thinking: An operations mode that switches from linear (time – past- future) to parallel (moment to moment / NOW).

5) Be patient with your Mind

That also means that we have to be patient with our mind. The ego does not transform over night, just as it had not been created over night. The physical body actually has to rebuild the neurological pathways – which again is a process of creation, where we again choose whether we trust or not.

Each time we use the mind to let consciousness come through, we also become aware of the old programs still running. And awareness is the first step to set an intention from a different/conscious perspective. Accepting it all means we are not fighting within any longer. The inner conflict dissolves and we are truly aligned to embody the balance of masculine and feminine. Enjoy that perfect dance of the feminine and masculine energies!

How does it feel to experience different Dimensions?

We read a lot about ascension, about energy, about different frequencies, about symptoms we experience etc. The information can be not only superconfusing, but also easily keep us trapped in the idea, we have to reach something, and we still have not found our truth.

What if there is no “THE TRUTH” but many different truths, depending on what reality we choose to be in. What if there is no GOAL to reach but just the journey to experience. What if there is no better or worse concerning dimensions, but just a different experience? And what if that never stops, moving from frequency band to frequency band? What if we are about to overcome the belief of finity and understand that evolution has neither a beginning nor an end, but just shifts we go through. And by shifting from one reality to another, it feels like a beginning and an end, and yet, it is nothing else but just another turning point in our personal evolution. The way I perceive it, each dimension has its own truth in its own reality. And we only start questioning that truth, when we start raising our own energetic frequency out of that dimensional comfort zone we have been in. A dimension is a certain energetic frequency band we resonate with. I am absolutely aware, that using the term dimensions (in this case 3D, 4D, and 5D) is just another label to make sense of what we feel.

And there are tons of labels that are trying to describe certain phenomena and it can be overwhelming to work through all the information. Yet, I felt it was worth sharing this overview which was a result of a get together in Bern/Switzerland by Herzraum, on “Living in the 5th dimension” . The most prevailing question that people had was, how does it feel like to live in that dimension and how can I tell where I am at?

So I hope this overview gives an idea on the different experiences. Enjoy and honour your journey and experience, whereever you are right now.

Free your Mind: Dropping all Labels

The world is full of labels to define what something or someone is or not. It helps the human mind to sort things and people into boxes and to differentiate. And… to separate…. Although it is not always obvious…. the spiritual world is also full of labels. And yes – Labels are important on our journey to help us to understand where we are in our process and what is happening with us, to then drop them again, detach and move on. Yet, that is where many of us remain stuck. By developing and identification with and attachment to a certain label.

 

It is not easy to admit that one to ourselves. That we are still attached to certain beliefs and concepts: Labels. Because we think we have evolved so much, grown so much and now we are eager to change the world. Often, we don’t realize that we are repeating the past. Before we had our wake up call, we were the CEO, the Head of, the President, the Doctor, the MBA, the Jew, the Muslim, the Christian, the Buddhist etc. Now we are the Lightworker, the Indigo Child, the Twin Flame, the Ascended Master, the Guru, part of the 144.000 etc. Yet, none of this says anything about who we truly are. We are labelling ourselves and others again and…. are taking or giving away our power and are creating separation. That leads us away from true oneness and takes away our freedom. True freedom means to be free from all conditioning, all beliefs, all attachments, all identification: All labels.

 

The (Spiritual) Ego

The (spiritual) ego is a tricky one. So often we think we have overcome it, and yet we end up in attachments and beliefs again, without even realizing that we are trying to change the other/outer by imposing our knowledge and belief onto people. Or we drop into following a teacher or guru again, taking everything for granted an individual is saying. It is a fine line to walk to be of service, stay in self-love and self-respect and yet share with others to inspire without any attachment / expectation / condition. The ego loves to create stories. To every label, there is a story attached. So that we can identify or disidentify with them.

Because: The ego mind needs identification. It cannot stand the idea of just being and doing without a label or role. It loves to define what we are and what we are not. Who is part of our tribe and who is not. Who I identify with and who not….And that is exactly what keeps us from being free: The attachment to identification: To labels.

We will never have all the answers while we are in human form. That is not the point either. The point is to trust ourselves and our interdependence with all there is, and yet being free and our authentic self. The point is to take in the experiences we move through, integrate them and grow even further, sharing them with others without identifying with them or seeing them as the only truth. We are always teacher and student at the same time. Only then there is balance. The point is to see that there is no right or wrong, there are no dogmas or rules or routines to follow. We are learning to understand and listen to energetic impulses. What feels right in one moment and then follow along with it. We have a perfect inner guidance system that does not need any confirmation from the outside world.

Just because someone claims to know it all and talks about love and light, does that mean they are truly coming from an open heart? No certificate, no track record can prove that, although the ego loves to buy into these. We can only feel the truth with our heart. In a world where we rely on our inner guidance, no certificates are necessary as we trust what resonates without making ourselves dependent or develop an attachment.

 

3 Ways to detect Spiritual Labeling

So how do we detect spiritual labeling, if we use it ourselves or if we follow the labeling of others?

The ego pushes, authenticity pulls

The ego loves to push itself onto others and into the world. It makes a lot of noise, says, buy this program, do that and sells its knowledge as the only way. It tries to convince, control, manipulate by using labels to create some illusion of authority or qualification.

The authentic self on the other hand knows how energy works and relies on the pull effect. It knows that everything comes to you when you follow the impulses and the flow. It knows that those that need information at a certain point in time will find it. It knows that there is no need for big marketing machineries. The authentic self acts out of purpose, not out of a need for recognition or reward, be it monetary or non-monetary as it knows that when coming from the open and balanced heart space, the balance of giving and receiving is always granted.

Comparison

The ego loves to compare. And by comparing, it creates separation. Be it through comparing how far one is in their process in comparison to others, how much more someone has to learn in comparison to others etc. It creates the illusion, that we need to reach a certain state or goal to be spiritual enough to earn a title (label), as it comes from a place of lack and the fear of not being good enough. The ego does not understand the concept of oneness, and that we are all part of the whole, that we all have our talents, gifts and tasks that are serving the greater good. The ego does not understand, that we are already whole. Instead it keeps distracting us from our wholeness within. Pure freedom is also being free from the need to compare. Everything just is.

Separation

The ego talks separation. It creates a difference between self and others. It addresses people with “You are this”, “You are to do that” etc. It distracts from self and own issues by focusing on others. This way, it is trying to take the power away from others and trying to have control over others. It commands, telling people what is right or wrong. It disidentifies with the whole.

The authentic self sees itself as part of the whole. It shares own experiences and wisdom without any shame or expectation. It is not afraid to change its perspective, when new learnings are integrated, as it is not attached to any rigid beliefs.

To summarize: The ego preaches and creates a feeling of being incomplete, minor and rebuked, while the authentic self inspires, motivates and creates the feeling of wholeness.

Being in the flow is surrendering and accepting that nothing is constant. There are times we stand still, and times we move, times we hold on, times we let go, times we know and times we do not know. There is no right or wrong, just gateways we pass while we grow and expand. When we use our inner guidance and feel into the energy of what is shared and/or going on, we know what resonates with our inner truth: No story, no label attached. No identification necessary. We just are. That is true freedom and self-empowerment!

Good Bye Linear Time – The Return to Unity Consciousness

We are in the middle of the bifurcation of timelines and realities shift. Old timelines collapse and there is no way back. While many of the early adapters are still feeling huge bi-polar shifts between the two realities and between love and fear, first movers are now entering more and more an energetic state of being that is called zero-point. The place where we are only observing, allowing and are moving along with the energetic flow without being entangled with any of the drama, stories and illusions of the old paradigm. We enter these points shortly before big energetic shifts – individually and collectively.

We have reached the critical mass now. The amount of people that went through their awakening process and have anchored themselves on higher frequency levels. The critical mass to cause a ripple effect to cause the grand awakening of the human collective. The evolution back from Polarity Consciousness into Unity Consciousness.

Transitioning is not easy. Transitioning means to let go of a lot of things and people we had developed an attachment to. And yet, attachment is not a natural state of being. It is an ego construct. Just as linear time is. We had developed these constructs to experience a life out of balance as far as possible. An experiment to see how far we could move away from our collective center. From Oneness. From Unity Consciousness. Our origin. The Source of all that is. The organism humanity went into collective amnesia and developed the concept of linear time, to give fear an artificial space to exist. To then create fear, it was necessary to cut off the conscious energetic connection to Spirit/Source (which caused the amnesia) and withdraw the feminine energy, creating the necessary misbalance. The masculine energy alone, without the balancing counterpart, experienced separation, lack and darkness. The energetic frequencies of fear were created. That was the fertile ground for the ego mind to evolve and grow and with it the illusion of duality. Further ego constructs evolved based on these concepts: Loneliness, danger, the need to survive, the need to be better than others etc. All of these were necessary to create the illusion humanity has been experiencing for eons (although also that is an illusion, as linear time does not exist). Humanity created its own auto-immune disease, fighting itself to move further and further out of balance, while living in this illusion. Now that we have reached the point of being furthest away from that inner balance of the collective before complete destruction of the organism humanity, it was time to end that experiment.

 

The Construct of Linear Time and the Ego

Now that we have more and more re-established our conscious connection to Source/All that is and have re-invited the mature feminine energy in, we entered that zero zone, where we experience the breakdown of the construct of linear time. And that means: Those that experience it are transforming the last bits of ego. And with it: The return of the mature masculine, the energy of doing, manifesting without any need of control.

The ego cannot exist in the NOW. The place where there is no linear time. The ego always needs the artificial space of linear time to project its illusions. Now that this space drops away, fear has no fertile ground. We remember enough now to not buy into these artificial programs any longer. We are not even able to relate to all the human drama, all the stories, as we can see right through the illusion. It feels like white noise, a frequency of a radio station, we are no longer able to receive.

We notice that we are completely in the zero point field/NOW moment, when uncertainty does not upset us any longer. As indeed it is our natural state of being. We are not able to create expectations, impatience, control, mistrust, conditions…, as they need a concrete reference point in the future. All we can be is unconditional, trusting and open to whatever comes, knowing it is perfectly in the flow. Human artificial structures such as schedules, appointments, daily routines become impossible to stick to, as they are not synchronizing with the Universal Flow. When linear time drops away, we automatically get access to the bigger picture. We align with unity consciousness and remember more and more of our essence and truth. All of a sudden we know things, we did not know before. We see and understand this all connecting energetic field, and how we incarnate into experiences in the physical. We are re-establishing the holy trinity. And with it, the full embodiment of Spirit, Soul and Body. Everything happens at once in the NOW as all possibilities are available, always. Linear time was helping to create the illusion that there were sequences and with it memories – that helped to keep fear projections alive. But what about past live memories, might the ego mind ask? All we do is choosing one or parallel experiences in a physical existence. Depending on where we tune in with our consciousness, we get flashes of information that feel like a past life memory although it is just a parallel reality we chose to access.

 

Those that are in the middle of this transition, will more and more have that experience, that even what happened yesterday feels like a past life memory. The truth is, we create every moment anew, nothing is solid. When we become multidimensional again, anything becomes possible.

Multidimensionality

 

Multidimensional experience is a super confusing, but also fun thing to experience. As we create moment to moment anew, we can also shift our realities quite easily. From the energetic frequency levels of the fifth dimension and onwards, we have all these different parallel timelines and realities available to access. And we choose our access point(s) into the field of all possibilities from moment to moment. And can alter as we wish once we are fully aligned. So what happens quite often while we are not yet fully stable and anchored in one frequency, is that we have to deal with multidimensional versions of other people, too. For example a 3D and a 5D self of a person. These seem to be completely bi-polar, do not remember what they had said before, or say even the complete opposite.

The Mandela Effect is exactly this. We are switching between different realities – collectively and individually and we remember things differently than they are in our current timeline we chose to access. Our limited, fear driven ego mind was not able to understand any of this. Only now we are entering the process of transcending it completely into a free spirit mind. A mind that is connected to all that is, is able to connect all dots, comes up with brilliant ideas to set intentions: The basis for all creation. Now that the mature masculine comes back and balances within us with the mature feminine, we have set the foundation for co-creation with others. We are back in the field of unconditional love within.

 

 

Embodiment

 

In order to create, we need to be able to embody our connection to Source (the open heart-center) and Unity consciousness (the mature mind) in our physical vessel (the evolved body). We need the physical existence to be able to create. It is our physical body that lets us follow the energetic impulses we receive from the universal flow. The intention of the mind causes a feeling from the heart, which sets the energetic vibration that we emit into the field. We synchronize with frequency matches in the field (people, situations,..), we resonate and that creates our outside reality. The more we learn to read and “speak” energy (by feeling it), the more we are able to follow the natural impulses we are receiving constantly with our physical body: Our intuition. The deep knowing, this is what I have to do next, because it feels right. No matter what the rational mind might have to say about that to protect us. Once we have embodied the balance of the mature feminine and the mature masculine within, we are ready for the next phase: Co-Creation.

 

 

Next Stage: Co-Creation

 

Just as cells in an organism pair up to work together to create something, we are now more and more pairing up with like-minded and like-hearted people that have also found their balance within. This will be happening in all areas of life. Friendships, “Relationships” (much more a relatedness now, based on freedom), work, and activities of all sorts. First, we mainly feel drawn to co-create in pairs – members of our tribe that we have met while finding our true self in our process of awakening to practice balancing energy between two people/physical entities. They might remain in our experience as partner or will move on, and both will feel absolutely fine.

That – on a sidenote – was one very important part of our journey. To find our people all over the planet, anchor the grid and activate it to build all these little centers for the ripples we are now creating for the big shift. Co-creating in pairs will help us to learn how to balance energy between two physical entities (people) before we will take the next step to create something even bigger, pairing up with other pairs that have gone through that process. Returning to community, oneness, completely new models of living based on love and abundance. This is the way how New Earth will take form quickly. We are all creating this together. We are passed the point of having to walk it alone. NOW: How perfectly organized and how exciting is this?!?
