MON: Venus conjunct Chiron
TUE: Venus sextile Ceres
WED: Mercury semisquare Saturn

SUN: Mars enters Capricorn, Mercury goes retrograde

AT TIMES, the old patterns may seem so entrenched, the barriers so impenetrable, the problems so complex, it can be hard to see how we’re ever going to break through them. No doubt we’re experiencing the Saturn half of the Saturn-Pluto combo when the feelings of discouragement and hopelessness arise. Both planets can bring up fears, but Saturn’s impact can be especially weighty in this regard.
.

The good news is that we are not destined to be stuck forever. But with Pluto in Capricorn involved in this process, transformation must go very deep, and the changes must be integrated at profound levels. Merely working on individual symptoms will no longer suffice. Root causes must be unearthed and entire systems renovated.

.

FOR PERSPECTIVE, the last time Saturn and Pluto aligned in Capricorn was in January 1518. Just two months before that date, the Catholic monk Martin Luther posted his “Disputation on the Power and Efficacy of Indulgences” on a church door in Wittenberg, Germany. This document, which came to be known as “The 95 Theses,” called out the corruption that had taken over the Catholic Church.

.

At that time, the Church wielded great authority and political power. Luther’s seemingly minor act of rebellion ignited the passion that grew into the Protestant Reformation, a movement that over time substantially changed the political and religious landscape of the Western world.

.

One of my favorite parts of this bit of history is the title of Luther’s paper. While I don’t know for sure, I doubt that he was thinking astrologically when he wrote it. But it is stunning that he used the words “Power” and “Efficacy” in the title, concepts that link directly to Pluto (power) and Saturn (efficacy).

MARS moves into Capricorn next Sunday, a transit that will last until March 30. On a personal level, Mars in Capricorn can help us apply effort and determination to achieve long-term goals. Progress is slow but sure, and requires determination, discipline, and patience.

.

The shadow side of Mars in Capricorn can manifest as aggressive displays of authority, and single-minded focus on a goal with a lack of regard for the feelings of others. It will not be surprising if the political antagonism increases over the next six weeks, especially while Mars is out of bounds (February 9 to March 12) and expressing more maverick-like qualities.

.
WHEN MARS enters Capricorn, it joins fellow planets Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto, the asteroid Pallas Athene, and the South Node, already in the sign. This is a lot of Capricorn energy, which can feel pretty heavy at times.
.

If you feel overwhelmed, remember that the North Node is in Cancer. The North Node is our signpost, revealing the evolutionary path that will help us successfully navigate current challenges. It is more important than ever to focus on being heart-centered. This means having empathy for others, trusting in the process, allowing your heart to guide your decisions, asking for help when needed, and making self-care a priority.

.

RELATIONSHIPS benefit from the planetary influences that begin the coming week. Venus aligns with healer Chiron on Monday, and is in harmonious aspect (sextile) with nurturing Ceres on Tuesday. Both of these aspects provide opportunities for us to bring greater compassion and acceptance into our relationships with loved ones, friends, and family.
.

At the same time, both aspects also require that we allow others and ourselves independence and autonomy (Venus/Chiron in Aries, Ceres in Aquarius). The healing comes as we are able to trust that being an individual with personal needs does not preclude being in loving relationship with others. Instead, being true to self can enhance our connections, as each person is able to bring their most authentic self to the interaction.

.

MERCURY begins its retrograde (backward) phase next Sunday. For the ensuing three weeks, until Mercury goes direct on March 9, we are encouraged to be more introspective than usual. This is usually a time when we benefit more from reviewing our plans than from implementing new ideas.
.
However, life goes on, and we often need to make decisions during a Mercury-retrograde period. If this is true for you, just take your time. If you feel pressured to make a decision, do your best to delay action until your mind is clearer and you are able to breathe calmly. Intuition may actually be stronger during Mercury retrograde, but it can’t be rushed.
 .
The only time I’ve had real problems with a Mercury retrograde was when I was rushing to get a project finished just hours before Mercury stationed. I was so intent on getting it submitted before that exact minute when Mercury went retrograde, I didn’t take the time to fully understand the instructions. The results were not pretty! But, the problems that followed could have been avoided if I had taken the pressure off myself and taken the time that was needed – even if it meant hitting the “send” button while Mercury was already moving backward.

.

THE MESSENGER PLANET is in mystical Pisces right now, so we may already be feeling some of that call to be more inwardly focused. Mercury in Pisces is happiest when it is writing poetry, meditating, expressing compassion, doing dream work, or similarly applying the logical mind in creative or spiritual pursuits.

.
Retrograde Mercury will revisit Aquarius for about twelve days, from March 4 to 16. During that time, we may be more able to receive higher-level insights, to think outside our usual parameters, and to allow ourselves to conceive of entirely new and perhaps audacious ideas.
.
It may be harder to be especially clear-headed on practical matters while Mercury is retrograde. But be sure to record the insights and intuitive hits you receive. Like dream images, they can fade quickly if we don’t capture them in some way. Then give your ideas time to germinate. The best time to implement them may be once Mercury enters proactive Aries on April 10.
.

FOR THOSE who are taking note of when the Moon triggers the Jupiter-Saturn-Pluto effect, I’m listing below the days and times for this week. Lunar aspects are not as powerful as outer-planet transits, but they can activate events related to longer-term influences. When the Moon forms hard aspects to these three planets in Capricorn, we may see “next steps” in the process of transmutation that is already underway.

.

If you’re feeling especially emotional around these times, it can be helpful to know that it’s related to the collective experience, even if it feels very personal. And it is often reassuring to know that the Moon moves quickly, so that its aspects are usually in effect for only a few hours.

.

Exact aspects this week, while the Moon is in Libra:

.
• Moon-Jupiter square: Wednesday, February 12, at 5:54 p.m. PST
• Moon-Pluto square: Thursday, February 13, at 6:20 a.m.
• Moon-Saturn square: Thursday, February 13, at 10:46 a.m. PST

.

IF YOUR BIRTHDAY IS THIS WEEK: This year, you have many opportunities for new adventures, and have the courage to travel new roads. Some of these journeys may be independently-inspired, but you also may be inclined to work with a partner.  As an individualistic Aquarius, you may surprise yourself at your increased ability to accommodate another person’s perspective. If you connect with the right partner, each of you will feel supported in being your authentic self, while also being willing to cooperate. (Solar Return Sun sextile Mars, trine Juno)

AS COMPARED to the tornado that was January 2020, the astrological weather in February is much quieter, for the most part. But the issues that have been raised in the past few weeks will be with us for quite a while yet, due to their magnitude and to their important role in our evolutionary process. This month should provide the opportunity to gain some clarity, to see more of the larger picture, and to decide what we want to focus on, that will be most helpful to us in the coming months.

From the astrological perspective, we will be watching the Moon and other planets to see when they “trigger” (reactivate) the energies of the Saturn-Pluto alignment. These are times when we should see new developments related to the original events that occurred in January. This Friday, the Cancer Moon opposes both Pluto and Saturn, at 4:02 a.m. PST and 7:43 a.m. PST, respectively.
THIS WEEK, two planets change signs, shifting our perspective somewhat. Mercury is the first to move, entering mystical Pisces on Monday. Mercury is the planetary representative of our mental state and our conscious, reasoning mind. As it travels through a sign, our overall thinking process can be more influenced by that sign.

Pisces is a very transcendent sign; one of its primary goals is to help us rise above the dramas and traumas of the Earth plane. It is more based in intuition than logic, and more inclined to compassion than judgment.

While the Messenger Planet transits Pisces, it can help us let go of old thoughtforms, old mental concepts that have kept us in a more fearful, less trusting space. We can be more “in tune” with the Cosmos, more open to spiritual and creative insights. We may pick up on what others are thinking more easily than usual, for our sensitivity is heightened. This can also be a very creative time, especially for poets, or those involved in film and photography, makeup and design.

ON THE FLIP SIDE of the coin, Mercury in Pisces can be a time when it’s harder to think logically or with clarity. Decision-making can take longer, since it can be hard to feel grounded in this reality. And, our words are more easily misunderstood, primarily because we expect that others are picking up on the nuances of what we’ve said. While Mercury is in Pisces, we are well advised to stop and do a “teach back,” where we check in with the other person and ask them to tell us in their own words what they heard us say.

Mercury is usually in a sign for about one month, but its transit of Pisces will be quite long this year, and a bit disjointed: It will be in the sign of the Fishes from February 3 to March 4, and again from March 16 to April 10. This is due to its retrograde (backward phase) that begins on February 16, and eventually takes it back for a short revisit of Aquarius from March 4 to March 16.

MERCURY is in favorable aspect to Uranus and Pallas Athene this week. Wednesday is an especially good day for receiving insights through meditation and opening to high-level information from your Divine Self or interdimensional guides. On Sunday, we focus more on finding practical solutions utilizing the insights we’ve gained.

But, Mercury is in hard aspect to Pluto next weekend, so we may deal with inner or outer conflicts as we try to convey our ideas to others. Opinions on both sides of the aisle are passionate. It will be important to remember how powerful words are, that they can be used as tools to either empower or tear down.
THE OTHER PLANET changing signs this week is Venus. As planetary representative of love, beauty, and values, the sign that Venus transits has a general influence on our relationships and finances.

Venus enters Aries on Friday for a four-week transit of the sign. Given that Aries is known for having courage and self-assurance, these qualities are more available to us as we interact with others, and as we decide what has value to us, that warrants an investment of our hearts and monies.

Also on Friday, the dwarf planet Ceres is in hard aspect to Uranus. This can be a time when our individual needs seem to be in conflict with our responsibilities to home and family. With Venus newly-arrived in assertive Aries, we are more likely than usual to face these problems head-on.
OUR FULL MOON for the month of February occurs next weekend, either Saturday or Sunday, depending on your time zone. For those on Pacific Time, the Full Moon perfects at 11:33 p.m. PST on Saturday, February 8; this converts to 2:33 a.m. EST and 7:33 a.m. GMT on Sunday, February 9.

This lunation occurs when the Moon is at exactly 20°00′ Leo, opposite the Sun at the same degree of Aquarius. At the time, both of the “lights” (Sun and Moon) are square the asteroid Vesta, and in favorable aspect to Mars.
A FULL MOON is always about coming into balance, finding ways to utilize the positive influences of the two opposing signs that are involved. Leo is a fire sign, heart-based, eager to connect and to be creatively involved in the Now. Aquarius is an air sign, mentally based, independent, and more detached or progressive, focused on the future.

This Full Moon asks us to find our balance between these two polarities, to be both engaged and present (Leo), but also to maintain a certain amount of detachment, that enables us to move and make progress. The hard aspect to Vesta in earthy Taurus suggests that we’ll need to set aside our need for immediate gratification, to realize that the transformation that is underway is very deep, and not completed overnight.

At the same time, the trine between the Full Moon and Mars in Sagittarius indicates we have access to a new levels of courage and optimism, if we stay present in the moment. We can hold the Aquarian vision of a new, more enlightened future, as long as we realize that our power is in the Now.

ONE LAST NOTE: Mars will be “out of bounds” from February 9 until March 12. We say that a planet is out of bounds (OOB) when its orbit takes it more than 23 degrees, 27 minutes either North or South of the celestial equator, the imaginary extension of the Earth’s equator out into space.

When a planet is OOB, it tends to take on more creative and eccentric characteristics. It can act as more of a wild card, in both positive and perceived negative ways. Annie Oakley, the sharpshooter, had Mars OOB in her birth chart. Her way of using her Mars assertiveness didn’t necessarily sit well with the strict delineations of what was seen as “feminine” in the late 1800s, but she was a trailblazer who left clear footprints in history as a result.

While Mars is OOB over the next four to five weeks, people can tend to be more driven and ambitious, bold and adventurous. There are some who will manifest the shadow, exhibiting more aggressiveness and anger, selfishness and impulsiveness. But, for those who need permission to act more assertively, or to take a leadership role, this can be an especially productive time.

IF YOUR BIRTHDAY IS THIS WEEK: This year, your need for new experiences may be in conflict with your commitment to work and to your comfort level with a certain lifestyle. This is your opportunity to find out what is true for you at even deeper levels than before, or perhaps differently than before. We all change as we move through our lives, and thus our commitments must also change. This year you are challenged to discover whether your work is still authentic to you, or if it needs to be modified in some way. (Solar Return Sun square Vesta)

Pam

Your weekly guide to planetary influences

November 18 to 24, 2019

by Pam Younghans

Aspects of Note This Week

All times listed are Pacific Standard Time. For Greenwich Mean Time, add 8 hours.

MON: Mercury semisquare Jupiter, Mars enters Scorpio
TUE: Jupiter conjunct Galactic Center
WED: Mars sesquiquadrate Neptune, Mercury stations direct
THU: Mars quincunx Chiron
FRI: Sun enters Sagittarius
SAT: Mercury semisquare Venus, Sun trine Chiron, Venus conjunct Galactic Center

SUN: Venus conjunct Jupiter, Mars opposite Uranus, Sun semisquare Saturn

THE SENSATION of being suspended between dimensions has been increasing this past week, as Jupiter has drawn closer and closer to its exact alignment with the Galactic Center (GC). This is the point in space around which our Milky Way galaxy orbits, similar to how Earth orbits around the Sun.

The GC emits infrared energies that affect us in various ways, causing an acceleration in our spiritual growth. If we clear our minds and listen, it also is a source of high-level information that we can access and download, through conscious channeling.

With our experience of the GC’s energies heightened now, we are drawn more easily into an altered state. We’re probably able to function in the “real world” as needed, but there’s also a feeling that part of our consciousness is existing in another version of reality—even if we can’t mentally grasp what that reality is.

WE MAY ALSO be experiencing manifestations on other levels, with strange symptoms occurring in our physical bodies. Philip Sedgwick*, an acknowledged expert on the influences of the GC, explains that the infrared vibration emanated by the GC “jostles the Root Chakra.”

Since the GC shakes up this energy center, which represents our physical foundation and anchors us to the Earth, it makes “sense” that we might literally be wobbly-legged right now, feeling lightheaded, or simply sensing that we’re not inhabiting our bodies in the usual way. Physically, we may experience dizziness, a slight out-of-body sensation, or an unexplained weakness.

JUPITER is the Great Magnifier, amplifying the effects of whatever it touches. As it reaches the exact degree of the GC this week, we will continue to feel other-worldly, as that flow of infrared energy is channeled powerfully in our direction. We will also continue what Mr. Sedgwick calls a process of “defragging” our mental and emotional bodies, where old data and patterns are deleted, making space available for new information and behaviors to be written.

Jupiter
aligns with the GC every 12 years or so, as it nears the end of its routine transit of Sagittarius. So, why do the effects of the alignment seem especially heightened this time around?

PART OF THE ANSWER lies in the effects of the Saturn-Pluto conjunction in Capricorn, an influence that has been building in strength throughout 2019, and is now nearing its January 2020 zenith. This planetary pairing is dismantling the systems, structures, and constructs of our reality, in preparation for a major evolutionary shift. We see it clearly in the world around us, but must consider how the process is also occurring in other ways—such as the breakdown of old personality patterns that no longer support us.

This dismantling, on all the levels on which it is occurring, has removed certain barriers and opened new energetic pathways for the effects of the GC to reach us more directly. Jupiter’s alignment with the GC is increasing the flow of that energy. As a result, we’re receiving a more powerful upgrade to the operating systems that have been running the hologram of our current reality.

AS THE ENERGIES of the Jupiter-GC alignment “jostle” our root chakras, we can of course feel destabilized. But that feeling of being slightly off-balance encourages us to walk differently and more consciously through our day. The lightheadedness, that feeling of sometimes being in a half-dream state, enables us to perceive reality from a new vantage point, and also enables us to receive new information and insights.

There are many reasons to appreciate the semi-altered mental state we currently are experiencing. Mr. Sedgwick writes that “the Galactic Center radiates brilliant insight to anyone connected with it. At all times, new and newer insights spew forth.” If we were to be fully focused in physical reality, fully connected to and able to focus on our “real” life, how open would we be to the brilliant insights that are being broadcast to us from the GC, and magnified by Jupiter?

ADDING another spice to this week’s already-enticing cosmic stew is the planet Venus, now also traveling through the last degrees of Sagittarius. Venus will align with the GC on Saturday, and then conjoins Jupiter on Sunday.

Venus rules the arts, our aesthetic, our ability to create beauty, and our capacity to express human love. The inclusion of Venus in the Jupiter-GC energy field makes this week an excellent time for any creatively inspired artistic activity where we utilize both the left and right sides of our brains. The Venus-GC alignment may also provide new insights in the area of personal relations, helping us see beyond the filters that might cloud our perceptions of others and our relationship with them.

Another facet of the GC’s influence, according to Mr. Sedgwick, is that it “pushes out mentally/emotionally stored data to clear space for new information to enter both the conscious and subconscious minds.” If we consider this within the context of personal relationships, this can be a very good week for letting go of the past, and for releasing the mental/emotional patterns within us that have repeatedly manifested challenging relationships.

OTHER significant events in the astrological news this week include the completion of Mercury’s retrograde phase on Wednesday and Mars’ ingress into Scorpio on Monday, which sets the stage for a Mars-Uranus opposition next Sunday.

Mercury has been retrograde in Scorpio since October 31, a day that some may recall as being especially pivotal. We’ve been compelled to confront some inner demons ever since that date, as the Messenger Planet has turned on the heat and required us to seek the truth at the heart of the matter. What we’ve discovered, both about ourselves and about others, may not have been especially pleasant; but our new and deeper understanding will ultimately enable us to move forward with greater clarity.

Once Mercury begins to move forward again, there can be a subtle lightening of the emotional weight of these past three weeks; however, Mercury will be in its “shadow phase” until December 7. This is when it moves beyond the degree at which it went retrograde. Until that date, we will continue to process and integrate the events and insights of this retrograde period, as a necessary step of moving beyond victimization and into empowerment.

NEXT SUNDAY’S Mars-Uranus opposition is likely to create some disturbances, as this combination of planets represents the sudden release of assertive/aggressive energies. On a personal level, we can maintain our balance by observing where we might tend to be too-quickly impatient or irritated. If we are very self-aware, we can find productive ways to move the energy, instead of allowing it to blast out at whoever seems to be “causing” the feelings of anger to arise in us.

When Mars and Uranus interact, there’s always the potential for impulsive or erratic behavior. We are more likely to be reactive, rather than calmly considering our options. With Mars in retentive Scorpio at the time of the opposition, actions that seem unexpected or sudden may actually arise from long-held resentments or feelings of jealousy or betrayal that have been percolating beneath the surface.

This is the energy of a sudden revelation that potentially alters our course. Any Mars-Uranus interaction gives us the opportunity to take a new road, to go in a new direction that is more personally fulfilling. Decisions that we make under this influence are often profound and truly game-changing.

IF YOUR BIRTHDAY IS THIS WEEK: At the heart of your experience this coming year is the potential for a deep healing of your self-confidence. The changes that are occurring in the world and in your own life may feel disruptive, but your inner courage and deep insights are your allies through any challenge. Your innate capacities for sympathy and kindness, as well as your psychic sensitivity, will also serve you, enabling you to be a support to those who might not have your emotional strength. NorthPoint Astrology Journal: Your weekly guide to planetary influences September 30 to October 6, 2019 by Pam Younghans

Aspects of Note This Week
All times listed are Pacific Daylight Time. For Greenwich Mean Time, add 7 hours.
MON: Venus square Pluto
WED: Pluto stations direct 11:38 p.m. PDT
THU: Mercury enters Scorpio 1:14 a.m. PDT, Venus opposite Eris, Mars enters Libra 9:21 p.m. PDT
SAT: Mercury quincunx Chiron, Mercury semisquare Jupiter
SAT: Sun square Nodes, Mercury opposite Uranus

PLUTO reigns over the heavens this week, and over our earth-plane experiences as well. Pluto is the Great Revelator, god of the Underworld, agent of Divine Will, and arguably the most powerful change-maker of the solar system, in spite of its demotion to dwarf planet status in 2006.

Pluto’s strengthened influence this week is because it comes to a standstill on Wednesday. It is completing its five-month retrograde phase (which began on April 24) and preparing to move forward once again. As I’ve written before, when a planet comes to a standstill to change direction, its effect on our lives is heightened–similar to the way in which we feel a train’s vibration more intensely when the locomotive has come into the train station and is standing still, engine running, right in front of us as we stand on the platform.

IT’S ALSO been my experience, in observing both my life and the lives of my clients, that we start to work with upcoming Pluto transits as soon as the dwarf planet goes direct and sets its sights on the road ahead. In other words, if you will be working with a major Pluto transit in 2020, even if the exact transit is many months from now, you may start feeling its influence as early as this coming week.

(If you have your natal astrology chart: Check your chart for planets and points between 20 and 26 degrees of cardinal signs–Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn. These planets/points will be receiving a direct Pluto transit over the course of the next 15 months.)

This also means that the energies of the Saturn-Pluto alignment, which perfects on January 12, 2020, are going to start strengthening now, and increasing with each week that passes. We’ve already been working with bits and pieces of this life-altering/paradigm-changing influence since early 2019, but now is when we begin to see even more clearly what issues we will be dealing with, that will ultimately transform the landscape of our collective experience.

I’VE CHOSEN today’s image of crumbling bricks because it represents one of the ways that Pluto in Capricorn can manifest–through the dismantling of structures, systems, and foundations that are outdated, out of integrity, and no longer adequate to meet the needs of the greater good. These systems may be social or governmental, or more personal.

In many ways, Pluto helps us purge toxins from our lives. It reveals places where darkness has infiltrated and exposes the effects of that darkness. Pluto requires that we do the work of energy transmutation, in which we change the fundamental elements of that which has become infested. This is an alchemical process, through which we symbolically change lead into gold.

Pluto’s higher purpose always has to do with the reclaiming of power that has been given away or usurped. With Pluto in Capricorn, it is time for each of us to reclaim our authority, to take back the reins of our lives in some way, in some area of life. Wherever we have abdicated our power–whether it has been to other people, the status quo, or even to our own emotional reactivity–we will be feeling the pressure to make deep changes in the months ahead.

AS VENUS squares Pluto on Monday of this week, we may be feeling that pressure either within our personal relationships or in our financial situation, since these are both areas that Venus rules. And, given that this square is still “within orb” (in effect) when Pluto stations on Wednesday, there could be significant developments in these areas throughout the work week.

Adding to the tension, Venus opposes disgruntled Eris on Thursday. This aspect is likely to manifest through literal tugs-of-war between those who were once allies. Venus in Libra may attempt to mollycoddle, placate, or even manipulate the situation to bring about harmony, but Eris in Aries is not likely to be waylaid by tactics of distraction.

TWO PLANETS change signs on Thursday, further indications that we are shifting our perspective as well as our trajectory. Mercury, which represents our capacity for reasoning and our ability to communicate, enters truth-seeking Scorpio, setting aside Libra’s need to see both sides of an argument. Mercury in Scorpio unleashes the investigator aspect of our beings, the part of us that is unafraid of darkness and passionate about finding the answers.

On the other hand, Mars is entering conciliatory Libra on Thursday. In the positive, this placement of Mars–which represents our capacity for individual action and application of personal will–indicates that we are more willing now to work side-by-side with others, to collaborate on mutually-shared agendas. Mars in Libra could also invigorate the need for fairness and equality. But, we will need to be on the watch for the dark side of Libra, which can manifest as indecisiveness and an excessive focus on an “eye-for-an-eye” application of justice.

NEXT WEEKEND appears to be a bit rocky, with several hard aspects involving Mercury in Scorpio. On Saturday, Mercury is quincunx Chiron and semisquare Jupiter, so we are paradoxically both uncertain of what we’re really thinking while also being more likely to blurt out potentially hurtful words without taking the time to consider the ramifications.

Then, on Sunday, Mercury opposes Uranus in Taurus. On one end of this polarity is the planet that represents rational thought, and on the other end is the planet that symbolizes higher consciousness. If we are openminded, this can actually be a great time to open our awareness to receive new insights and inspirations that will lead us forward. However, this opposition can also manifest as very nervous mental energy, making it hard to focus. It may also be a time of fractured thinking and convoluted communications, or problems with computers and other electronic devices.

WITH THE SUN activating the nodal axis on Sunday, this could be a pivotal day in our collective evolutionary process. We should be able to see even more clearly the two choices before us: We can default to the South Node in Capricorn, which draws us into old patterns of fear and control, or we can align with the North Node in Cancer, which opens our hearts in trust and empathy.

As each of us makes our personal choice in the matter, we inform and influence the collective. Do we walk through Door #1 or Door #2? What do we want our legacy to be?

IF YOUR BIRTHDAY IS THIS WEEK: Over this past year, you have been challenged to take a serious look at how your life and your relationships have unfolded. This reality check has required you to consider what you are ready to leave behind and what you want to create going forward. At the same time, you have been healing old wounds that have convinced you that your needs are not as important as the desires of others. As you look back over the past twelve months, you may be able to see where fears have blocked you from making certain choices. Going forward from here, you will have opportunities to act upon the insights you have gained, which will open up your life to new experiences. You may even surprise yourself by making more spur-of-the-moment decisions, a rarity for most Librans! Taking these risks brings new experiences into your life, and helps you see potentials that were once hidden. (Solar Return Sun square Saturn, opposite Chiron, square nodal axis)

In Gratitude and Light,
Pam
