Embodiment and Healing Trauma | The Cosmic Matrix Podcast #6 (Part 1) | Piercing the Veil of Reality

Home / Part 1 / Embodiment and Healing Trauma | The Cosmic Matrix Podcast #6 (Part 1)

The vast majority of people in the modern world are disconnected from their bodies and live in a very hard-centric existence. Official culture and the matrix keeps these people disembodied by design so that they are disconnected from their inner guidance and true creative power. Laura and Bernhard discuss this process of embodiment; which is reuniting body, mind, and spirit and how this brings us to heal the trauma stored in our bodies as we reconnect to it. Other topics in this episode include the importance of somatic meditation and other embodiment practices, the trap of over-focusing on the intellect, developing emotional intelligence, and the dangers of Transhumanism, A.I., and 5G interfering with the embodiment process.

Show Notes Part 1:

  • What is Embodiment?
  • Soul Integrations/Individualization
  • Importance to stay in the body vs. dissociating

A Transformative Retreat – in Peru

https://veilofreality.com/time-of-transition-retreat/

This Time of Transition retreat will be hosted by Bernhard Guenther and his partner Laura Matsue, and is an evolution from previous retreats in that it will focus more on the concept of relating and the inner process of union that needs to take place before any outer changes can occur as we move towards transcending the Matrix and healing the wound of Separation.

Placed in the high-jungle of the Peruvian Amazon (commonly referred to as the “Hawaii of Peru”) the setting of this retreat is away from the typical distractions of modern life, allowing us the space to go deeper into ourselves and connect deeper with one another.

We will learn about the bigger picture perspective of the accelerated evolution of consciousness that is occurring right now on Planet Earth, the Matrix Control System and its teaching function, and the importance of creating conscious relationships and community during this Time of Transition. Together we will dive into a wide-array of daily spiritual practices, sharing circles, and explore the fundamentals of self-work and embodiment practices that are necessary in order to anchor the Divine within and align with our individual’s soul purpose. We will also give time to reconnect with our natural rhythms and the natural order around us by going on hikes through the jungle, bathing in waterfalls, and deeply cleansing our body, mind, and spirit.
