Weekly horoscope tarot readings from the 14th – 20th October 2019, FOR ALL TWELVE SIGNS OF ZODIAC, by psychic Sasha Bonasin. Weekly career, finances, health, love, relationships, spirituality, spiritual guidance and advice.

The energy will be VERY INTERESTING this week indeed, I really like it because it will be rejuvenating in many ways, for example, the need to explore will be highlighted, and also the need to deal with things that we consider uncomfortable this particular week will actually flow rather easy.

It’s all about accomplishment, confidence, bravery, next stage and most certainly a quite important option which will be super highlighted for us by the end of this week.

On a spiritual level this week will be good to meditate, connect and reconnect with nature, grounding and tree hugging will be super effective to rejuvenate ourselves.

Time to revisit our personal spiritual rituals, time to give ourselves time and most certainly time to consider if or where we can pursue new spiritual information that might be interesting to us.

This horoscope tarot readings are for all twelve signs of Zodiac: Libra, Aquarius, Leo, Gemini, Virgo, Aries, Capricorn, Taurus, Cancer, Sagittarius, Scorpio & Pisces.

Disseminating Moon Phase:
  communicate, share

Moon in Gemini

Sun: 17 Libra – “a retired sea captain watches ships entering and leaving the harbor”

True Alignments:  quiet time/time for reflection, desire to return to the past in some way, objective analysis of events, looking at options

Catalysts for Change:  excuses, giving in, doing things the old way (old paradigm)

Earth: 17 Aries – “two prim spinsters sitting together in silence”

True Alignments:  taking a step back to consider, opening to new opportunities, strengthening individuality, surpassing what is expected or accepted

Catalysts for Change: false pretenses, placing restrictions on self or others, ageism against the young, unable to allow the new to enter, fighting against the flow, isolation, feeling that one is running out of time

I hope you had a wonderful experience with the highly spiritual energetics of this past weekend’s Black Moon conjunction with the Galactic Center (or when we “touched home”).

When the Sun and Earth reach 17 Libra and Aries, as they do today, we are wise to take time out to reflect and plan.  Quiet and having quiet time for contemplation is important, as both symbols involve themes about time, watching, and recollecting.  The retired sea captain watches the ways of the world – the comings and goings, and the prim spinsters sit apart from anything that is active and progressing.  Thus it is a better day to observe than to act.

Disseminating Moon phase brings us the information that we need as we observe and learn.  New things will enter the field (the harbor), enabling us to expand our perception and understanding today.  The Sun and Mercury just made conjunction, adding extra energy for vital messages and information to reach us.

With this today, we also have Jupiter spending its last day in Libra before it enters Scorpio tomorrow at 9:21 am ET/1:21 pm UT.  Jupiter is completing discharge of 30 Libra – “three mounds of knowledge on a philosopher’s head.”  We are learning from the past and applying new methods, thoughts, and attitudes to the present and future.

It is certainly a “mental” or “cognitive” type of day, which is typical of the Moon in Gemini, but the theme is quite pronounced today.  Negative mind loops may try to take over, as they do when the Moon transits the sign opposite of the Black Moon.  (The Moon is in Gemini while the Black Moon is in Sagittarius – the opposite sign of Gemini.)  This means today is a Black Moon Day, when we tend to react from our most basic instincts, trying very hard to not be hurt or vulnerable.  Issues regarding meaningfulness and acceptance are highlighted (meaning we naturally seek meaning or question meaningfulness, as well as the approval and acceptance of others).  The task is to find meaning and to value oneself as much as others.  This will reach a height tomorrow when the Moon makes exact opposition with the Black Moon.  Understand that emotions are mercurial today, and that people may react from their least wisest selves.  Those with the Sun, Chiron, or Black Moon in Gemini or Sagittarius are most affected by this (and it is representative of the rebirth of self that they are undergoing – embrace the new.)

Archontic energies are more active when the Moon and Black Moon are making angles, so be aware.

We want to be particularly vigilant for synchronicities and signs from nature because these are likely to come rather rapidly.

Today we will practice the art of observing the ways of things, adjusting accordingly while keeping our eyes open for new opportunities.  Today is all about the new, so we will turn that way — away from the shadows of the past, toward the light of the future.

Balsamic Moon Phase: release what you do not want to carry into the next lunar month

Moon in Virgo

Aspect of the Aeon Sophia (Wisdom): Shodashi, Goddess of Beauty, Goddess Who Aligns With the Highest and Best

Aspect of the Aeon Thelete (Will): Kathe, God of the South

Skill:  choose from the options below

True Alignments:  clarity, looking within, staying strong, mystery solved, brave enough to face the deepest parts of oneself, unity, multi-tasking, versatility, values, looking out for others, the underdog

Catalysts for Change:  overly competitive, difficulty coping, pretending to be something else, fearful, feelings of failure, unavailable, disconnected, not listening to others, strict rules, divide and conquer tactics, jealousy, critical and criticism

Sabian Symbol for the Solar-Lunar Month: “two heads looking out and beyond the shadows” (seeing beyond duality/divide and conquer, integration, transcending difficulties)

Sabian Symbol for the Solar-Lunar Year: “the magic carpet of Oriental imagery” (the renaissance of humanity, transcending difficulties)

As the mystical Balsamic Moon phase continues today, we have the following themes:

1- THE NEED TO PROTECT/LOOK OUT FOR SELF AND OTHERS – The Sun is discharging “a woman feeding chickens and protecting them from hawks.”  In addition to looking our for others, we also protect our ideas and projects (especially new ones that are “incubating”).  The energetic describes the potential for a threat or something with which we may need to be on guard.  Sometimes, everyday or certain tasks can feel monotonous, burdensome, or draining with this energetic.  However, these things are very “grounding” for us, and perhaps need to be reviewed with reverence or gratitude.

2 – DIVISIONS AND “BEING IN THE WORLD BUT NOT OF IT” – The Earth is discharging “a man successfully expressing himself in two realms at once.”  It is a good idea to consider shifting focus if the progress of something becomes blocked.  Step away from it for a little while and return to it later; things should begin to flow again.  If some sort of separation or division is occurring, stay versatile in your outlook.  Do you need to split (bifurcate) your energies between two things?  Things that you thought were not at all possible to do may actually be very possible, and this energetic would show it.

It is good idea to refrain from knee-jerk reactions because that may “scatter” the situation even more.

What is actually happening with this is the increase in our ability to process more light (information), and thus lead a life deeply steeped in physical experience with the Divine.

3 – LOOK BELOW THE SURFACE – Venus is located at the degree of the Sabian symbol of “deep sea divers.”  We look below or beyond the surface or appearance of things to get the picture of what is really going on with something.  This is a day one would want to look very closely at fine print, and to also consider all of the angles that could be possible.  To uncover or discover or ascertain the truth of a matter may require a serious evaluation of how one feels about the situation — how one truly and deeply feels (because water, the sea in this case, represents emotions).  It may take several evaluations to get to the bottom of how you feel about something.  we want to give things more time before making a move or decision.

4 – LOOKING TO THE SIDE AND COMPARISIONS TO OTHERS – Mercury is discharging “a swimming race.”  People can be hyper-competitive with this energetic.  Water is once again represented, indicating a competition with one’s own emotions or the emotions of others.  Things that have been under stress and strain have a tendency to show up so that we can change directions with them.  Any insecurities that we harbor express themselves through comparison with others, which, truly, is impossible, as no two people are the same; each is unique.

5- PROCESS OF ELIMINATION AND THE FEELING OF BEING UNDER ASSAULT – Mars is discharging “three stained glass windows in a Gothic church, one damaged by war.”  Emotions are already running high with all of the water symbology in effect, but this symbol adds a devastating or debilitating component.  If you find yourself in this situation, look to see what is real, what is temporary, what is expected, and what may need to be released.  Primarily, this involves the way we think and feel about something.  An “elimination” of something may occur.  If so, a restructuring is happening so that something else can be discovered or so that a new option can enter the scene.

12:46 pm ET/4:46 pm UT – The Moon will oppose Neptune, bringing clarity to the unseen or unknown.  The Moon comes to the degree of the current lunar cycle that began on September 1 with the New Moon in Virgo:  “two heads looking out and beyond the shadows.”  Clarity and greater comprehension comes.

3:13 pm ET/7:13 pm UT – The Moon will conjunct the North Node (destiny) at the degree of “a bride with her veil snatched away.”  Things have a tendency to be taken away and true intentions are revealed.  At the same time, the Moon is squaring Saturn at “a flag that turns into an eagle that crows.” We transcend restrictions, shape-shifting things, usually for lofty reasons.  We get “big ideas.”  If something is “snatched away,” do not be surprised if something else comes to take its place.

I hope that you find something useful within the complexities of today’s energy and report.  Find beauty and send a wave a love out to the world!

Enlightening Life: Powerless and Paralyzed — 5 Steps to Go From Defeat to Action by Jennifer Hoffman

Enlightening Life: Powerless and Paralyzed — 5 Steps to Go From Defeat to Action
by Jennifer Hoffman

On May 19, 2014

A family of groundhogs taught me a powerful lesson about defeat, powerlessness, paralysis, and hopelessness this week, bringing up some very painful issues from my past. Deciding whether I would be defeated by a situation that I didn’t think I could control or taking action to resolve it moved me from feeling victimized, powerless, angry and paralyzed, some of my core life challenges, to overcoming the challenge in a powerful way (and saving my garden from a family of hungry groundhogs). I share this story this week, and 5 steps you can take to move from defeat to action.

I have been seeing a groundhog around my yard for the past two years and I knew that it had been living part-time under my house. But I wasn’t aware, until recently, that not only had it taken residence under my porch on a full-time basis,  it had given birth to four babies. Last week, as I was sitting at my desk, talking to my coaching clients, I watched as three of the babies walked casually around my yard, munching away on my plants. I felt angry, helpless, and powerless because I didn’t know how to stop them. Unless I did, not only would they decimate my gardens, but they would continue to live under the porch.

So I took action and called Animal Control, who helped me trap them, one at a time, and they released them in a large nature preserve near my home (but far enough away that they won’t come back). They are now all gone and their access to my porch has been closed (with chicken wire and 50 pounds of cement). I didn’t miss the lesson here because while I was angry at how callously they were destroying all of the work that I had put into my garden (they were just being groundhogs), I also felt victimized, paralyzed, and powerless, in a way that brought up some very old memories. Having experienced paralysis as a child, I still remember how it felt to be helpless and powerless in the face of something I could not control. I remember feeling angry that this had happened to me and knew that I could accept the doctors’ prognosis that I would never walk again or I could take action and do whatever it took to walk normally, choosing to live my life as a victor instead of as a victim.  (Get my book on overcoming your victim mentality here, The Difference Between a Victim and a Victor is I AM).

As I was watching the groundhog babies munching away at my garden my first feeling was anger at their disregard for the money I had spent on the plants, and the time and effort that I had put into planting them. Then I felt powerless when I wondered how I was going to get rid of them — they were very happy, safe, and comfortable in their den under my porch, and I am incapable of killing an animal, no matter how much I don’t want it at my house. And I felt a little hopeless because the situation seemed impossible. But it was the feeling of overwhelm and paralysis that really got my attention because at first, I thought there was nothing I could do, they would stay and eat at my garden until they got ready to leave, if they ever would. I felt stuck because I wasn’t sure how to handle this problem.

Trapping the animals was easy, thanks to a supply of apples (which they seem to really like) and the strong metal traps provided by Animal Control. One at a time, we baited and placed the traps and within an  hour, I would hear the trap close and walk over to see another groundhog captured. Then they would take the trap and release the animals, leaving me with another trap to capture another animal. It took three days to capture all of them and if you think this took a lot of my time, energy, and attention, you’re right. I was hopeful that we would catch them all, but a little afraid that they would not cooperate. Fortunately, they did and now they’re all gone.

Where we feel helpless and hopeless in the face of a life challenge is where we have a life changing choice to make — we can be defeated or we can take action. It’s life changing because what we choose to do in that moment of challenge will alter the course of our life from that point forward. When we choose defeat we believe that we have no control over the situation, fall into the hopelessness, become paralyzed, and feel we don’t have any control. Defeat can become a habit and one defeat can lead to a lifetime of accepting defeat before we even ask the next question, “What are my other options?” While we may not be able to control that situation, we can control what we choose to do about it. That’s the taking action part.

Paralysis, powerlessness, and hopelessness are a state of mind — they begin with our beliefs.  Some challenges are harder than others, but every challenge has an exit door (which may be hidden from view) if we decide to look for it, by first believing that it exists, and then taking action to walk through the exit. Seeking new solutions, asking for help, deciding that we will move beyond the situation and get powerful relief, are all action choices we can make in any situation. If we want to get the energy moving, we have to be willing to give the energy a path to follow, and that path is either defeat or victory, paralysis or movement, anger and frustration or setting powerful intentions for victorious action and forward movement move beyond the situation.

Resolving these life challenges is part of our ascension journey, as they represent what we have come here to transform. We aren’t here to overcome suffering as much as we are here to learn how to live a life that is free from suffering and we do that by facing a challenge and transforming our beliefs so that we overcome that challenge and all others like it. We choose every aspect of our life path, challenges and all, so that we can live more powerfully, aligned with different aspects of our power (those that create joy, peace, love, and abundance instead of pain and suffering), and resonating with our divine and human aspects working in partnership.

Here are 5 steps you can take to move from defeat to taking action:

Step 1:  What is the situation you are facing? Be clear about what it is and simplify it down to its most basic element. It could be something or someone invading your space, the loss of financial, emotional, or physical security, or something that disrupts your peace of mind or heart.

Step 2:  What are you really afraid of in this situation? That it will be permanent, that you will never recover, that it will mark you for life? Understanding your fear is the most important part because this is what you have to address before you can take action.

Step 3: What do you think will happen if this continues? Giving a voice to your fears helps you identify them and put some perspective into the situation. If you think it sounds silly to say “I will never get over this,” or “This will never end,” you have created a question that you can answer.

Step 4: What is the outcome you want in this situation? Intentions are created from the outcome we want, so identify your outcome and now you have a do-able, logical, path to follow and this also creates a path for the energy it will take to change the situation. When you are outcome focused, you are asking the question “What are my other options?”

Step 5: What is the first action you can take?  We get stuck because we think we have to do everything all at once and we don’t see how we can do that. And we don’t, all we have to do is take one step, and then the next step will present itself. Decide to take one action, then you will know what to do next. And asking for help can be your first action, don’t disregard this one because it could be the solution you need.

Every challenge has a solution, when we are willing to live life as victors instead of victims. I identify this in my book, The Difference Between a Victor and a Victim is I AM and you can read about it here. Face your challenges and decide to take action. Every action is important, including the one that begins with deciding to no longer be defeated, powerless, paralyzed, and hopeless. What’s your first action step going to be? How about considering that the difference between a Victor and a Victim?

“STILLNESS” CHANNELED ASCENSION MESSAGE FROM THE HIGH COUNCIL OF ORION10th May 2014 ~ Channeled by Holly Hawkins Marwood ~Transcribed by Paul Marwood

~ Channeled by Holly Hawkins Marwood ~Transcribed by Paul Marwood

“Greetings Dear Ones. We are the High Council of Orion.

Stillness is today’s topic. We’re going to discuss the importance of finding moments of stillness in your life to give you a greater level of clarity, a greater awareness of your pathway towards action, even your awareness in your pathway towards in-action, which is appropriate at times.

How often are you bringing the awareness of stillness into your life each and every day? Stillness can be in terms of your mind. It can be in terms of your body. It can be in terms of your emotions or any other place that you wish to express it in your life or connect with the energy of stillness in your life. It’s a very important quality to begin to be aware of and then embody as you move forward in your life.

There’s much talk on your planet about how quickly time is moving and how fast things seem to be happening, which creates a lot of what we would call “energetic static noise” which sometimes makes it hard to figure out what to do next. It keeps you off balance in terms of never being sure about what’s going to happen next. It feels hard to keep up with the pace of life and the amount of information and things you need to respond to. Embracing moments of stillness are very important for clarity, for awareness, for a shift in your energetic and even in your physiology.

An obvious way of connecting with stillness is through what you would call “meditation”, yet as many of you know you could meditate or look like you’re “meditating”, yet at the same time be quite busy in your mind making that grocery list or planning what you’re going to do today or thinking about all the past grievances in your life or whatever it might be! Sometimes one can still the body, yet the mind is still quite active.

So stillness is not as much an action as a state of being. You could be standing in line at a grocery store or in a busy place and bring your mind, bring your awareness, to a place of stillness that is that quiet moment where all is okay, where everything that’s going on around you in the moment, in a sense, fades away and you become a still point for yourself.

The easiest way to connect with stillness is to become aware of it and allow yourself a moment of it. It doesn’t require a lot of ritual. It doesn’t require a lot of preparation. It means just in any given moment can you stop what you’re doing and take that breath in for yourself, as we say so often, bringing your awareness to your present moment, in that moment, and nothing else? Just feel stillness. Just remind yourself “How can I feel still in this moment? Let me feel stillness.” Perhaps you have an awareness or feeling or connect with stillness for 10 seconds or 15 seconds or even 30 seconds, and then your mind takes you on to the next thing or the phone rings or something else requires your attention and that’s okay. It’s wonderful, in fact!

Sometimes it would be driving a car, arriving at your destination and before bolting out of your car to run into the next place, to give yourself that moment of awareness of stillness. In a place of stillness your mind does not need to have a particular outcome. You don’t need to be in a decision-making place. As you allow those moments of stillness into your life, wherever you can fit them in the moment, for however long you connect with them, what you’re doing is creating some energetic space in your life that, in a sense, takes you outside of the time and space reality, to some degree, that you’re living in to allow you to have a different point of view, to allow new information to come in, to allow a level of peace that your body (your physiological mechanism in your body) feels and embodies those moments of stillness. You slowed down the machine of the brain that keeps you energetically activated all the time. As you connect with these moments of stillness you open up your field of energy. You open up your field of awareness to allow a different energetic resonance within you, which allows you sometimes to see different points of view, to allow new information to come in, to allow a change of direction, if it’s necessary.

So many of you are responding to this intensity of energies by barreling forward harder as if you’re a very fast train on a track. A fast train on a track can change directions very easily. It just barrels along on its track and anything in the way really just gets blown aside. A fast train on the track isn’t open to new points of view about direction or even seeing the scenery go by. If you allow yourself those moments of stillness in the day, as if you were walking down a path instead of a high-speed train barreling down a track, you have an opportunity to choose a different path, move off the path, even be aware of being on the path and just move more slowly and easily because you are not barreling through life the same way. Connecting with these places of stillness can allow you to connect with a greater level of peace in your everyday life that then ripples out into all different aspects of who you are in your relationships, in your job, in looking at choices that you might need to make, for many of you are being asked to make choices right now and decisions.

If you’re in a place of really feeling like there’s change that needs to happen in your life those moments of stillness can give you the awareness of what direction to take to find the answers to the changes that you feel are impending in your life. If you’re not sure on how to connect with stillness if you just sit for a moment, very quietly, without needing to decide it’s meditation, without needing to decide it needs to happen for half an hour, without needing to decide it needs to happen in a prescribed way that somebody else has told you to do, and just literally be present to yourself and breathe in quietness. Just think about the word quietness, think about stillness. Think about present moment awareness. Draw your attention to this place of your body and feel the space that’s created with that moment of even just thinking of the word stillness, quietness, peace. As you draw your awareness to it you’re magnifying that stillness. Honor yourself whether it’s 10 seconds or 30 seconds or even 10 minutes.

From this place of stillness you will connect with a greater truth of who you are, connect with a greater awareness of what’s to do and what’s not to do in your life. Stillness turns down the volume on the external chatter that has become so big in so many people’s lives. We invite you to play with this idea of stillness, this momentary peace that can infuse itself into you through the practice of stillness.

Be Blessed.

We are the High Council of Orion.”

DAYKEEPER JOURNAL: The Cardinal Cross—We Are the Ones We’ve Been Waiting For

“Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once,
but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach.”

The Cardinal Cross—We Are the Ones We’ve Been Waiting For
by Lorna Bevan on April 1, 2014
Grand Cardinal Cross Astrology, April 2014

“Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark in the hopeless swamps of the not-quite, the not-yet, and the not-at-all. Do not let the hero in your soul perish in lonely frustration for the life you deserved and have never been able to reach. The world you desire can be won. It exists.. it is real.. it is possible.. it’s yours.” ~Ayn Rand

April 2014 is being given star billing as the month to end all months. Most of the talk is about what could happen, might happen, what could go wrong and what could fall apart. In other words all the drama and frisson of apocalyptic anticipation. You’d think by now we’d have learnt that while everything—lives, situations, relationships, organizations, empires—does eventually end, the big  overblown scenarios usually bear no relationship to what eventually transpires. Cast your mind back to Y2K or the dire forecasts for December 21, 2012.The reason for this is “Presentism,” i.e., focusing on one aspect of the change whilst assuming the rest will stay the same. Do you remember those now laughable visions of the Twenty-First Century back in the sixties, when flying saucers, personal rocket backpacks and robots were predicted but the way of life stayed the same, the men wore hats and went to the office while the housewives stayed at home?

April 2014’s astrology is stunning, rare and exciting. It doesn’t have to be scary, frightening or full of drama nor does it have to be a one-way ticket to Ascension. The Grand Cardinal Cross may be the first with Pluto, Uranus, Jupiter and Mars since the early 1400s, but all of us have successfully negotiated a series of Grand Crosses and Cardinal T Squares from 2010. April 23 brings the fifth of seven squares between Uranus and Pluto, with the sixth in October 2014, and the last in March 2015. Seen from this perspective, you can re-frame the Grand Cardinal Cross from being a standalone big-bang event into another unfolding cycle of global change. As Clarissa Pinkola Estes reminds us so beautifully:

Do not lose heart. We were born for these times. One of the most important steps you can take to help calm the storm is to not allow yourself to be taken in a flurry of overwrought emotion or despair—thereby accidentally contributing to the swale and the swirl. Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach.

We’ve been endowed with the desire for service and we’ve been mastering the art of surfing the big waves of change by collaborating across the global Internet and innernet. It’s the choice between telling yourself a repetitive, hypnotic, addictive negative story or discovering what’s going right and what could go even better. Instead of obsessing over the flaws and the pitfalls, we can choose to think about humanity’s tenacious willingness to restore, repair, rebuild, reform or renovate the outgrown to reshape it in the service of new discoveries.

April 23’s Grand Cardinal Cross will be a catalyst for change across global organizations through changes in styles of leadership. Add the four cardinal directions to the archetypes of Uranus, Jupiter, Mars and Pluto and the morphic field is pregnant with potential.

Uranus in Aries: unstoppable demands for personal freedom and democracy
Jupiter in Cancer: a global challenge to hunger, the refugee crisis and inequality
Mars in Libra: the shift from confrontation to negotiation and collaboration
Pluto in Capricorn: the renewal of power structures—the state, the Church and economic systems

The multiple outer planetary combinations of four squares and two oppositions, combined with a Grand Water Trine between Neptune, Chiron, Saturn and Jupiter with Jupiter as the ballast in his own sign, are birthing breath-taking breakthroughs in science, astronomy, medicine and technology that would have been inconceivable only recently.

(Grand Cardinal Cross Chart)

Grand Cardinal Cross Chart (click image for larger view)

As April brings a Libran Lunar eclipse on April 15, the Cardinal Grand Cross on April 23 followed by a New Moon Solar eclipse in Taurus on April 29, remember that you always have options: towards or away from, to stay in the past or create a different future, to live by your highest values or pay lip service to them, to be your own North Star or give your power away.

Each of our unique calls to action this April is encoded in our charts and our psyches wherever 10-16 degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn fall. These four Houses or areas of our life are being woken up like sleeping beauty by the Gods of change—the outer planets. Then factor in the two eclipses either side of the Cardinal Cross and 25 degrees Libra/Aries and 8 degrees Taurus will also be change points. What’s already ripe for development? How can you do more of it? How can you think bigger?

When the first fissures of change appear, the knee-jerk tendency is to see them as negative, as detours from the road you’d planned. Instead, try a more nuanced, strategic, akido approach:

Turn the setback into feedback
Control your state
Aim to be resourceful,not comfortable

Turn Setback into Feedback

If you regard any setback as feedback, it can begin to tell you what to do next. Feedback is not the same as failure and if you make that distinction you are already changing your internal state, that is, the way you are inside. And the way you are inside has enormous impact on how you handle any setback.

Control Your State

Allow yourself to have your emotions and acknowledge them. Take extra care of yourself. Seek support.

Aim to Be Resourceful, Not Comfortable

When change happens, it’s easy to keep struggling to retrieve old situations and comfort zones. This keeps you stuck in the past. So instead of reverting to old habits, ask yourself: how can I feel more resourceful so I can handle the challenge of the unknown and the ambiguity in this new set of circumstances?

We are needed, that is all we can know. And though we meet resistance, we more so will meet great souls who will hail us, love us and guide us, and we will know them when they appear. Didn’t you say you were a believer? Didn’t you say you pledged to listen to a voice greater? Didn’t you ask for grace? Don’t you remember that to be in grace means to submit to the Voice greater? You have all the resource you need to ride any wave, to surface from any trough. ~Clarissa Pinkola Estes
