The Pisces Full Moon at 28 degrees is nearly at the end of the zodiac wheel, supporting the opportunity to release, reflect and surrender at a deep level whatever you’re complete with now. It is also a time for silence, listening, and opening up space in yourself for what is next. The moon is widely conjunct the ruling planet, Neptune in Pisces, and there could be added intuitive messages that you’re ready to hear at this time.

Mars in Libra and Venus in Scorpio are in mutual reception, yet also in their detriments, so it could be an interesting time with relationships and interactions as not everything is being expressed or shared.

Dive In – The Water’s Fine

I was standing in waist deep, crystal clear, warm water and I was afraid to dive in.

I wanted to experience swimming in the warm, beautiful Gulf waters.  But I was afraid.

Longing to stop the thoughts that were limiting my life experiences, I had waded out more than 100 yards from the safety of my beach towel.

Now I stood paralyzed.  Waist deep I looked back…

All the fear-based thoughts that had been passed down for generations needed to be put to rest.

Growing up with many days on sunny shores did not mean I grew up swimming in these waters.  Instead I grew up being told all the reasons why I should never swim here.

Story after story of bad things were passed down to me.

And so I have spent many, many days sitting on the beach, admiring the water, but too afraid to swim.

And now I longed to swim, and splash and play like I never did as a girl.

My guides had lured me into the water to cool off, so I had waded in with my top still partially undone for tanning, and my sunglasses on top of my head.

But now there was the taunt from my guides, “Dive in…dive in.”

The voices grew more powerful than the negative old tapes.

The desire to enjoy my life grew stronger than the desire for safety.

There was no time to make a wardrobe adjustment.  I would have to dive in with my sunglasses on my head and my bikini straps altered for maximum sun exposure.   I knew if I went back to shore even for a second to fix my suit and take off my glasses I might not return to the water.

I pictured my dolphin friends around me, and put my hands over my head as if I was going to dive from a platform…and I did it.

I dove in and submerged myself, swam under the sea, and came up feeling reborn.

“Why oh why didn’t I do this years ago!?”

It felt so good I began to contemplate the years I could have been swimming, instead of just staying safely on shore.  But instead of focusing on regret, I dove in again and again and again.

I retrieved my sunglasses from the ocean floor easily as the water was clear.  I returned them to my beach towel, retied and tightened my swimsuit and rushed back in to the water for more.

Quite often the thing we fear doing  most, will be the experience that will bring us the greatest joy.

It is imperative that we keep growing.  To do so we must push past old limiting beliefs on a regular basis.

Do not accept the safe path.   Erase the old tapes, and dive in to that which you long to experience.

Confront your own fears and find the joy that lives right on the other side.

Dripping wet I plopped down on my towel sometime later.  Licking the salt water off my lips I was able to laugh at my old fears.

You are free to dive in – you are free to live the life you long to experience.

Dive in to whatever is calling you today.

“Greetings Dear Ones. We are the High Council of Orion.

Stillness is today’s topic. We’re going to discuss the importance of finding moments of stillness in your life to give you a greater level of clarity, a greater awareness of your pathway towards action, even your awareness in your pathway towards in-action, which is appropriate at times.

How often are you bringing the awareness of stillness into your life each and every day? Stillness can be in terms of your mind. It can be in terms of your body. It can be in terms of your emotions or any other place that you wish to express it in your life or connect with the energy of stillness in your life. It’s a very important quality to begin to be aware of and then embody as you move forward in your life.

There’s much talk on your planet about how quickly time is moving and how fast things seem to be happening, which creates a lot of what we would call “energetic static noise” which sometimes makes it hard to figure out what to do next. It keeps you off balance in terms of never being sure about what’s going to happen next. It feels hard to keep up with the pace of life and the amount of information and things you need to respond to. Embracing moments of stillness are very important for clarity, for awareness, for a shift in your energetic and even in your physiology.

An obvious way of connecting with stillness is through what you would call “meditation”, yet as many of you know you could meditate or look like you’re “meditating”, yet at the same time be quite busy in your mind making that grocery list or planning what you’re going to do today or thinking about all the past grievances in your life or whatever it might be! Sometimes one can still the body, yet the mind is still quite active.

So stillness is not as much an action as a state of being. You could be standing in line at a grocery store or in a busy place and bring your mind, bring your awareness, to a place of stillness that is that quiet moment where all is okay, where everything that’s going on around you in the moment, in a sense, fades away and you become a still point for yourself.

The easiest way to connect with stillness is to become aware of it and allow yourself a moment of it. It doesn’t require a lot of ritual. It doesn’t require a lot of preparation. It means just in any given moment can you stop what you’re doing and take that breath in for yourself, as we say so often, bringing your awareness to your present moment, in that moment, and nothing else? Just feel stillness. Just remind yourself “How can I feel still in this moment? Let me feel stillness.” Perhaps you have an awareness or feeling or connect with stillness for 10 seconds or 15 seconds or even 30 seconds, and then your mind takes you on to the next thing or the phone rings or something else requires your attention and that’s okay. It’s wonderful, in fact!

Sometimes it would be driving a car, arriving at your destination and before bolting out of your car to run into the next place, to give yourself that moment of awareness of stillness. In a place of stillness your mind does not need to have a particular outcome. You don’t need to be in a decision-making place. As you allow those moments of stillness into your life, wherever you can fit them in the moment, for however long you connect with them, what you’re doing is creating some energetic space in your life that, in a sense, takes you outside of the time and space reality, to some degree, that you’re living in to allow you to have a different point of view, to allow new information to come in, to allow a level of peace that your body (your physiological mechanism in your body) feels and embodies those moments of stillness. You slowed down the machine of the brain that keeps you energetically activated all the time. As you connect with these moments of stillness you open up your field of energy. You open up your field of awareness to allow a different energetic resonance within you, which allows you sometimes to see different points of view, to allow new information to come in, to allow a change of direction, if it’s necessary.

So many of you are responding to this intensity of energies by barreling forward harder as if you’re a very fast train on a track. A fast train on a track can change directions very easily. It just barrels along on its track and anything in the way really just gets blown aside. A fast train on the track isn’t open to new points of view about direction or even seeing the scenery go by. If you allow yourself those moments of stillness in the day, as if you were walking down a path instead of a high-speed train barreling down a track, you have an opportunity to choose a different path, move off the path, even be aware of being on the path and just move more slowly and easily because you are not barreling through life the same way. Connecting with these places of stillness can allow you to connect with a greater level of peace in your everyday life that then ripples out into all different aspects of who you are in your relationships, in your job, in looking at choices that you might need to make, for many of you are being asked to make choices right now and decisions.

If you’re in a place of really feeling like there’s change that needs to happen in your life those moments of stillness can give you the awareness of what direction to take to find the answers to the changes that you feel are impending in your life. If you’re not sure on how to connect with stillness if you just sit for a moment, very quietly, without needing to decide it’s meditation, without needing to decide it needs to happen for half an hour, without needing to decide it needs to happen in a prescribed way that somebody else has told you to do, and just literally be present to yourself and breathe in quietness. Just think about the word quietness, think about stillness. Think about present moment awareness. Draw your attention to this place of your body and feel the space that’s created with that moment of even just thinking of the word stillness, quietness, peace. As you draw your awareness to it you’re magnifying that stillness. Honor yourself whether it’s 10 seconds or 30 seconds or even 10 minutes.

From this place of stillness you will connect with a greater truth of who you are, connect with a greater awareness of what’s to do and what’s not to do in your life. Stillness turns down the volume on the external chatter that has become so big in so many people’s lives. We invite you to play with this idea of stillness, this momentary peace that can infuse itself into you through the practice of stillness.

In other words, it takes a deft hand to be able to juggle all of this and still be able to find a sense of purpose in it all, because as you are now well and truly immersed in this express train heading towards that ever approaching gateway you see so tantalizingly ahead, you might find it hard to simply BE. Four Winds: A New House Built on Dreams and Not Pain

“Early trauma is commonly associated with social ills—from drug abuse and sexually risky behavior, psychological problems that range from depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia to deficits in attention and impulse control. Recent research shows that adverse childhood events can affect gene regulation and expression as long forgotten memories can remain etched in an individual’s luminous energy field (LEF) and the neural networks in the brain. Even experiences that occurred when an infant was still developing in the womb can affect the LEF and neural networks.

The LEF serves as a blueprint for what happens within the body. Disturbances in the energy can manifest as cancer, autoimmune disorders, pain, inflammation, or other imbalances and ailments. Neural networks act like blueprints as well, dictating the forms and structures of the psyche. The anger you feel in response to a missed airline flight or a perceived slight by a coworker may be very old anger that lays dormant in your neural networks and expresses itself in the present whenever it is triggered by an overly sensitive warning system for danger. The threat is not to your person but to your pride and sense of self. Yet you either shout like a ram attacking a rival head-on, or retreat with the intensity of a rabbit running from a coyote. Brooding, retreating, and scheming become art forms as you respond to life as if it had a personal vendetta against you.

We all do this, although some of us develop better mechanisms of denial than others, a favorite being to blame our circumstances and other people. “If only he didn’t…If only she wasn’t…If it weren’t for my terrible luck.” We write stories to support our sense of entitlement to jealousy, or resentment about the gap between what our lives were supposed to be and what they have become.

When neural networks determine your emotions and the thoughts that surround them, a mildly irritating situation that should frustrate you for only a few moments can become a source of rage and aggression, or fear and depression. Your future becomes dictated by the past as you become caught in the web of cause-and-effect.

If you are to break free of suffering from the same old problems you’ve struggled with for years, many of your neural networks—the blueprints for structures of thought, feeling, and behavior—need to be replaced. But who will be the architect who draws up new blueprints? And will this architect maintain a fear-response system that serves you well in times of physical danger without constructing a palace of pain that traps you in old responses to new situations?

You have the capacity to choose a new destiny rather than the one dictated to you by the events of the past and the DNA you inherited from your parents, grandparents, and ancestors. You can begin to draw a new blueprint when you consciously recognize that you have been using one that no longer serves you. You begin sketching a new one, actually generating new structures in your brain, when you start detoxifying your body, your thoughts, and your emotions. The sketch is filled in further when you employ shamanic practices for communicating with the invisible world, the realm of all creation where every tool is available to you. The old habits and stories of persecution begin to fade as you draw new lines, imagine new rooms to inhabit, and conceive of an entirely new structure for your life. With the invisible realm of Spirit nurturing, guiding, and inspiring you, you feel confident in what you are building for yourself.

A man I knew lived in a house that was built from a kit sold in a Sears Roebuck’s catalogue many decades ago. It was solid, small, and practical, and it suited him well. As the years went by and his circumstances changed, he outgrew the little home. Its charms were lost on him, and he longed for a house more appropriate for the life he was living and the life he wished to create. Should he find another home he would surely outgrow someday? Should he build a new one? And what if that one turned out to be unsuitable years later when his life changed again?

We live for a time here, and for a time there, letting go of the familiar and stepping into the unknown with faith and curiosity. We can learn to be like the hunters and gatherers of ancient times, the nomads who trusted in their abilities as builders, creators, planners, and dreamers. Their faith came from knowing they could rely on more than their wits or the structures created by those who came before them. They could speak with the force that moved the rivers and pushed the seedlings up through the soil. They could listen to the advice of the clouds and the sun, the tides and the herds, and find the wisdom at the intersection of the visible and the invisible. And on that spot, they could build a new home.”
