 The world seems to have gone crazy in recent weeks, so much breaking news and trending topics it makes one’s head spin. sleep issues aren’t helping me “catch up” on reading and posting (as if that was even possible, but this is one that spoke to me and is fitting amidst turbulent times and awakening change. ~PB

Arcturian Group Message for AUGUST 23, 2020 by Marilyn Raffaele | ONENESS OF ALL Greetings dear ones. Once again we join you old souls to explore the issues involved in living on earth during a time that has become confusing and troubling even for those who are aware. You already know that it is a time of great change, but many of you unconsciously continue to hope and wait for everything to return to “normal” or the way things were. This cannot happen because consciousness being the substance of form, is changing and evolving both personally and globally. The energy that formed the creations of the world you are familiar with is not the same and will no longer energetically support much that you have come to accept as normal. Many aspects of three dimensional living are dissolving in order to reappear in higher and better forms, that reflect a higher state of consciousness. It is simply cause and effect. Compare the present to a seed in the ground that is forcing its way up through the darkness of heavy, dense dirt before it can emerge into the light as a strong healthy plant ready to grow into its full potential. The seeds of a new and higher dimensional world are present, alive and well, but must work their way through the dense and heavy dirt of duality and separation. Cells store and continue to hold energy from intense experiences of past and present lifetimes. Some of these experiences were good, some bad, and a few horrendous and terrifying. This old energy remains alive and well, affecting a person’s life choices until cleared through conscious intention or spiritual evolutionary growth. High resonating frequencies of Light dissolve and replace those of a lower resonance because there is no Divine law to sustain, maintain, or hold them in place. The higher frequencies of Light now pouring to earth along with your intention and choice to spiritually evolve and clear old energy is exposing a tremendous amount of low resonating energy globally as well as personally. Increasingly more people are beginning to experience a sense who and what they are and that they themselves and not others are the creators of their lives. This move into empowerment is effecting everyone differently because every person interprets life according to their state of their consciousness. This is why there is a lot of negative chaos is taking place while at the same time, there are individuals acting from their newly awakened sense of empowerment with positive, uplifting, and more evolved activities based in love. Because you have evolved to being consciously aware that God/Divine Consciousness is the reality of you and everyone else, your job during these times is to stand back and in the light of your awareness and allow the outer process to unfold without trying to direct it. All is progressing as it needs to which may not be how you or the majority think it should or want it to based on limited three dimensional concepts. Try not to be overly concerned with outer appearances, but rather use them to focus more fully on the truth underlying them while examining your belief system with regard to particular appearances that may be effecting you . Information is beginning to surface that is shocking to you. You knew that many would be shocked when long embedded dark activities began to surface, but you didn’t expect that you yourself would be shocked. This well runs very deep. Be aware, but do not become overly involved with energetically dark and heavy information. More is to come, the swamp is indeed being drained but not in the way many anticipated. Be in the world, but not of it for you have evolved beyond the need for the lessons of old energy. You have played the games being played at this time over many lifetimes and your work now is to be a Light Holder wherever you are. A Light Holder stays centered in truth, in oneness, and in the consciousness of God as the one and only power fully present within every soul whether or not they choose to accept this. The core essence of every person is Divine for there is nothing else. How can there be something outside of ONE? To believe that there is, is duality, the false energy that has formed most three dimensional creations. There is not and never has been a faraway God keeping track of who is naughty and who is nice. Even some very evolved individuals continue unconsciously holding beliefs of a punishing/rewarding God because these beliefs ruled throughout many lifetimes and have become deeply embedded in collective consciousness. Recognize this old energy if or when you find yourself expecting to be punished for some unintended infraction. If there is only ONE omnipresent God, where would any other life come from? Where would any other mind come from, or any other consciousness? There is only One and that One is forever expressing ITself in infinite form and variety. This is the truth that every person must at some point acknowledge, accept, and live. Do I believe this or not? This is the essence of the spiritual evolutionary journey. Picture a “body of water”, then picture a “body of land”, now with that same concept in mind imagine a “body of consciousness”. This is the reality of you. You never have been a material body housing a consciousness, but have always been a “body of consciousness”. What you see as the physical body is a material concept (necessary for living in third dimensional energy) of the perfect spiritual “body of consciousness” reflecting the conditioned beliefs and state of consciousness of the individual. Ponder this, take it into your meditation. Nothing exists but One omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousness/God. Therefore no one is or ever could be separate from that One or for that matter, each other. Everything is formed of the “same stuff”-Divine Consciousness- but interpreted by human minds according to their attained level of awareness. The realization and consciousness of ONE is the bottom line, the period, and the only key to true happiness and fulfillment. What am I believing that is manifesting in my life this way? What do I hold in my consciousness as being truth? Experiences are taking place in the lives of many awake individuals that are no longer a part of their belief system and this is leaving them confused and wondering why. You must understand that over hundreds of previous lives everyone has accumulated low resonating energies that are now surfacing. If some intense unpleasant experience is currently presenting in your life consider it to be a graduation rather than a failure, for it indicates that you have achieved a level of awareness prepared to clear and move beyond the remaining remnants of the energy. Old energies hidden in the corners of every person’s consciousness are being swept out at this time. Issues that previously would of not been noticed are now declaring themselves with a loud voice. No one is presented with experiences beyond their ability to learn from or are incapable of healing. Every individual’s Higher Self directs and guides their personal evolutionary journey in unity with the person’s pre-birth contract. Pre-birth soul contracts are created before incarnating with the help of a spiritual guidance team and do not simply reflect a person’s current state of consciousness but rather what they are spiritually prepared for and need in order to learn and spiritually grow. During these intense times of spiritual awakening, everyone is experiencing a full plate of “stuff” to be acknowledged rather than just one or two issues as has been usual in other lifetimes.. This is because you have chosen and are on earth at this time to move into the higher frequencies of earth’s ascension process and low resonating energy cannot be carried into the higher frequencies. Everything is proceeding according to plan. Try not to resist anything but rather allow unconditional love to be your shield and sword in every situation. If you are drawn to these messages it means you are not a beginner in the evolutionary journey and are no longer experiencing random events representative of the third dimensional belief system. Rather, you are being pushed and guided to a higher level of awareness. Trust your intuition. Stay centered at all times, meeting every low resonating situation you see, read about, or personally experience from your highest realization of truth. This does not mean you do nothing of a practical nature, but means you do what needs to be done from a place of spiritual realization and knowledge. This is your segue into that state of consciousness you have unknowingly sought lifetime after lifetime. One in which the personal limited you no longer exists, having been replaced by YOU.  The moon is full at 12:30 pm UT on 15th August 2019

This Full Moon in Aquarius is poised to blow some old beliefs out of the water. With its ruler, Uranus, having turned retrograde on 11^th August and now squaring Mercury, it illuminates how our mind works and the power it holds. This moon reminds us we don’t have to believe a single thought or subscribe to any belief unless we choose to. And we must choose with great care, for what occupies our mind also shapes our life. If we can simply sit in silent witness of all our mental meanderings at this moon, we can create the space around our thoughts which allows us to just be: watching them without believing them. Assessing their value before committing to them.

It’s often said that ‘where attention goes, energy flows’. This moon refines that statement. It’s not the fact of placing attention that holds the power, but the quality of the attention applied. If we attend to painful feelings with a mind that feeds off the drama and identifies with the pain then yes, our attention is problematic. If, however, we bring to difficult issues a softened heart, a compassionate perspective, patience, insight and a desire to know our true nature, we don’t have to look away from what challenges us. Instead we can observe it, feel it, surround it with compassionate awareness and, ultimately, change our relationship with it by doing so.

Creating this space in our own mind – which is simply a tiny cell in the vast collective consciousness – is akin to introducing fresh air into a closed room or sunlight into a darkened space. We all too easily believe our mind’s every movement, allowing it to dictate our life not in the interest of truth but of those energies on which it feeds: fear, separation, anxiety, power, superiority. Mind is the ego’s domain and if we want to balance ego with spirit, we must get to know it intimately, not simply surrender to its might.

If we’ve been wondering why we can’t get it together and make some long overdue change, this moon reveals how we keep ourselves in chains, blinkered to truths on the edge of awareness and mired in self-sabotage. It may be a rude awakening, especially if the stark lunar light reveals not external circumstances but our very selves as the obstacle at hand. Whilst such insights are a bitter pill to swallow, this is just the first stage: a nudge from the universe to recognise our role, not beat ourselves up over it. Self-blame gets us nowhere, so whatever comes to light at this moon, meet it with a gentle and loving heart, not a hardened, self-critical one.

We may, however, be too distracted to take ourselves in hand. An accumulation of stress and anxiety, despair or depression – even the tedious boredom of a life lived in black and white – can prevent us recognising the power of the present moment and the alchemical force unleashed when we live it fully, without guile. If we’ve invested too much energy in anticipation of an ideal future where everything magically falls into place, we need to realise the magic is us, living on purpose, with clear intent and for the greater good right now.

Opposing Venus in Leo, this moon may trigger loneliness or a sense of being misunderstood. If we can resist taking things too personally it will go a long way to not letting these feelings rule the day and create mountains out of molehills! There’s a fair bit of tension around, so cutting each other (and ourselves) some serious slack is good advice. If possible, avoid heated topics of debate and focus on things that unite rather than divide, otherwise it may be all too easy to slip into overzealous championing of our own perspective with no consideration of someone else’s view.

If we find ourselves resistant now, wrestling with external pressures that threaten to change our course, discernment is key. We cannot and do not live apart from the world and must attend always to the constant feedback loop which occurs between us and our environment. Sometimes we must stand firm in the face of external pressures. At other times those very pressures are the touch of the divine reminding us we may be losing our way, drifting off track or blind to something we can’t afford to ignore. If resistance energises and clarifies intent, it’s probably keeping us on track. If it drains us and destroys our peace, distracting from positive action which could blow cobwebs away, we may well be resisting the very thing that will set us free.

Beware, also, the seduction of certainty in the face of current confusion. It can only ever be a thin veneer atop an infinitely complex existence beyond anyone’s power to fully understand. Knowing it’s okay not to know, being at peace with paradox, embracing with an open heart all insights gleaned (even that we’ve been wrong all along!)…. these are important elements of this time. Avoid the tendency to act out rather than turn within. It may be easier to take our stress out on the people around us, but every time we soften around the tension, turn toward another not away from them, seek common ground not battleground, we plant the seeds of a quieter mind that can clear the wheat from the chaff and know instinctively what’s needed in times of challenge to come.

Uranus, the Great Awakener and ruler of Aquarius, uses sudden twists of fate to rouse us from the deceptive slumbers of assuming we know who we are. But what we call ‘fate’ is often our own nature reflected back to us, and what we find ‘out there’ has its deeper roots within. Now retrograde, it’s rearranging our inner world to illuminate those roots – stories we tell ourselves; beliefs that shape our perceptions; dogma absorbed from others; mental constructs perceived as truth. These beliefs, thoughts, feelings, behaviour patterns and perspectives are traps we unwittingly set on our own path of awakening.

In the coming five months Uranus retrograde will reveal the inner roots of our ‘fated’ lives, in which we’re mysteriously confronted by the very circumstances that force us to draw upon ever deeper levels of the Self. While this Full Moon reminds us that overcoming external limitations is one thing, but only by removing inner barriers are we truly free.

Life is such an incredible journey of epic unfolding potential. Each of us, endowed with a creative capacity through our thoughts and feelings, have the ability to imagine and manifest whatever we decide to focus upon. More than just a corporeal being walking through each day, we have the gift of consciousness allowing us to dream new ideas and evolve fresh perspectives. These attributes alone make us unique amongst our earthly living counterparts. We also have the magnificent realization of the universal love that permeates our awareness and unites us with every living particle in the cosmos.

With such remarkable creative qualities and nearly infinite possibilities always before us, why do so many seem to continue to live in limitation, fear, worry and doubt? As beings on this planet, our adventure is both individual and collective. From our earliest expressions eons ago and born of practical necessity, we learned to interact with one another finding methods to share our experiences and evolve our various means of communicating. In many ways, this was the beginning of our personal story and the notion of storytelling with each other. When basic survival was our main concern, this method of communication assisted us greatly as we passed our learning of what works to each generation.

Often not remembering or knowing our grandness and creative aptitude, we likewise began sharing our worries, concerns, fears, trials and tribulations. Slowly and steadily, the component of universal love succumbed to a stronger and more compelling sense of fear, based on how each perceived and then told their story to others. Growing into larger social and cultural groups, our individual narratives and stories became part of our collective lore and belief systems. Enduring and evolving, these thoughts and feelings became more about what was happening to us externally and less about our intrinsic ability to create. We forgot we are the authors and creators of our personal story.

Our imagination shifted from the original pure potential and innovative creation, to one of anticipation and reaction to past expressions that we incorrectly assume may happen again. We became reactive rather than proactive in our creation process. Storytelling turned our focus to the past and what was, rather than onward to what can be. Our stories were no longer our own, as we took on others limiting forms of creating as part of our perspective.

For many reasons, this outmoded manner of expressing ourselves no longer works. Our collective story is rapidly merging into one global story filled with too many limiting and ineffective approaches of creation that do not benefit all. Thankfully, we are recalling our inner wisdom as a result, since our collective story requires us to advance with compassion and love if we are to survive as a humanity upon this precious earth.

We are creator beings filled with desires that originate in our heart. These are fearless intentions that acknowledge our connection to every facet of life. They represent who we are at the core of our being and who we are becoming. We are once again embodying a mindfulness that realizes every experience is something to personally treasure and that each shows us the path forward with our creative abilities. Infused with the consciousness of love, there is no limit to what we can create together.

We, the Arcturians bring forth our consciousness, love and blazing light to support you now. We come forth as a collective to share our power and inspiration with you. You may call upon us whenever you wish to upgrade your entire being, we will do so in harmony with your soul, using our ascension light tools and technology to create powerful and peaceful shifts of transformation within your being. We are present to assist and guide you, we will always present our light to you in support, respect and love for the ascension pathway you are travelling upon.

The energy wave and cycle that is anchoring into the Earth from the inner planes can be simply summarised as the presence of clarity. The ascension energies for 2019 are promoting the presence and experience of clarity within all aspects of your being, reality and life. This means that activations will take place to support you in seeing, sensing and acknowledging with greater clarity and clearness. Being aware of your intuition and inner guidance with clarity and the ability to clearly act upon the wisdom received. Clarity will develop within your relationships especially with yourself, soul and the Creator. Confusion may arise, and this will be an indication of your resistance to the presence of clarity and the shifts it can manifest for you.

You Are Your Life

With the presence of clarity at the forefront of ascension we wish to bring forth our inspiration and insights to further support your awakening of clear thoughts, understanding and truth from within your being. We wish to speak with you about your life, your reality and lifetime. We will share with you now that you are your life, reality and lifetime, this is your truth and when it becomes your experience you begin to tap into a deeper understanding of the world you are living in. Accessing insights that support you with questions that you may hold within you such as, ‘What is the meaning of life? What is my purpose? Why am I on the Earth?’

Your Life

In your existence upon the Earth you are a combination of your thoughts, emotions, perceptions, desires, past experiences, future expectations, the presence of your soul, soul group and the Creator as well as the influence of those outside of you in your physical and spiritual reality. You may then experience that you have a life which you engage with every day. This life may seem to have a course, energy, flow and direction of its own. Many people may feel as if their life is happening to them and they are trying to keep up with the demands of their life. Some feel disappointed with their life as if it has been allocated to them without their consent. Others may feel that they have no control of their life or that life is going well, better than they expected.

Allow yourself to contemplate the word, ‘Life,’ or My Life.’ Is it a series of experiences you do not have control of that is outside your body and being? Or is it a pathway of your own creation?

Humanity often thinks of their life as an energy force separate from them that has an existence of its own. If you think of your life as separate from you then you will find it challenging to experience fulfilment, contentment and peace because you are creating that your life controls you and is separate from you. Take a moment to imagine your life as a tangible thing, to give you ideas maybe a pathway, river, monster. What comes to mind as a description of your life?

As we have said you are a combination of your thoughts, emotions, perceptions, desires, past experiences, future expectations, the presence of your soul, soul group and the Creator as well as the influence of those outside of you in your physical and spiritual reality. All of this creates your life, every big and little thing you experience is born from you. The way you perceive your life is also your creation. If you perceive your life as challenging and separate from you this will be your experience. If you perceive your life as your creation, precious and an extension of who you are, this will be your experience. You have built your life to the way it is now and you can change it as well. This can be challenging to receive, however, once you engage with the idea you recognise your power and how you impact your life and experiences from within you.

This is the major key of clarity we, the Arcturians, wish to share with you, ‘You impact, create and design your life from your inner experiences.’ Everything is connected and one in the Universe of the Creator, therefore you are connected and one with your life.

Your Reality

Reality can describe your life, it also describes certain experiences or a series of experiences as well as the way you perceive your life. Reality is what you are actually experiencing and the way you are choosing to experience it. Reality can define the truth that you are experiencing within and outside of your being, it can be as honest or as filled with illusion as you wish it to be. Reality is your awareness of all that you are, all your experiencing and all you are creating. If you focus upon your alignment with your soul and inner essence, this becomes your reality, if you complain and only see the bad in the world then this becomes your reality. Your reality is the way you choose to perceive yourself.

Your Lifetime

Your lifetime is the duration of your existence upon the Earth. This is governed by your soul and the mission your soul has accepted or wishes to achieve on the Earth. While your soul determines the length of your existence upon the Earth, the choices you make and areas you focus upon can impact the quality of your existence and can even cause the soul to reconsider the duration of your lifetime. This is only in extreme cases. Therefore, there is no need to worry about how much time you have upon the Earth, there is a need to trust in your soul and that the choices your soul makes are born from the essence of your soul and for the greatest good for you and all. Time doesn’t exist, you can recognise your lifetime as a constant series of present moments.

While you cannot control your lifetime on the Earth you can recognise that you are the key creator and designer of the life you experience. The combination of all the thoughts, emotions, beliefs etc that you hold within you create your life. You can also recognise you can impact your reality which is the way you perceive, act and react in each present moment. It is now time to realise fully that you are as one with your life and reality, you are the creator and designer, your life and reality is born from within you.

If you wish to change your life and reality there is a need to examine within your being,

Observe how you think and feel about the area you wish to transform.

What beliefs do you hold about the area?

Are you thinking, feeling and believing from a space of love and peace or from a space of illusion, fear, anger, control or something else?

Can you see how your thoughts, feelings and beliefs could be impacting your experiences, either how you act or react, what you create or what you withdraw from?

Are you willing to let go of that which you have realised and create new thoughts, feelings, beliefs about the area you wish to transform? Are you willing to receive healing, from us the Arcturians? We are ready to serve you. Simply call upon our energy now to create light activations of truth, power and peace, allowing you to accept your life and reality as a creation and extension of you.

Ascension Notes: The 2018 Equinox

As we move through the Equinox, we are called to demonstrate being in the New. In the old, we reacted in fear, judgment, anger and all things of being emotionally insecure. In the New, we maintain our neutrality. We are Compassionate Observers, detached from taking things personally and wanting to retaliate in familiar old ways. Yet in the New, we are not only detached, but we are calm and non-judgmental; we are Love; there is no need to lower our vibrations to match others. Use the energy of the Equinox to be more in the New than of the old. The Equinox helps us leap into a very different landscape where there is much unknown, and when you observe yourself, you realize you have changed so much…from not reacting to others’ judgments of you to a complete reversal of how you used to be. The energy of the Equinox can be integrated within so you may let go of the last vestiges of old beliefs and patterns. With the energy of the Equinox there are many energetic changes. This means that a lot of the changes happen deep within you. You see, you might look at your life and decide that nothing has shifted and yet, when you go within you notice that everything has changed.

As you focus on being a master of Love, you will undoubtedly see, feel, hear and know that you are in the New; where magic happens. Release all doubt that this true. You have all and are all you need to do and be this. The Equinox is when there is great Balance within you and in your environment. It is the merging of equal partnership within you and all around you. This means that there is a potential for a complete merging of your Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine in your relationships and all of life. Balance is a stabilizer of dark and Light (with darkness transforming to Light) and there is Balance in close relationships as well, which may precipitate a closing of a chapter and an opening to that which more fully is aligned with who you are. Do not be afraid to let go. You are supported in all choices; especially those choices in which you align yourself with Love. Remember that letting go can be a lot more loving than clinging to any fear you may have; it is loving to self and to others (even when it doesn’t seem that way, especially if one is not fully awake).

During the period before, during and after the Equinox, there are energies that are designed to expand consciousness. To many, this may look like endings and disruptions. My mother said it seems this is the end of times. Yes; it is the end of 3D. Those who choose not to wake up from the illusion of 3D certainly may see that all is ending. For these ones, yes it is. Those who are awake know there are no endings; only Transformation.

Some gifts that have the potential of becoming stronger are Intuition and a dissolution of more illusions (illusions can be lies, how a person adheres to their old stories or a view into things that appear real but aren’t. Illusions can be old beliefs as well. Beliefs are attachments to how you think things should be). There is more awakening and more Wisdom. This particular Equinox has the potential to bring very high vibrations and transformations for all, including our Earth. We can experience more awakening, more energy along with many more opportunities (oh no! More choices?!). There is an increase of Love as well. You may want to be near water, in Nature or in the mountains, as there is much Peace and Awareness in these high vibrational places. Are you ready to completely leave behind old patterns and beliefs? If so, use the Power of this Equinox to make choices that are aligned with who you are now.

If you are in a meaningful relationship, don’t rush into making a decision to leave. Be patient and take a breath. Realize that many relationships are transforming. Choose what is right for you…choose with Awareness and not fear. Be patient and be in your Integrity. Realize that how you choose creates the next moments. Realize that you may be intolerant of old energies; see who drains you and who energizes you. You see, those who drain you and yet you still choose to be with those folks not only shows you where you drain yourself, but also points you in the right direction. You may want to go somewhere alone and be in touch with what you truly want and what you are no longer willing to endure.

This is a time to see things clearly. You may want to make amends (Forgiveness) and you may want to release much: drama, old beliefs, codependency and all that limits you. Be sure to let go of old emotions such as shame, guilt, anger and energies (for these truly are all energies) that limit who you are. Let go of your old stories (things others or you keep telling yourself to explain why things are the way they are). You are not your stories. Your stories are of the old. You are New. If you feel ultra-sensitive, amped up, quite emotional, along with some other phenomena, realize that all these energies are helping you be into a more rarified state of being. Remember, you are becoming more sensitive to energies and you are intuiting much. You may also experience restlessness, vertigo and disorientation. Pay attention to when you see number sequences and experience synchronicities. You may also have sleep changes and may be thirstier and hungrier as well (or just the opposite). Don’t compare yourself to others, as we are all individuals. We may be One, yet we experience everything uniquely designed for just ourselves…we experience whatever helps us transform.

As we move into the next phase; the Equinox; there may be a lull beforehand. Use this time to integrate all you’ve learned and experienced. Perhaps view the last six months and notice how you’ve shifted, what Gaia’s been doing and all that has brought you to this New Now. It’s a great time to nurture yourself and be kind to yourself and others. This time of preparation definitely helps you be grounded before the energies begin again. Breathe deeply. Remember that you are in charge of how you feel. Life doesn’t happen to you; you create life. Be true to yourself. This doesn’t mean you yell to everyone how different you are; you can be silent and maintain your own Integrity. Be who you are (not the old familiar you; the New you).

Be sure to use your Discernment. When you discern what is true for you, you are in your Integrity. Feel what is right for you and let the rest go. The words that expand your Heart are true for you; those that constrict your Heart are false for you. By now, your Heart is strong, while your intellect is quieter. Having a strong Heart helps you be more intuitive and wise. It helps you feel into things (Discernment). Use words that empower rather than separate or minimize. Words are energy and they are symbols of what beliefs you hold. When you are clear of all old beliefs, your words reflect your Clarity and are positive. See all that you attract into your life as a mirror. It’s a beautiful way to clear yourself of outmoded beliefs and behaviors. Feel into everything. For too long, most have relied on their intellect and still do. Feel; it’s the only way to truly know what is true for you.

Much is completing now; this is to prepare us for what’s ahead. Many have ascended multiple times and others are ascending for the first time. It matters not who is doing what; just pay attention to your own journey. Remember that Ascension is not a one-time event; it is ongoing. You don’t stop evolving (unless you choose to). The next three months surely will see much shifting; many “humans” and other lifeforms will go through much. How we perceive it all is up to each being. For me, I always see the positive even in the most horrendous events. This is how I choose to be.

Please do integrate all you’ve learned into your everyday life. It’s the only way to move ahead. Is there anything you’ve forgotten? (It is the first thing (or more than one) that comes to you.) The bottom line is you are Source. You are Soul. You are a master of Love.

Beliefs are your Truth

I recently heard someone say ‘your thoughts create your reality’ on a YouTube video and that bothered me because while your thoughts contribute to the process of creating your reality, they are not 100% responsible for it. That’s like someone giving you a tire and calling it a car. You need a lot of other components to be able to have a fully functional, drivable car. Beliefs are the foundation of your energetic and material reality so understanding and knowing your belief system is what will get you unstuck, moving forward, and flowing in your miracle zone.

What are beliefs? They are those things that we accept as true whether or not they really are. If I believe I can’t do something I won’t try to do it, even if I haven’t made an attempt to do it to know whether or not it is possible for me. This is how strong beliefs are and why they form the foundation of our individual and collective realities as all of your thoughts, words, and actions depend on your beliefs.

In the videos below I have created a short course on beliefs and how they impact your life.

Think of a belief you have, something that you think ‘always’ or ‘never’ or ‘cannot’ happen. Pay attention to your emotions and to how you feel when you say it. Does your energy go up or down?For example, do you say something like “I always have the worst luck and bad things always happen to me?”  Does it make you feel helpless? Now think of something you would really like to do or a change you would to make in your life. What is your first thought about it?

That it won’t happen, can’t happen, it will be impossible, what will people say, how will it happen? You may say something like ‘I know that can’t happen’ and you won’t try because you already know you will fail (even if you have not tried). Since we try to avoid failure, rejection, and humiliation, we do not go in any direction that may result in those things.

What do we do? To move out of the 360 degree reality we create with our beliefs, which means starting at one point and going around the circle of limitation back to the starting point, we must be willing to take one step out of that circle, to go beyond 360, to create a new reality that takes our potential beyond the limitations of our existing beliefs and experience into the realm of what is possible. Yes you may have the belief that you cannot do something but what if you try it anyway just to see if you can? You might be surprised.

Beliefs are the foundation of our reality and any change or transformation we consider must start with the beliefs which create the reality we are no longer happy with to open us to the potential of a reality that brings us joy and fulfillment. Beliefs are the foundation of your reality and this video explains why thoughts do not create your reality (although they participate in it) because thoughts arise from beliefs. Anything you want to change requires a change in your belief system or the change will not happen because it will not have any support or energetic alignment.

In this second video we explore what is in your ‘belief basket’, the collection of beliefs you use to create your reality. Every intention for transformation, ascension, 3D/5D integration, and change must have a corresponding belief that supports it. Otherwise, alignment will not exist and you will not be able to create the change you want.

In this video you’ll learn why I say ‘Beliefs are what you know to be true, even if it is not true.” A belief is true for you so it creates your reality according to its true. Is it true? Well, it represents your experience but not your potential. Beliefs are based on past experience; potential must be grounded in new truths, no matter what our past experience has been.

Completion and Closure

Any situation where we need to end things, whether it is a relationship, a life situation, a part of our life path, or a belief or mindset, we want closure and to be complete with it so we have no regrets, grief, sadness, or trauma. And yet that almost always happens. In spite of our best efforts and deepest desires to be finished with a situation, we struggle with being ‘done’ because a part of us wants to know if things could have been different. How can we move on? By understanding completion and closure and learning how to let go.

We can be complete with any situation when we remember that our participation is only half of the issue. Whoever or whatever is involved plays a part too and when that is a person, we must acknowledge their energetic potential, capacity for light, and their free will. While it is hard to accept that someone doesn’t want what we offer, it is not about us, it is about them and their ability to envision themselves at a particular frequency, light, and energy. Despite what we think about others’ potential, it is their ability and willingness to embrace that potential that decides the outcomes of our shared journeys.

 

So to be complete we must allow ourselves to know we did our best and so did the other person, but their best and our best didn’t match. Relationships now must be energetically matched or they cannot move forward. And being complete requires that we understand that completely and know that we are in someone’s life as a wayshower, and sometimes the way we show them is not the right path for them.

We can have closure after we finish our completion, after we accept someone’s choices, disentangle our expectations and desires from their potential and abilities, and refuse to engage in wishful thinking. Because that is what we do when we think that if we tried harder, did more, pushed harder, went an extra 100 miles, we could have changed the situation. And wishful thinking keeps us stuck in healing cycles that do not serve our ascension path. Think of these difficult situations as a final effort at completing our karma with others.

This karmic journey has taken us through many lifetimes of offering someone light, truth, an experience of a higher potential, which they have always rejected. If we want completion and closure we have to acknowledge their choice to stay in the darkness and density they believe is right for them, no matter how wrong we think that choice is.

The blessing of completion and closure is when we finally let go we make room for others to enter our energetic space who can be the friend, partner, and connection that uplifts, supports, and acknowledges us, that doesn’t need healing, doesn’t want trauma and drama, and who can give to us as well as receive from us.

ARCTURIAN GROUP MESSAGE FOR February 11, 2018 BY MARILYN RAFFAELE Dear ones, we come with love and support to help you better understand what it means to be spiritual while having human experiences. Know that if you resonate with these messages, you have done the preparatory work over lifetimes and have attained a state of consciousness that is prepared for more. You have experienced many difficult and short lives as well as long and happy ones in order to experience and learn. You have had every color skin, been both male and female, have been warriors as well as priests, and have done things that you would now find abhorrent. This is because you had to experience all aspects of living in the energy of separation in order to evolve beyond it. There comes a point in every spiritual journey where there is no longer the need for intense struggle and hardship. These are often the learning tools necessary for those still enmeshed in three dimensional energy, but most of you have or are in the process of graduating beyond the need for them. The journey has become about living and being that state of consciousness you have worked so hard to attain. Living out from truth is not unattainable, something only possible for the “saints” of old or those willing to sacrifice everything “human”. These concepts of spirituality represent obsolete teachings that would have you believe that the spiritual world is separate from ordinary world. They are not nor ever could be separate, dear ones. There is no such thing as certain music, places, activities, or people etc. being “profane” while (according to the limited awareness of the those who teach these concepts) a select group of other things are “sacred”. There is only ONE and that ONE is perfectly expressing Itself in infinite form and variety at all times. HOWEVER, the false interpretations of these sacred and perfect expressions will always appear less than whole, manifesting in forms of good and evil until such time as the universal consciousness no longer holds the belief of duality and separation. There is no unexpressed consciousness. The world is not an illusion as many teachings suggest, but rather it is the conditioned interpretations of world that constitute the illusion. You are ready to open your eyes and see everything, not just certain things, as spiritual. It is time to remove any remaining labels. You are ready. Everything seen, heard, tasted, touched, or smelled, exists only because there is a spiritual reality supporting it, otherwise it would not exist because Divine consciousness is all there is–what would it be made of? What humanity in general sees and experiences are mind formed interpretations of spiritual realities, concepts manifesting according to the state of consciousness of groups and individuals. The Omnipresent, Omnipotent, and Omniscient nature of Divine Consciousness is and will forever continue to express Itself. IT is all there is. If human eyes were able to see trees, flowers, plants etc. in their pure form they would see a flow of light, beauty, movement, and connection, as well as the fairy realms that lovingly care for them. The Divine Idea supporting planes, trains, automobiles, and all forms of transportation is Omnipresence expressing in forms compatible with mankind’s level of awareness which through evolution has moved from walking, to horses, to carts, and onward. Home is in its real form, is Consciousness–the true home of everyone. If a person searching for a home in the everyday sense of finding a house would go within and realize that he is never separate from his one true and perfect home, consciousness, he would soon find his “perfect” home manifesting. The three dimensional sense of marriage and committed relationship is in reality, a three dimensional interpretation of the mystical marriage–the perfect alignment and integration of male and female energies within an evolved soul that results in a “new” awakened and ascended being. Begin to understand every aspect of daily living according to its deeper reality. This is how you reinterpret appearances. As you do this, you will begin to experience much of the “ordinary” in higher and better forms personal to you. Your creations express your consciousness, be aware of what you are holding in it as truth. In reality there are no victims, only people hypnotized by and thus creating their or group false beliefs. As you grow into a more evolved state of consciousness it becomes easier to recognize and see the spiritual component of things. As your energy raises into an ever finer resonance, it becomes easier to communicate with your Guides and Higher Dimensional beings because you will be in alignment with the more refined frequencies. Inner seeing is unavailable to those who resonate primarily with the density of the three dimensional world simply because their energy does not align with higher dimensional frequencies. YOU ARE CONSCIOUSNESS AND ARE NOT NOW OR EVER HAVE BEEN INSIDE A PHYSICAL BODY. YOUR BODY IS IN YOU–CONSCIOUSNESS. You formed your body according to your needs and it exists governed by your state of consciousness. As you begin to understand this, you will start to withdraw power over you from the physical body in the realization that whatever power is governing the physical body is the reflection of your attained state of consciousness. “What am I holding in consciousness as power, truth, reality???” This is not to say those with physical issues have somehow failed. Many factors enter in to these situations making each one personal to the soul’s needs and choices. Some choose a deformed or ill body because it is necessary for their learning or the learning of those around them. Many at this time are experiencing physical issues that are clearings of old cellular memory. Others may decide to go home and choose for themselves (usually on a deeper unconscious level) some incurable condition in order to exit. Up to a certain point in one’s evolution, karma may also enter in which is not punishment, but is a balancing of energy. Meditation and living truth are the best beauty and health treatments you can give your physical self. Are you still giving the power of reality to beliefs of disease, age, deterioration? Many do not even realize that these are concepts. Ask yourself these questions. “What am I holding in my consciousness as a power, a truth, a reality???” It is necessary to acknowledge what you still hold as power if you are serious about spiritual evolution. There is no unexpressed consciousness. Your body is faithful to your beliefs about the body. You are creators, never forget that. As the energies of Light become more intense on earth, your creations are manifesting more quickly. This is why it is so important to honestly examine your belief system now, and not at some later date when you think you will be more ready. You don’t deny some outer scene, walking away and shouting that all is illusion, it is rather that you simply stop giving these things power. There is and ever has been only One Power, and this Power is not a power over anything, it simply IS because it is all that is–forever and infinitely expressing Itself. Withdrawing power from certain people, places, or things is difficult in the beginning, especially with the appearance of so many seeming powers now being exposed on earth, but you are only required to live out from your highest attained state of consciousness, which allows it to unfold more deeply as you are ready. Never believe that you can not sign a petition or take some action you may be guided to take. Do what you are led to do but do these things with an understanding of the bigger picture through recognizing underlying reality and the false beliefs manifesting as the appearance. This is how you live in the world, but not of it. This is how you become a person with the ability to help others see and add Light to world consciousness. You will begin to recognize the Light behind the eyes of everyone around you and feel a deeper connection to people, animals, and all life forms. It becomes natural to communicate with trees and plants along with an awareness of the high resonating nature spirits that surround them whether or not you see them with your human eyes. You become aware of the Elementals as living energy. There evolves an overwhelming sense of love and oneness with all things that you no longer struggle to experience because it is just who you are. This is a very different world from the one that human beings have been programmed to believe is reality. If you are drawn to and understand the deeper truths, then you are evolved enough to integrate and live them. Understand that you chose to be here at this time in order to complete your own lessons and then assist Gaia and others in the ascension process. In reality everyone is already the perfect expression of Divine consciousness, but for those who chose living in third dimensional energy where time and space exists, for their evolutionary learning and awakening, it is a gradual process. Many of you came to earth long ago from other evolved planets in order to assist humanity, but along the way accumulated your own dense experiences which are now clearing. The third dimension carries a veil of forgetfulness causing almost everyone to forget why they came to earth but every soul is aware of this before incarnating. In spite of it, you knew you were strong enough to pick up where you left off, quickly move through the accumulation of old and finished cellular memory, and be a state of consciousness capable of assisting Gaia and her people at this time. The increasing Light of the world is causing the veil to thin. Lingering in the ordinary and comfortable no longer appeals to most of you because you are no longer in alignment with what it consists of. Every soul experiences a deep inner yearning for more although most do not understand what it is that they yearn for. The un-awakened seek to fulfill this yearning through the attainment of money, success, sex, beauty, the right partner, and power over others, but once these things are attained they discover that none of them fill the inner emptiness. Persons, places, or things in the outer can never bring about the sense of wholeness and completeness that every soul hungers for because what they unknowingly seek is the soul’s longing to consciously reconnect with its real SELF–a yearning only satisfied when conscious Oneness with Source is realized. You are moving into this now. You are ready to embrace, live, and be who and what you are. You are ready–no excuses, false modesty, doubt, hesitation, procrastination, more study, more classes etc. etc. YOU ARE READY. Arcturian Group Message for June 4, 2017 by Marilyn Raffaele It is our loving work to advise and assist everyone awakening into a new and truer state of consciousness. You are doing a fine job of it, in spite of the confusion often resulting from the discovery that many tried and true beliefs were nothing more than concepts accepted as reality. The first step of all change is awareness. Gaia and all her people are experiencing the energies of a massive shift into higher and truer ways of understanding. The blinders are coming off and this can be traumatic for the un-prepared because everyone has lived hundreds of lifetimes in the dense three dimensional belief system, embracing it as reality. Opening to and accepting that it was formed from illusory concepts of duality and separation can be very difficult to accept. The early stages of awakening often bring about emotions of guilt and shame. This is because when certain past actions are remembered with new awareness, they are recognized as having been negative and selfish. When and if this happens, lovingly accept that that you were acting from your highest sense of right at that time which is all anyone is required to do, and call to mind that guilt and regret are emotions based in identification with a false sense of self. At the same time, be aware that many of those past experiences now causing shame or regret were actually pre-planned interactions, opportunities important for the spiritual growth of all involved. Be alert to emotions as they arise, not resisting them but seeing them as perfect signs pointing to lingering false beliefs–“What am I believing that is making me feel this way?” It is time to begin thinking of, believing in, and accepting yourselves as Divine Beings, as I AM instead of the personal sense of self as Mary or Jim. Yes, the world will continue to see you as human and you will continue to go about your human activities, but until you can accept and know yourself as I AM, you will forever be on a journey of seeking. Journeys are meant to lead somewhere, not meant to go on indefinitely. Continuing to hold only to the personal sense of self blocks the attaining of higher states of consciousness. Many intellectually accept the idea of oneness, but continue holding tightly to a false sense of self that believes itself to be only human, separate and unworthy of being One with God. Many, especially those steeped in religious doctrine, still consider the idea of oneness to be sacrilegious–the same unenlightened beliefs that resulted the crucifixion of Jesus. Identification of self as SELF, one with Source and all that Source is, is the next level of spiritual evolution, and until a student of truth is willing to take the step of accepting that all life is an expression of the ONE Divine Life including themselves, they can go no higher in spiritual awareness, but instead remain on a wheel going nowhere, and perpetually seeking. As you go about your day, use every experience to practice knowing “I AM”. For example, when you look into your wallet and find nothing there, instead of saying to yourself; “I have no money” which will serve to perfectly create that exact thing, say instead; “Yes, I see and acknowledge the appearance of lack, but I know that the I that I am is self- sustained and self- maintained and therefore I am the very substance of abundance.” Then get the flow going, living out from “I have” instead of “I don’t have” in the realization that you are powerful creators. The flow can take place on all levels, physically giving away those things you no longer use or need and donating money, even a penny. Emotionally taking time to listen to someone who needs an ear, and mentally knowing the truth about another. The key to shifting awareness from “I lack” to “I have” with regard to all things (not just money), is to realize that all good flows through you, not from you. Personalizing good caps the Divine well within. Do not expect a basket of money to suddenly drop from the sky, but know that you are on your way to shifting into and experiencing the fruitage of your realization of Oneness, a consciousness that knows God does not give abundance, rather God IS abundance and therefore “I am abundance” in all its forms–(ideas, creativity, wisdom, peace etc.) A consciousness that knows the substance of everything needed is already present within SELF. You are spiritually ready to separate “seeking” from “being” and move into the realization that “I am everything I seek”. You have done the work and are ready to move beyond; “If I can just know enough truth good will come to me”. Think upon these two statements for there is a subtle but very important difference. It is the ability to live every situation as best you can (even when needing to take some very human footsteps) from a place of; In spite of appearances, I stand in the truth that I am the very substance, energy, and reality of completeness and wholeness in all its forms because the I that I am is Divine, God, Source manifesting and expressing Itself as me. Truth always seems ignorant and naive to the un-awakened, but you who are ready, must begin to come out and be separate, living your awareness. This does not mean that suddenly there are no more discords because you have not yet fully attained, but does mean you have begun the process of being “in the world, but not of it”. As old energies carried through lifetimes are seen through, cleared, and released and you start to trust and rely more and more on the reality of who and what you are, this will begin to be reflected in the outer scene. Continually translating the seemingly ordinary things of daily living into the truth they represent opens and trains the mind to new ways of interpreting. Left on its own, the human mind simply draws upon what is already present in personal and consensus consciousness. Mind is an avenue of awareness. Most of the experiences of those who live fully in the third dimensional belief system are expressions of habitual and unenlightened thinking–mind chatter translated into manifestation. You are Divine Beings. You are One with Source. You are complete and whole– NOW, not after more years of study, classes, books, and ceremony. Evolution is simply the journey of moving from an unawareness of ONEness, into the full awareness and experience of IT. This does NOT mean you can never take a class, read a book, or do specific meditations you may be guided to do, but rather means you do these things with the understanding that they can not make you spiritual, but may instead awaken you more deeply into the realization that you already are spiritual. Spiritual evolution must a process because the physical body could not withstand the fullness of Light energy all at once. There have been instantaneous shifts, but these are rare and occur when an individual has been fully prepared from other lifetimes, or when an already fully evolved spiritual Being takes on human form in order to assist the world. Every cell of every organ in the physical body carries cellular memory associated with that organ or function from other lifetimes. These old energies are based in illusion but nevertheless still resonate and effect an individual until seen through and released or a state of consciousness is attained in which they simply dissolve into the nothingness that are, freeing the person from their physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual influence. The energies of truth are the reality but energies of illusion still hold dominant sway for most of the world because unenlightened beliefs are manifesting outwardly as form and are what the physical eyes can see. Enlightenment comes by Grace when a person is evolved enough to understand and embrace truth. You who read these messages are ready or you would not be reading or even understanding them. The time is now to move into truth, not simply thinking about it, talking about it, and seeking it, but be it. When an individual continues to seek outwardly after knowing that everything they seek is already within, they hold themselves in old energy that will continue to manifest as duality and separation, often questioning why. Because everyone has free will, choice is always honored. Do you believe in ONE and that ONE manifesting Itself as you or not? Avoidance can go on for lifetimes because in many respects it is an easier. There is the presence of the consensus consciousness supporting third dimensional choices. Living truth is difficult in the beginning because it takes constant alertness to shift one’s thinking throughout the day and often there comes a sense of disconnect from those around leading to feelings of loneliness. “Am I the only person who sees things in this way?” This sense of disconnect is temporary because it has no law to hold it in place, and is simply the expression of old energies of separation still resonating. The beginning stages of living truth are more often than not thinking and acting out of habit in the comfortable but illusory ways you are accustomed to with a great deal of effort toward correcting ones thought processes. With time, persistence, and serious practice (as well as a good sense of humor), living as “I” instead of as just Mary, Joe, or Jim, will gradually becomes an attained state of consciousness lived without effort. THE ARCTURIAN GROUP MESSAGE FOR MAY 21, 2017 BY MARILYN RAFFAELE Dear ones, with love and understanding we seek to assist you in your journey out of the miasma of dense illusion and into reality. Life has become a time of tremendous struggle and confusion in a world accustomed to living according to the rules and beliefs of third dimensional consciousness. You have been taught incorrectly through lifetimes and thus still carry cellular memory from many experiences serving to validate duality and separation. Life lived within the third dimensional belief system was necessary in order to awaken out of it, much as a small child falls many times before learning to walk. These experiences have now served their purpose, you have learned to walk and are now ready to run. The Divine Self of every individual continually seeks to be recognized and known. This is why so many continually seek their good in the outer because they do not yet know that everything they seek is already present within. Evolution is the journey out of illusion and into a living breathing consciousness of Reality. Once this state of consciousness has been attained, the burdens and struggles within the illusion as well as all the seeking and yearning, ceases. In order to understand that the attainment of material concepts of good (power, objects, money, beauty,etc.) do not and never can bring about real fulfillment, individuals must first experience the seeking, then attaining, and finally the disappointment that comes with the realization that their life may now be more comfortable by human standards, but the yearning is still there, and will remain until found where it is, within. Earth school is a difficult but powerful evolutionary path and it was the free will choice of every person residing on earth to be here at this time, whether or not they are aware of it. Life is meant to be enjoyed. The belief that suffering and pain make you more spiritual is false. Pain and suffering (self inflicted or otherwise) are not a part of Divine Nature and therefore not a part of your true nature. The concept that pain and suffering makes you spiritual are facets of the duality and separation belief system. These teachings represent the belief that the spiritual is separate from the physical and therefore the physical must be dominated or eliminated in some way in order for a person to become “holy”. You are already “holy”– everything physical is simply a material concept of the spiritual. A spiritually evolved individual is still able enjoy the finer things of life “In the world, but not of it”. If you enjoy fine china, fine art, nice clothes, and a beautiful home there is nothing wrong or un-spiritual about having them. Free will allows personal choice. But when material concepts of good become needs and necessities instead of choices, an individual is in old energy. You have reached the place of choosing exactly what it is you want. Do you really want to evolve into truth or do you want to continue playing the games of illusion based in beliefs of duality and separation while pretending to be a truth student? An attained consciousness of truth does not happen simply by being interested in truth, going to workshops, or reading metaphysical books. These things represent the beginning stages of the spiritual journey, but there comes a point at which truth learned must come alive through intuition listened to, recognizing the Divine nature of all, and seeking within instead of without. The higher resonance of an evolved state of consciousness automatically and without personal struggle, will clear and override lower resonating energies still carried by a person. This is why so many serious truth students are finding themselves in difficult physical, emotional, and mental situations right now, causing them to question and believe that somehow they have failed. No dear ones, when these things happen it means that have attained the understanding and readiness necessary to clear and release whatever beliefs the issue represents. It is a graduation. One’s belief system can be easily identified by observing automatic responses and thoughts. The secret to moving beyond concepts that have become habits, is to first recognize them but never claim them to be personally yours because they are impersonal universal beliefs that you have at some point accepted as truth. When you find yourself slipping into unloving responses, do not resist and condemn yourself, but simply recognize them as old programming and replace them with truth. It is the intent and goal of every soul to evolve and experience who and what they are, although most do not remember this once they are on earth living in third dimensional energy. They call evolution a journey because that is exactly what it is. In the earlier stages of awakening, it is a process of stepping and falling, stepping and falling often by way of experiences that are unpleasant or even downright awful to human thinking. The intention to know God/Reality/Truth only takes place after many lifetimes and many experiences lived in third dimensional consciousness which then serves to bring a person into their readiness for more–“Is this all there is?”. It must be understood that once an intention to awaken has been made (consciously or unconsciously) life experiences become no longer random, but instead are drawn by one’s Higher Self for purposes of learning and awakening. Doors previously closed to the third dimensional consciousness now begin to open, making available guidance and help from the higher dimensions. At a certain point, the experiences necessary to awakening become less intense and difficult because the seeker is now open to higher ways of understanding the world and has learned to recognize appearances for what they are. He has learned to trust his intuition and has attained a level of spiritual awareness that makes unpleasant “wake up calls” no longer necessary. As powerful creators, you can state the intention; “I choose that my life lessons be easy and gentle.”, however never feel you have somehow failed if some are not. Most of you are already evolving from within rather than from without. You have done the heavy lifting but remain timid about being who you have become, afraid to come out and be separate, choosing instead to pretend some stance or belief. The inability to claim and integrate one’s power is the result of entertaining the ever broadcasting three dimensional message of; “You will never be good enough.” which causes personal fear and doubt for even for those very awake. Everything and everyone is Divine Consciousness in expression, for in One there simply is no other. Thus claiming one’s power simply means living out from the security and confidence of a consciousness that recognizes and accepts its own Divine nature. Those empowered by truth never express themselves through boastful or holier than thou attitudes, but simply live life from a conscious realization and acceptance of self as SELF in balance–their masculine speaking, leading, and doing; their feminine intuitive, loving, and creative. Claiming one’s innate power never means you can no longer enjoy the company of old friends or engage in activities you have always loved for everything is spiritual in its purest form. However, many of you are finding that you no longer resonate with many of the the things you once enjoyed. Many of you are finding yourselves being guided to speak out on some topic or activity whereas before you would of remained silent. When this happens, always allow your words to flow on an energy of unconditional love rather than stiffly judging, refusing to do something, or be with certain people out of a misguided sense of superiority. Moving on from some group or activity must always be accompanied by respect for those who may still need the experiences of the particular group or activity. Self righteousness easily creeps into the thinking of those who believe themselves to be more spiritually aware than others. Those new to truth are especially susceptible to self righteousness and must realize that everyone is exactly where they are supposed to be. Some souls require more third dimensional experiences in order to awaken while others do not, and thus comparisons or attempts to bring another to one’s own state of awareness is a three dimensional idea reflecting separation. These dear ones may as of yet be no where near ready to hear truth and this must be honored. It is important not to “cast your pearls” but keep them lovingly protected within your heart. You can cast seeds of truth by occasionally throwing a sentence or idea into some general conversation which may cause a receptive individual to open and think about what you have said. Unconditional love allows everyone to evolve at their own pace even when the higher solution to their issues and problems is glaringly apparent. Never forget that every person has a Higher Self, Guides, and a pre-birth contract even if they themselves are totally unaware of it. This truth is often overlooked by parents and close friends who desperately seek to help, but may instead be simply getting in the way of the other’s lesson. The world as it has always been known is quickly changing as higher dimensional frequencies of Light pour in. Everyone on earth is experiencing these new energies physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually resulting in the need for a trust in truth and understanding that everything is proceeding according to plan. It is a trust that flows from the realization that the chaos of world appearances is formed of old and false energies that have no law to support or to hold them in place. As you grow in the awareness of who and what you are, fears and intense involvements in third dimensional issues lessens (unless you are guided to be involved). Your Light is dissolving the false creations of duality and separation–you are Lightworkers. You are here at this most powerful time because you choose to be here. Believe it and BE.
