I’ve never been afraid of the darkness in life. Without the dark, how would we see those oh-so familiar stars? The light of day can be harsh, as it exposes that which hides in darkness, but the early morning light inspires, and the evening glow is soft and soothing. It is the Burden of Knowledge that I willingly bear, so darkness can be overturned, exposed and healed, or simply disintegrated.

We are the Light + Magic.

I share the darker truths that I’ve been made aware of, for those who are brave and want to know, for knowledge is power. Power to change it, through informed choice and action.

I thank all of you whose lovely words and images I also share to uplift others, as they uplift me, for at times I get battle-weary and obsessed. I see there are so many awake now, that I know I can rest and take a break, or attend to the mundane things in life that we are soon to leave behind, as we move into the New Earth.

We often think we are battling the “dark enemy”, but when transmutation and healing are allowed, even what once was dark can be seen in a new light.

Like the heavens, we all contain stardust and black holes. Like the tides, we all ebb and flow. Like the earth, we can be shaken or stand strong. Like the plants, we can wither in the shade or we can blossom and grow in the golden rays. We are here to learn, and together, grow wise, through conscious love in action.

GLOBAL COVID SUMMIT – ROME, ITALY

WHEREAS, it is our utmost responsibility and duty to uphold and restore the dignity, integrity, art and science of medicine;

WHEREAS, there is an unprecedented assault on our ability to care for our patients;

WHEREAS, public policy makers have chosen to force a “one size fits all” treatment strategy, resulting in needless illness and death, rather than upholding fundamental concepts of the individualized, personalized approach to patient care which is proven to be safe and more effective;

WHEREAS, physicians and other health care providers working on the front lines, utilizing their knowledge of epidemiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology, are often first to identify new, potentially life saving treatments;

WHEREAS, physicians are increasingly being discouraged from engaging in open professional discourse and the exchange of ideas about new and emerging diseases, not only endangering the essence of the medical profession, but more importantly, more tragically, the lives of our patients;

WHEREAS, thousands of physicians are being prevented from providing treatment to their patients, as a result of barriers put up by pharmacies, hospitals, and public health agencies, rendering the vast majority of healthcare providers helpless to protect their patients in the face of disease.  Physicians are now advising their patients to simply go home (allowing the virus to replicate) and return when their disease worsens, resulting in hundreds of thousands of unnecessary patient deaths, due to failure-to-treat;

WHEREAS, this is not medicine. This is not care. These policies may actually constitute crimes against humanity.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS:

RESOLVED, that the physician-patient relationship must be restored. The very heart of medicine is this relationship, which allows physicians to best understand their patients and their illnesses, to formulate treatments that give the best chance for success, while the patient is an active participant in their care. 

RESOLVED, that the political intrusion into the practice of medicine and the physician/patient relationship must end. Physicians, and all health care providers, must be free to practice the art and science of medicine without fear of retribution, censorship, slander, or disciplinary action, including possible loss of licensure and hospital privileges, loss of insurance contracts and interference from government entities and organizations – which further prevent us from caring for patients in need. More than ever, the right and ability to exchange objective scientific findings, which further our understanding of disease, must be protected.

RESOLVED, that physicians must defend their right to prescribe treatment, observing the tenet FIRST, DO NO HARM. Physicians shall not be restricted from prescribing safe and effective treatments. These restrictions continue to cause unnecessary sickness and death. The rights of patients, after being fully informed about the risks and benefits of each option, must be restored to receive those treatments.

RESOLVED, that we invite physicians of the world and all health care providers to join us in this noble cause as we endeavor to restore trust, integrity and professionalism to the practice of medicine.

RESOLVED, that we invite the scientists of the world, who are skilled in biomedical research and uphold the highest ethical and moral standards, to insist on their ability to conduct and publish objective, empirical research without fear of reprisal upon their careers, reputations and livelihoods.

RESOLVED, that we invite patients, who believe in the importance of the physician-patient relationship and the ability to be active participants in their care, to demand access to science-based medical care.

I am Saint Germain. As always, it is a pleasure to be with you. To be able to share. To be able to open up new vistas, new understandings for you to come to. For as you are contemplating much that is happening now across your planet, as you are looking at the scene in front of you and wondering, your third dimensional consciousness is wondering what is happening?
.

Why is this happening?  Why can’t we just get on with it?  Many of you ask that question—why can it not just be over?  Why can we not end this game now?
.

And the answer that comes back to you in those moments may not be the answer that you were looking for, but you know that it is the truth.  You know that you must continue to play the game for a little bit longer.  And to be able to, as you said in your discussion earlier, trust the plan.
.

The plan is everything.  The plan has been in motion for thousands and thousands of years, and that is just for this planet here.  That is just for this planet.  But there is the greater plan, the universal plan, that has been in existence for millions, and even billions and billions of years.  And it is all focused now, in this moment now that you are in.  All is coming together exactly as it needs to.  As you have heard many times, everything is being orchestrated.  So just trust, now.  Trust in that.

And look out at everything that is happening, but just look at it—do not become involved in it.  Do not become emotionally involved in it.  Just see it for what it is.  But know that so much that is happening behind the scenes still yet today is, again, part of this plan.
.

And right now, there is a secret operation that is going on, that is occurring.  And it is even beyond the scope of what you could possibly come to understand at this moment, because it is so vast.  It is so much a part of a vaster plan, here, that is occurring.
.

And all you need to do is just trust.  Trust in yourself.  Trust in the knowing within each of you that you have planned and worked to come to this moment in your lives, and this moment in your collective lives.
.

This is what you came here to do.  And you are right now at the cusp of that, right now where you are approaching.  We cannot say The Event just yet, but it is approaching.  We cannot give you a date.  We cannot give you a time frame.  But we can say that everything is leading up to that now, even the announcement that you just had of the President.  Even that is part of all of this.
.

But again, you must trust.  You must know that there is a bigger reason for everything, here, no matter what it is.  But we can tell you, I can tell you, that what is happening now with your president, he is going to come through this.  It is not even a remote possibility that he will not make it through it, because it is a planned operation, you must understand that.  It is all planned.  And it is all part of the greater plan, the greater operation that is in motion now.  Secret as of yet, but soon to be revealed.
.

Could this be the great announcement that has been spoken of?  Very possibly.  But there is a series of announcements that will be coming.  One after another.  And this is the ending of one phase now, and approaching the beginning of the next phase.
.

And the next phase will bring even faster announcements, faster developments than you’ve become accustomed to.  One right after another is what is going to be happening, here.  So when we say for you to ‘fasten your seatbelts because the going is going to be rocky,’ we have not been joking about this, as you have already seen in this year that you are in now, in your 2020 year.  This has been quite a rocky year, and it still may yet get rockier.

But, once that happens, it will all smooth over, and you will be able to unbuckle those seatbelts and give a huge sigh of relief and be able to sit back and truly come to a rest.  Because you will have earned it.

You are all in that part now where you are earning your keep, so to speak.  You are coming to the point where you are reaching the level, the awakening, that you have been preparing and planning for as a whole, as a collective whole.
.

True, not everyone will awaken.  And all certainly not at the same time.  But many, many more are in that awakening process right now.  All it takes is just a little nudge here and there.  And that’s where you come in:  you, the Lightworking Community, the Light Warriors–that’s where you come in.  To give that little nudge when it is called for.  Even if it is just taking off the mask and showing others that you do not need to wear them, or not worrying about this virus.  For you know it is not what it appears to be.
.

Everything that is happening right now is not what it appears to be.  If you attempt to analyze, if you attempt to use your three-dimensional mind to come to understand this part of the plan, you will not be able to.

But, if you rise above it, if you raise your vibrations and rise above it, and come to it from a 5-D experience, from a 5-D outlook as we do, then you will be able to look back down at that lower vibrational dimension and begin to make sense of it.  It will become understandable, because you will be looking at it from that neutral point, from that point within the moment.  Whenever you do that, then everything, and I do mean everything, makes sense to you.

Just continue to move in the direction that you are.  And do not give up!  No matter what it is, do not give up!  Do not say, “I cannot handle this anymore,” because you can!  You can continue to move on.  You can continue to forge ahead.  Because, my friends, you are the Way-Showers!  Show the way, now!

Beliefs are your Truth

I recently heard someone say ‘your thoughts create your reality’ on a YouTube video and that bothered me because while your thoughts contribute to the process of creating your reality, they are not 100% responsible for it. That’s like someone giving you a tire and calling it a car. You need a lot of other components to be able to have a fully functional, drivable car. Beliefs are the foundation of your energetic and material reality so understanding and knowing your belief system is what will get you unstuck, moving forward, and flowing in your miracle zone.

What are beliefs? They are those things that we accept as true whether or not they really are. If I believe I can’t do something I won’t try to do it, even if I haven’t made an attempt to do it to know whether or not it is possible for me. This is how strong beliefs are and why they form the foundation of our individual and collective realities as all of your thoughts, words, and actions depend on your beliefs.

In the videos below I have created a short course on beliefs and how they impact your life.

Think of a belief you have, something that you think ‘always’ or ‘never’ or ‘cannot’ happen. Pay attention to your emotions and to how you feel when you say it. Does your energy go up or down?For example, do you say something like “I always have the worst luck and bad things always happen to me?”  Does it make you feel helpless? Now think of something you would really like to do or a change you would to make in your life. What is your first thought about it?

That it won’t happen, can’t happen, it will be impossible, what will people say, how will it happen? You may say something like ‘I know that can’t happen’ and you won’t try because you already know you will fail (even if you have not tried). Since we try to avoid failure, rejection, and humiliation, we do not go in any direction that may result in those things.

What do we do? To move out of the 360 degree reality we create with our beliefs, which means starting at one point and going around the circle of limitation back to the starting point, we must be willing to take one step out of that circle, to go beyond 360, to create a new reality that takes our potential beyond the limitations of our existing beliefs and experience into the realm of what is possible. Yes you may have the belief that you cannot do something but what if you try it anyway just to see if you can? You might be surprised.

Beliefs are the foundation of our reality and any change or transformation we consider must start with the beliefs which create the reality we are no longer happy with to open us to the potential of a reality that brings us joy and fulfillment. Beliefs are the foundation of your reality and this video explains why thoughts do not create your reality (although they participate in it) because thoughts arise from beliefs. Anything you want to change requires a change in your belief system or the change will not happen because it will not have any support or energetic alignment.

In this second video we explore what is in your ‘belief basket’, the collection of beliefs you use to create your reality. Every intention for transformation, ascension, 3D/5D integration, and change must have a corresponding belief that supports it. Otherwise, alignment will not exist and you will not be able to create the change you want.

In this video you’ll learn why I say ‘Beliefs are what you know to be true, even if it is not true.” A belief is true for you so it creates your reality according to its true. Is it true? Well, it represents your experience but not your potential. Beliefs are based on past experience; potential must be grounded in new truths, no matter what our past experience has been.

Grace and Trust | Recreating Balance

The fall of Atlantis and beginning of quarantine/prison status here on this planet
about 25920 years ago was a traumatic experience for all the beings involved,
and since then, strong implantation has created amnesia, which,
together with difficult conditions on this planet most of the time,
has created perpetuation and recreation
of the traumas in a frequency loop.

The seed of trauma is caused by apparent disconnection from the Source. This creates an experience and feeling of abandonment, confusion of wondering how could this happen, pushing us to doubt everything, and to lose all trust, trust in the Source, trust in the Universe, trust in ourselves, trust in the Light, trust in each other.
Trust is a very important point on this planet now.

This deep feeling of abandonment and not really trusting the Light is stuck in the energy fields of almost everybody on this planet to various degrees, and this is the entry point that keeps recreating the traumatic situations. When something is in the energy field then this is a free will decision to create something, when something is in
the energy field it will manifest until it is removed.

Many awakened people on this planet keep creating and mirroring this in their lives in various ways. The stuck feelings about apparent disconnection from Source take various forms at different times, sometimes people feel angry at the Source and the Light for being abandoned, sometimes they feel sad for being abandoned, sometimes they feel apathetic about it, etc. Sometimes it is conscious, often it is in the subconscious. No matter what form it takes, this feeling keeps recreating
the experience of disconnection from Source.

What happens then is that people project this on each other. Everybody sees that life here is not fair, everybody is born into this planet in pain and sadness, in fact that is the very first thing we do when we are born, we cry, because we are implanted, because the energy field here is distorted especially compared to higher dimensions where we come from. There is not one single being on this planet now who came here in a really fair way and who had a fair life of connection with Source and who they really are.
This is unfortunately how things have been here.

Most people tend to be stuck in a childish approach to this. When a child feels like he/she needs something, he/she will turn the whole house upside down to get what he/she wants, completely unaware that others are going through their own experience as well, the child tends to act as if they are the only one going through something. But the truth is that we all have attenuating circumstances, we all have limitations and struggle and things to figure out. Many people tend to think that they are the only ones suffering, or that they are the ones who have the worst situations. And so they just expect others to be there for them, to correct the wrongs that have been done to them. This is a very big thing on this planet, that motivates many actions of people. Everybody sees that life has been unfair to them and so everybody wants others to take care of them in some way,
physically or emotionally especially.

The problem is that because most people are in that state, they also don’t want to take care of others because they feel that since they have the only or the worst problematic situation, they are the ones who deserve to be taken care of, they wonder why should they help ? Almost everybody on this planet thinks that, consciously or subconsciously, and so this creates a vicious loop.
Most dynamics between people has been about getting something from the other,
‘I will do something if it can get me what I want’. Throwing a tantrum or making a mess, arguing with each other, getting in the way of mission and Divine Purpose,
when what is wanted is not coming, when others are not giving us what we demand.

This is the consciousness of a wounded child and not the consciousness of knowing that we are the Source, that We Are/IAm Presence of Eternal Light and I can create
what I need and I have to Be whatever it is I want to experience.

If we want life or other people or the Light to give us something, it is time that we realize that We Are the Source, and the only way something can be in our reality is through our I Am Presence, which means that we have to Be aligned with what we want.

This is the meaning of the saying, ‘Thou shall have no god before me’,
‘Thou shall have no god before IAm’, meaning no god before our own IAm Presence.
Our IAm Presence is One with Source and the Light, and it is only through it
that we can experience reality properly. We can not turn first to outside gods,
to the Universe, to the Light forces, to other people, to the Event, or anything else.
We have to turn first to our IAm Presence in every single situation,
no matter how big or how small the situation is,
and then through it we can connect with reality. There is no other way.
IAm Presence is the only way. And IAm Presence truly has the power to resolve anything, it is the Light that cannot fail, that always aligns everything perfectly,
if we only keep turning to it.

This is what Grace means. Grace is true and deep forgiveness of all circumstances,
and being the forgiveness in action. Being, embodying whatever is needed even if nobody else in the Universe is doing it. Why should we help ? Because we can.
Because we are Source, because we need a better reality. In truth, there are always Light beings providing what is needed, but it can only reach us if we are resonating with it,
if we are aligned with it, if we are it. Sometimes it may appear that nobody else around us is doing it, and then to be able to be the Love, the Grace, whatever is needed, anyway, this is the real mastery. Grace also has to be driven by Divine Purpose, it’s not about being a doormat and not creating what we want, it’s about doing whatever is needed to create our dreams and serve Divine Purpose of Liberation of all sentient beings.
The only other option is to drive head first into a wall by expecting something to come from outside that we are not willing to be, and that is not a good road to go on.
Many have tried and failed. It is time to remember and be the Grace.
And as we do that we embody the Source again, we bring the Source back to this planet,
and we heal the trauma of separation from Source that has been happening
since the fall of Atlantis.
We bring back reality of Light in all of creation.

For many years I used to think and say that my first superpower I would like to have
is to be able to teleport. I could go anywhere and see whoever I want,
get anything I want, anywhere on this planet and in other planets. Now I have realized that the first superpower I want is to be the Grace in every single situation.
I could teleport and still carry my inner issues everywhere I go.
Or I could be the Grace and create from my IAm Presence the reality I want,
here and now, anywhere I Am, because I Am Presence and Source are everywhere.
To be the Grace is the biggest treasure. And I can do that right now, I already have that power. We all have it. (but teleportation is still nice as a second superpower).

I want to mention I am dismayed to see Kabamur post on both twitter and fb his negative views on Cobra, and see some so quick to chime in. I will not post the links here. Although I liked some of his posts, he has said some pretty bizarre things about many people. I have long felt something was off with him. I sense that even if well-intended, he has become a false prophet, and you cannot convey deep wisdom and insight with superficial sound-byte comments.

I love and trust Cobra. I feel in my heart a certain purity of Cobra’s intel, even when learning things I did not want to believe or accept, over time have made sense to me.

 

Do not forget, that we are seeing many examples of the Cabal lashing out and using trickery to seduce followers into a certain controlled narrative. It is quite blatant on social media. The Cabal is going down like a sinking ship and there are many desperate acts and words pushed onto the public in their attempts to find a life raft, credibility, which has already sunk.

 

I feel Cobra is pure. Of course, being human, he is not perfect, but pure of heart and intent.

 

Please form your own opinion if you come across it, and see what your heart tells you. Cobra’s knowledge and wisdom is deep, much of which he cannot yet fully share, as those who have attended his conferences know. They say he has a pure light energy about him. I feel he is pure of heart and intent, and has not and will not lead us astray.  ❤  Discernment is key.

When the World Puts You on Edge

by SelaciaSo much is happening so fast now that the August Solar Eclipse may seem like last year. The remake of our world is getting messier by the day. For most sensitives living through this evolutionary earthquake, there can be a sense of overwhelm and insecurity about what it all means and what happens next. Indeed, the August 21 Great American Eclipse amplified existing destabilization in the US and elsewhere. Continue reading for context of what’s unfolding and some simple remedies for overwhelm.

Background

It’s not your imagination that our world has gotten crazier this year. The level of polarity, tribalism, and distrust existing in society is palpable. As I’ve written about recently, much of this is very old, but the energies of these times are helping to bring ancient wounded conditioning out of the shadows.

This isn’t the usual “coming out” party either. That’s because humanity on the whole has advanced spiritually in recent decades – allowing a bigger and more prolonged spotlight on the dysfunctional stuff in the dark basement of things that no one wanted to see. We’ve had spotlights in centuries past, too, but now we have a critical mass of people awakening.

To be sure, it’s up to us how we respond. As divine changemakers, we are at the helm of the changes, consciously aware of the significance of these moments on Earth. We are here now purposefully to help create healing solutions. We’ve had lifetimes of experiences that helped prepare us to be here now. Trust this when you think you have no answers or when you simply doubt that you can go on.

A Reason for Overwhelm

With all that’s going on, it’s understandable that you would at times feel on edge. Feelings of overwhelm are common, too.

Consider, however, that one reason for overwhelm isn’t just what is happening, but how you learn about and process what’s happening.

It’s only in recent decades that we had 24/7 instant global news with visuals, with billions of people following tragic events in the moments that they occurred.

Because of the Internet and immediate streaming of news, not only is there no delay hearing and seeing what happened, but there’s the  repetitive effect of seeing bits and pieces of the same news so many times that the body’s nervous system can go into overload.

I mention this here, as many times people are not conscious to this effect. Here’s another thing that can add to a feeling of overwhelm – being on social media for extended periods of time after a disaster, reading friends’ comments in the news feed. I’m not suggesting that you avoid social media or the Internet – simply become aware of how you ingest information and potential impacts so that you can remedy as noted below.

5 Tips for Overwhelm

FIRST, when there’s a disaster in the news or you’re having your own personal crisis, strive to be present and remember to breathe. Being present means being aware of what you are saying and doing, and for how long. The energy fall-out from one hour ingesting tragic news or focusing on a personal crisis is compounded when you do that same thing for several hours. Tune into yourself to know when to take an energy break.

SECOND, regardless of what you are learning about a disaster or your own situation, become practiced in questioning things and asking for a higher view. Quite often, pieces of information are missing or perhaps presented in a way that you may not fully understand. Don’t assume that you have all of the information.

THIRD, as I wrote about this week on Instagram, “Use your light, not hate, to counter evil. The light prevails.”

FOURTH, remember that in troubling times, the light is always there. When you connect with spirit and your inner being, you have a boundless resource to face what comes and to prevail against all odds.

FIFTH, know that goodness is at the core of all beings, including those who harm others. Be a champion for goodness, striving to see it in the world even on dark days. Live your life as an example to others of how to be loving and kind.

Currently it is especially critical for us to show you how truly desperate times are unfolding for the Cabal, while at the same time there is still more to be done to curtail their pathological lust for death and destruction.  Although they might be down, they continue to hold some very powerful weapons over our planet and humanity’s head.

Despite their definite weakening, so long as they hold such fatal weapons as Chemtrails, HAARP, Vaccines, and much more, their heinous goal of reducing the planet’s population is still possible.

Most recently we felt the powerful and horrific hurricane effects of HAARP in the United States, while Mexico endured the wrath of two earthquakes. How much longer are we going to tolerate these “man made” tragedies perpetrated by corrupt and deranged governments (which, coincidentally, do not exist; only Corporations do)?

We have been bamboozled long enough!  Now it is time for us to gather together and take control of our “servants”.  Unfortunately, we still continue to vote for those politicians who clearly do not abide by the people or for the people, but, instead only for their own personal greed for power and money.

Time is of the utmost now to vote them out of their corrupt and ethically challenged hold over us! 2018 is fast approaching critical time in this regard!

By the way, before President Trump was elected, most corrupted countries were friendly with the US, as they realized our nation was rapidly declining under Obama as well as prior administrations. Yes, South Korean President Moon, Japanese Prime Minister Abe and Japanese Emperor Hirohito have opened the doors, working together to steal the bunkers and gold which belongs to the legitimate Depositors, mostly the Golden Dragons. This has nothing to do with the Western Allied Powers and their Western Financial System set up for the sole purpose of stealing the Eastern assets.

As was mentioned previously, they illegally hijacked it in 1945 and then again in 1995.  South Korea’s Ex-President Park was nabbed by her government, but its people are repeating the very same things that she did, even though she now sees through prison bars.  So how are they actually looting the bunkers?

They are approaching religious organizations and specific bunkers which have procured “exempt status” from both South Korea and Japan in order to facilitate and succeed in their blatant thefts.

This then is a joint transaction with both governments fully knowing the where, which and how.  What are their transportation methods?

They recruit middle-age Korean women (40-65 years old) in Seoul as well as the rest of Korea. In turn, said women travel within a weekly group tour. After the initial journey the women change over with the average team of 30 women.  This has been going on far, far too long with each person carrying 4 Kg of gold given to them by the tour broker.

Thirty women (men not allowed) carrying 4 Kg of gold simultaneously totals 120 Kg of gold! There are numerous groups leaving monthly so the ultimate numbers are shocking.  The carriers (called mules in the West) outside Seoul receive $2000 USD and those from Seoul receive $600 USD.

There are also many brokers to pay who demand more commissions in Seoul.  Again, this has been happening for some time now, and it is for the sole purpose of keeping the Globalists in good financial shape so they are able to continue doing great harm to humanity.

With both Korean and Japanese governments approving the aforementioned  shady transactions, the dynamics of coming and going are relatively easy.  The “borders” they cross are similar to the ones Obama created where everything and anything he wanted in or out of the US went right on through while the “Border Agents” looked elsewhere.

These matters will continue to escalate worldwide until concerned government (Corporate) leaders immediately and steadfastly take charge at last and end this vicious cycle! Otherwise, ALL of us will lose our precious freedoms and will be finished as a sovereign people.

It is sinful to even allow the Globalists to breathe our air when they have attempted quite intentionally to destroy it as well as us!  If our leaders do not take charge of ending these crimes against humanity, then it’s time We The People take full responsibility to do so ourselves.

To date we still aren’t able to trust what is called “governmental authority”.  A good look at FEMA in the Florida Keys is an example. Who really knows what they are doing behind the barricades they’ve erected? Group K wants to know what is happening to our people, don’t you?

Love is not giving up on people!  There is only Love, as you all well know even if you choose not to acknowledge It, so to give up on It is to pretend that you are not alive, is to close your eyes and go to sleep thus refusing to acknowledge Reality.  That is what humanity has been doing for eons by loading itself with extremely negative self-judgments while it has been playing its games within the illusion that it constructed to experience separation.  The experience of separation was only meant to be momentary, and in truth it was, that unreal state was terminated but an instant after it was imagined into being.  But humanity, you, were captivated and fascinated by it, by being free to play with it and cause mayhem and confusion which were totally at odds with Reality, totally different from anything you had ever encountered, strange, exciting, and challenging.
But then you got lost in the dream you had made and were unable to find your way Home.  It was a little like entering a Halloween stage or movie set and finding yourselves in almost complete darkness, enveloped in clinging cobwebs as strange flying things brushed across your faces and pulled at your hair.  At first it was fun, but Creepy!  And then it appeared to become increasingly real, and you became terrified, you panicked and started attacking everything within reach.
And it is from that dismal and unhappy dream that you are in the process of waking up.  As you do so remnants of the dream, or more realistically the nightmare, flow through your consciousness as weird and unsettling sounds and images.  Do not dwell on them, they are merely unwanted egoic distractions, distractions from your awakening process, so just let them go.  You could think of them as your core issues – issues of pain and suffering from the past buried deeply within your psyche, unacknowledged or denied because they are so painful – that are breaking into your awareness so that you can release them and yourselves from the negative energies on which they feed.
Everyone is dealing with this ancient and buried stuff as part of the awakening process.  Holding onto the angers, bitterness, hatreds, and the resentments that they represent keeps you in the nightmare attempting to resolve them.  There is no need to resolve them, in fact they cannot be resolved, so just acknowledge them, forgive those you believe caused them, and yourselves, and let them go.  They will only stay with you if you continue to dwell on them – hold onto them while thinking about them and apportioning blame amongst those you believe responsible for your pain – after they have arisen to be released or dissipated.

Letting them go will bring you an enormous sense of relief, rather like when a police car, all lights and sirens blaring, appears behind you on the highway . . . and then passes rapidly by on its way to catch some other miscreant.  And that sense of relief will last because you will no longer be shouldering the burden, the weight of that ancient baggage.  Baggage you never needed but with which you chose to burden yourselves.

You are all the beloved children of God, and you are all in the process of awakening from the nightmare of separation and unreality which presents itself to each of you quite differently and independently because it is attempting to prove to each one of you that you are separate and alone.
If what you are experiencing is different from what everyone else is experiencing, and that certainly seems to be the case – obviously your experience is much more intense and painful than anyone else’s – then there remains no doubt in your mind that you are a separate being.  And separate beings have to stand up and take care of themselves – look after # 1 – because no one else will or can, even your most dearly loved partners.  You are alone, and death proves that without a shadow of a doubt, because in the end everyone dies, there is no return from it.  And no one has returned to report about it.  It’s not a wonder that, collectively, you have chosen to awaken.

The good news is that you have unlimited resources to assist you in your awakening process – help on a grand scale – because as well as all of us in the spiritual realms who are watching over you in every moment, and answering your calls for help and guidance, everyone whom you meet and interact with in any way at all in your daily lives is on your path in that moment, and can and will help you if you are open to the Love that surrounds you all constantly.  In human terms it may not seem like help in the moment that it occurs, but when you reflect honestly afterwards you can see there was a lesson to be learnt to move you further along your Homeward path.

In every moment you are being helped if you choose to be open to it.  But frequently you entertain preconceived notions of how help should appear and fail to see the help that is there, because you are attempting to control life instead of accepting what arises.  Life always flows at Its own pace, you just need to accept that instead of trying to change it.  “Going with the flow” is a very wise and enlightened approach for humans to take, and when they do, and accept whatever arises, they find the flow is far less turbulent than when they try to direct it, because then there is less conflict and it is conflict that causes turbulence.

God is with you everywhere, in every moment, and He, the Source, Mother/Father/God, wants only for you be in joy.  When you surrender your will to His – in truth your will is aligned with His because you are One with Him – and accept what arises you will deal far more easily and effectively with whatever issues and problems do arise in your daily human lives.  You are always where you are meant to be because you designed a path to follow, with divine assistance, before you incarnated as a human.  To be apparently off your path or diverging from it are just the results of trying to direct life in the direction that you egoically think it is meant to be moving.

When you stop attempting to direct and control the flow of life and instead just allow it, you will find it far easier to deal with whatever arises for you because you will have far more energy, energy that previously you would have been using to change the unchangeable, and in the process exhausting yourselves both physically and emotionally.  Attempting to control the flow of life, even if you think it is “your,” life can never work because you remain almost completely unaware of the multitude of influences at work on it.  There is only One Life!  And that is God, Source, Mother/Father/God, of which every single conscious entity is an inseparable and essential part.

Relax, allow Life to flow – you cannot stop It or change Its direction – and enjoy what arises.  You can choose to enjoy It or you can choose to find fault with it; it is always your choice, and you have all experienced the vast difference in personal feelings and emotional responses that occur when choosing between finding fault with what arises or accepting and enjoying the moment that arises.

You cannot control the life flow, but you can control your choices and responses to it!  And those choices directly affect how you feel in the moment.  You are all very powerful beings, divine children, so use your power to bring you peace and joy.  When you do you directly affect everyone with whom you interact in that moment.  You have all also been aware at times of how your moods affect others in your vicinity.  So choose joy and watch it engage very positively with those around you!
