~ Update for April 14, 2015

13 Kan, 2 Kank’in, 11 Ik

Selamat Jarin! We come once again with very good news! Those who are working with our associates in the fields of banking and money report that a number of vital funds are now being released. These various preliminary fundings are to make the scheduling of a number of prosperity programs viable. Thus, we are further along on the road to getting the prosperity funds released, and with that, reasons for the rise of new governance. All of this is just additional proof that you are finally to receive a large prosperity package in the coming weeks. In fact, these events are as well to bring all of us closer to disclosure. We have never been as close to the point where disclosure is to happen. Our fleet has carefully monitored Gaia for over two decades. She is going through an extinction cycle for large numbers of plants and animals. Her various environments continue to be ravished by the dark cabal and their many henchmen. This is why Gaia has increased a number of responses to this continued destruction to her ecosystems. We strongly advise that those so responsible cease and desist from these vile acts. Gaia is prepared to defend these endangered environments.

While these matters are serious, you can alleviate them by protesting and asking for some form of relief. In fact, let us state with certainty that your surface realm is rapidly approaching a point of no return regarding its numerous global ecosystems. What is required is a firm movement against the dark cabal and its heinous ways. At present, you possess the ability to intervene and force the needed change. We expect that only the work of our earthly allies can do this effectively. There is technology, which in the near past has greatly aided Gaia and her ongoing travails. In secret, many are currently contributing to this relief. We thank you graciously for your kind assistance. It is as well our task to aid Gaia in resisting these numerous unkind acts by the dark. These are only some of the residual programs being carried out by these rapscallions. We are being further aided by the Agarthans who are using their clandestine positions to sabotage these horrendous acts. Soon, the work of our associates is to bring you new governance and an end to this nonsense.

As you read this, constantly keep in mind that money and banking are only temporary measures. The main solution is to just do away with money at the proper time. Ahead of you, is a technology whose sole purpose is to replace this present system. This system, which you currently know and use, is a very clever invention of the dark. As long as it fully exists, you are in some fashion an unknowing slave to it. The dark thus developed this financial system as a very clever way to keep you in a state of willing manipulation. The dark was in its last stages of using its various toys to complete its total ownership of you. The Anunnaki and their earthly minions had a plan that was to reach its zenith in late 1996. Before this happened, a general decree by the Ancharan Continuum threw this into total disarray. Their point of final control vanished and the Anunnaki were forced to concede the game to Heaven. The minions refused to do so and were temporarily thrown for a grand loop. The outcome was a series of conflicts, which led to 9/11 and another shot at the Anunnaki’s grand scheme.

This second scenario began to fail even before the two towers were down. The Light succeeded in bringing a great wave of peace, which calmed down the world. To counter this, the dark passed the two American “Patriot Acts” and started a false flag operation called the “war on terror.” This had some preliminary successes. However, the entire effort was ultimately doomed to failure. New organizations now exist, which are to pull this globe from this vile agenda. The dark is now watching as the US dollar, once so supreme just after the end of World War II, is dismally reaching the end of its usefulness. The dollar is to be replaced by a new world of precious metal-backed currencies led by a group of regional monies. The banking system is as well to be freed from the grip of the Federal Reserve. This new banking system, as we have said, is quickly to be replaced by technologies that are to end the economic system founded on debt and usury and replace it with abundance and joy! This new technology is also to free you from continuing on your road to oblivion! Hosanna! Hosanna!

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! Blessings to Heaven and to all who so graciously move this great healing cause forward! Many groups, who are long associated with our efforts to free and heal you of the oppression of your dark masters, have worked a most appreciated wonder! They have permitted a number of trusts to be allowed to fund a number of special bonds and humanitarian funds. In a few weeks these monies are to be finally delivered. This means that Master Saint Germain and others can begin to finish the deliveries of the many prosperity funds. Many of you are thus very close to receiving a general delivery of these prosperity programs. We are most joyous that a part of the healing for you is at hand. The dark has long delayed this and a first crack in their denial of us is now there to be seen by all. This crack is about to be greatly widened by other programs, which are destined to see the glorious Light of day!!!

Over the last few weeks, Heaven has unleashed a number of truly wonderful energies. These Lights are setting up base lines in all your chakras. These elementary readings are to be compared against what you recently registered, to garner a true measure of how you are presently progressing. The ever-changing healing arts need this to better judge your present state of health. When the time comes, your rising consciousness, as well as your ever-growing new chakras, is to be a more accurate gauge of your state of healing. We intend, once various lessons are given, to assist you in a general global healing. This exercise is to ready you for what the Agarthans and the many who comprise your spiritual family wish to do. That is, to move you securely onto a road which leads to contact. At that moment, you can finally hear the Agarthans, who have been our protectors for millennia.

Most of you are well aware that this realm is either headed for a mass catastrophe or for a most deserved redemption. We have worked with Heaven to clear the path toward redemption. The fleets of ships that currently surround us are just another reason why this surface realm is truly headed for redemption. The dark cabal finally realizes that the fate of this world does not rest with them. Remain positive and centered on your many wondrous missions. You are never alone. We, or those who guide you in Heaven, continuously monitor you. Be ever aware of this and ask us in some way to aid you. We are pledged to comfort you and provide some way to help you. Please pray and ask for our help. We do so in joy. It is difficult for many to see this. Nevertheless, we are there! In many ways, this time is the dark before the dawn! Be ready to watch the Sun rise and be in ethereal joy for it!!! Hallelujah!

Today, we have continued our messages on this journey of yours. We understand all that it entails for you. At times it is most frustrating and worrisome. Notice that the Light is winning and soon all of this is to be looked at by you as only a truly horrible, dark dream!!! Know, dear Ones, that the countless Supply and never-ending Prosperity of Heaven are indeed yours! So Be It! Selamat Gajun! Selamat Ja! (Sirian for Be One! and Be in Joy!)

Benjamin Fulford – April 14, 2015: Former US Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair works for Japanese gangsters | HIPKNOWSYS

Sometimes you have to see things to believe them. Today, I got the name card of Dennis Blair, former US Director of National Intelligence (overseeing all US intelligence agencies) and former Commander in Chief of US Pacific Forces. It says he is now Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation USA. In other words, he works for Yohei Sasagawa, a man multiple Japanese Yakuza gangster sources have told this writer is a fellow gangster. Here is a link to a declassified CIA report about his father Ryoichi Sasagawa:
http://www.foia.cia.gov/sites/default/files/document_conversions/1705143/SASAKWA,%20RYOICHI_0014.pdf

Here is a quote from a well-researched book about the Yakuza

http://bit.ly/1FQOzyY

So there you have it, US top brass retiring into Yakuza fronts. Blair was speaking at the Foreign Correspondents’ Club of Japan where he dutifully rolled out the current Washington D.C. party line for the corporate propaganda press. This writer was repeatedly denied an opportunity to ask Blair a question so we will post our question here:

“Mr. Blair, you work for Yohei Sasagawa, a man who creates money out of thin air by fraudulently claiming it is backed by legendary treasures hidden in Indonesian and Philippine caves. Unfortunately your European allies and most of the rest of the world no longer believe the stories of Sasagawa and his fellow gangsters and are building an alternative financial system. My question to you is ‘at what point are you people going to accept reality and agree to renegotiate the international geopolitical and financial architecture to reflect current world demographic and economic reality?’”

My follow up question was to be “The United States Constitution clearly states that the power to create money belongs to the government of the people of the United States so at what point is the US military going to keep its oath to protect the constitution by nationalizing the Federal Reserve Board and freeing the American people from debt slavery?”

The fact I was denied the opportunity to ask these questions reminded me once again that one of the subtle tactics used by the cabal to control such staged events as press conferences is to make sure only reporters who follow the party line are allowed to ask questions.

In any case, listening to the party line as expressed by Blair did provide some important insights into what is happening to the regime in Washington D.C. and its Japanese slave subsidiary. The most important thing Blair said was that the recent speech to the US Congress and Senate by Israeli Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu was “not a pretty sight,” and he was “trying to meddle” in US domestic affairs. Public comments of this nature, especially about Israel, at a corporate press conference constitute very strong language. Blair thus confirmed what this writer’s pentagon and agency sources have been telling him and that is that there a concerted campaign going on to remove both Israel’s Netanyahu and the Saudi Arabian regime.

The Saudi regime has asked Egypt, Pakistan and other Muslim countries to help it but all have refused. Pentagon sources are saying that China, Russia and even Netanyahu’s own supporters are twisting his arm to try to get him to end the Zionist nightmarish plan to start World War 3.

The Saudi regime and many members of the Netanyahu regime will be tried as war criminals at the end of all this, the pentagon sources promise. In addition, they will be forced to pay massive financial compensation, the sources say.

So, while US the military industrial complex has now clearly turned its back on the Zionists and the Saudis, it is also clear the current leadership is thinking very small and short term about the future.

Getting back to the world as described by Blair, he does note the best friend the US government now has is Japan, or as he put it, “Japan is one of the few countries in sync,” with the US. The US side is pushing Japan to pass laws that will in effect allow the pentagon to integrate its forces with the Japanese army as the lynchpin to their “pivot to Asia.”

Japanese slave Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will visit the US towards the end of this month where he will read speech to a joint session of Congress that will be carefully prepared by his US and Yakuza handlers. In it, he will try to announce an enhanced US/Japan alliance as a key to a big move to counter balance China. They will also try to get Abe to announce a final accord on the Trans Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement (TPP).

Unfortunately for Abe and his US handlers, the fact that the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland were among the 50 countries that wanted to join China’s proposed Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank means the entire scenario trying to present the puppet Abe as a powerful Asian leader and alternative to China is failing. It is now a fact that the Europeans have publicly renounced US leadership of the world’s financial architecture. Abe is just a Japanese Obama, a non-white face for the usual Washington puppet masters (minus the Zionists) to hide behind.

The fascist Japanese power brokers like Yohei Sasagawa, and US based Japan handlers who are behind Abe just do not get that they are facing a paradigm shift and not just business as usual with a few changes. Even if Abe goes to Washington and reads his handlers’ speech to the puppets gathered there, he is no longer relevant because Washington is no longer the center of the world stage.

Another thing to note is that Blair, who we are told represents the cutting edge of the US military industrial complex, apparently sincerely believes the blatant statistical lies about the US economy being in a recovery instead of being in freefall. Wishful thinking should never be a part of serious intelligence work.

Another thing that was learned from watching the public performance of a top military industrial complex apparatchik was how much they fail to understand how the internet has totally destroyed the old firewall between what they knew and what was released to the public. He seemed to believe public discourse could still be controlled through falsehoods about things like the true state of the economy made to brainwashed corporate reporters when, in fact, the net gives most of the thinking public intelligence briefings as good as or better than what he is getting.

One thing Blair did say though that is worth mentioning was that China stole about $300 billion dollars and $200 billion dollars’ worth of trade secrets respectively from the US and Japan in 2013. What this shows is that the internet is turning into a noosphere or global consciousness where all information is visible and shared. In such a world, the old mentality of trying to control others through propaganda, secret technology and military force is becoming irrelevant. The Chinese already produces 11 times more steel than the US and have pretty much open access to their intellectual property so, if they wanted to create a giant modern army they could but, they choose not to. In such circumstances it is better to turn them into partners than enemies.

To that end, the White Dragon Society last week made a proposal for the governance structure of the proposed world economic planning agency. The proposal calls for giving a 20% voting share to China, 17% each for Europe and North America, 14% for Japan plus Korea (South and North) and 32% for the other countries. This would put East and West on equal terms with 34% of the vote each and give the deciding vote to the South.

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank could exist as a separate institution under this proposal but it should expand its horizons and aim to be the world infrastructure investment bank.

In any case, news was rather slow during the last week because of the lull in the secret negotiations on how to update the existing global architecture. The Greek crisis can was kicked down the road until May because of this. Things should pick up again towards the end of the month.

PLUTO continues to be a strong influence this week and next. Our powerful “dwarf planet” comes to a standstill on Thursday in preparation for its five-month retrograde phase. When a planet pauses to change direction, we usually feel its effects more tangibly. This is especially true for those who are already working with a Pluto transit to planets in their birth charts.Plutonian times can feel life-changing. They are designed to help us discard elements of our lives that are not supportive. This includes actual physical manifestions as well as emotional and mental patterns that are detrimental to our progress.Just as the old crop must be dug under to clear space for the new seeds to be planted, so must old forms be dismantled, to leave room for the new.ALL OF THIS can occur on very unconscious levels; and yet, we benefit the most if we actively participate in Pluto’s task of transformation. We can do things that are as simple as clearing out a closet and taking the clothes we no longer wear to a local charity. We can purge our refrigerators and pantries of unhealthy foods. We can also take the bigger risks, such as finally quitting the job or ending the relationship that has become life-draining instead of life-enhancing.

In reality, all of these external changes are outward manifestations of a bigger change, one that is occurring internally. As we clear the closet or the pantry, we are taking charge of our lives in new ways. As we quit the job or change the form of a relationship, we are making a statement about the level of fulfillment and empowerment that we now want to experience in our lives.

PLUTO will be retrograde until September 24. This gives us several months to further explore the inner changes that Pluto is asking us to make, and to get clearer on the old patterns that are needing to be purged or transformed.

Astrologer Bil Tierney (who seems to be my favorite resource lately!) writes this about Pluto retrograde:

“When retrograde, Pluto confronts us with the essence of that which we have not transformed to a higher level of expression… Like Saturn, Pluto shows us the reality of our limitations, although from a more psychological point of view. This can be a marvelous time for the self-aware individual to apply more penetrating insight toward exposing those wayward elements of one’s inner self that need a sense of rebirth.”

IT MAY BE CLEAR why astrologers often prescribe in-depth therapy when a client is experiencing a major Pluto transit. Bringing what has been unconscious into the light is an important step in the process of clearing out the old.

While we may not all need to run to the therapist’s office during this five-month Pluto retrograde, we will all benefit from doing our own inner spelunking. As we discover the unconscious motivations and emotions that are hidden in the caves of our psyche, we can gain a new mastery over the trajectory of our lives. From Bil Tierney again:

“Pluto retrograde suggests that we have the opportunity to retrace our steps and discover latent sources of power (hidden resources) formerly overlooked, that now can help us further our objectives, once properly unearthed.”

ANOTHER THEME this week takes us down more practical roads. Mercury enters Taurus on Tuesday, setting us to thinking about our resources and values until the end of the month. With Saturn opposing Venus on the same day, it makes sense that a large number of folks in the U.S. will be working to finalize their tax forms. Some will be seriously reconsidering (retrograde Saturn) their recent choices, realizing it’s time to be clearer about their values and priorities (Venus).

After the heavy responsibilities of the week, we’ll be looking to release some of the tension. A Jupiter-Mars square on Friday provides plenty of energy to move us toward the fulfillment of our desires. The main caution is to direct the energy with some thoughtfulness, so that we don’t regret our actions later.

ON SATURDAY, our new lunar cycle begins with a New Moon in Aries. This cycle is designed to support us both personally and spiritually, as we find new ways to satisfy both our need for individuality and our desire for oneness.

Here’s the Sabian symbol for the location of the New Moon:

“The music of the spheres: Attunement to the cosmic order.”

Astrologer Dane Rudhyar’s interpretation of this symbol reads in part:

“The individual who has entered into a new realm of possibilities of action should learn the harmonic principles operating in this realm… The message is to listen to the Inner Voice within; to listen without personalizing this Voice in a glamor-producing manner. It is the Voice of the Whole, of which one begins to realize that one is a tiny little part — yet a significant part, for every note of the universal Chord has its place and its ineradicable meaning.”

These cosmic themes are reinforced by the Neptune-Vesta alignment at the time of the New Moon. Vesta represents that which we most dedicate ourselves to; Neptune represents our spiritual and creative nature. As they align in Pisces, they support our renewed commitment to expressing our true essence more fully in our lives — that inspired, visionary aspect of our being that some call our Divine Self.

In peace,Pam

To Solve California’s Water Crisis, We Must Change the Nation’s Food System

To Solve California’s Water Crisis, We Must Change the Nation’s Food System

California’s terrifying drought is putting one-third of the U.S. produce market at risk, but fixing the problem will require a shift from industrial farms to local ones.

The bold headline of a recent Los Angeles Times editorial by the hydrologist Jay Famiglietti starkly warned: “California has about one year of water left. Will you ration now?” The write-up quickly made the social media rounds, prompting both panic and the usual blame game: It’s because of the meat eaters or the vegan almond-milk drinkers or the bottled-water guzzlers or the Southern California lawn soakers.

California’s water loss has been terrifying. But people everywhere should be scared, not just Californians, because this story goes far beyond state lines. It is a story of global climate change and industrial agriculture. It is also a saga that began many decades ago—with the early water wars of the 1930s immortalized in the 1974 Roman Polanski film “Chinatown.”

When my family first moved to the Los Angeles area, we spent years adjusting our lifestyle to be more in line with our values. Ten years ago, we stopped watering our lawn and eventually replaced the lawn with plants that were drought-tolerant or native to California. Three years ago, we installed solar panels on our roofs. Last year, we diverted our laundry runoff to our vegetable garden and fruit trees through a graywater system. We have replaced all our toilets with dual-flush systems to take advantage of local rebates, and we practice responsible flushing. We almost never wash our cars, and we shower less often in the winter. We are investigating rainwater barrels in our latest effort to be responsible stewards of our water. Yet none of our efforts to be an example to others have done anything other than make us feel morally self-righteous enough to wag our fingers at water wasters.

California’s water resources are being mismanaged, according to Janet Redman, director of the Climate Policy Program at the Institute for Policy Studies, a progressive think tank. “The management of water from California’s historic aquifer and snow and rivers and lakes doesn’t match the use right now,” Redman told me in an interview on my show, “Uprising.” It’s a big understatement.

Even though Gov. Jerry Brown just imposed a series of mandatory water-conservation measures in response to the emergency, most of those measures are aimed at individual users and restaurants. While it is crucial for residents to stop wasting water on the utterly useless tasks of car washing and lawn watering, “residential use in California is about 4 percent,” Redman told me. “Eighty percent is for agriculture.”

The truth is that California’s Central Valley, which is where the vast majority of the state’s farming businesses are located, is a desert. That desert is irrigated with enough precious water to artificially sustain the growing of one-third of the nation’s fruits and vegetables, a $40 billion industry.

Think about it. A third of all produce in the United States is grown in a desert in a state that has almost no water left. That produce is trucked from the West Coast all over the country in fossil-fuel-consuming vehicles, thereby contributing to the very mechanism of climate change that is likely to be driving California’s historic drought.

“It is not a place that agriculture, at the scale and at the scope that exists now, should exist,” Redman explained.

The food journalist Mark Bittman, writing in The New York Times in 2012, summed up the dire situation in California’s Central Valley: “For the last century or so, we’ve been exploiting—almost without limitation—its water, mineral resources, land, air, people and animals.”

When water allocations from the federal government were cut, Central Valley farmers began drilling deep into the ground to pump water out of the state’s precious, ancient aquifer. Now, the pumping has gotten so out of control that water is being tapped faster than it can be replenished by rain or snowfall, leading to some parts of the land literally sinking. What’s worse, California’s farmers are irrigating their lands with water from a 20,000-year-old reserve, depleting and probably permanently damaging a reservoir that formed in the Pleistocene epoch.

Shockingly, until recently, California did not even regulate groundwater use, unlike states like Texas. Anyone could drill a well on their property and simply take as much water as they needed for their own use—a practice that dated back to the Gold Rush.

Then, last year, the state finally passed the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act, aimed at regulating water use from the aquifer and other ground resources. But the law is weak: It allows local water agencies to regulate and manage groundwater pumping but gives the state the power to step in only if local control is deemed deficient.

In the meantime, our prized water heritage is being used to water lettuce, alfalfa and cantaloupes. But we have to eat, don’t we?

That reality is what farmers are banking on, and it is often enough to shut down debate on agricultural water use—but the drought-ridden devil is in the details. In an article on California’s Central Valley, one investment publication gloats that agricultural production is an economic stabilizer “because people always need to eat” and lauds the multibillion-dollar profit potential of the region. In fact, the state’s rapidly disappearing water is flooding the investment portfolios of some of the nation’s wealthiest corporations by selling dairy products for export to China and growing commodity crops like almonds.

There is also the familiar appeal to jobs. Central Valley corporate interests have dotted Interstate 5, which runs up and down the length of the state, with signs that read: “No water equals no jobs.” That refrain is just another version of the coal industry’s mantra, “Stand up for American jobs,” in West Virginia.

In fact, many thousands of people have already lost their jobs as a result of the loss of water, and most of those have been poor farm workers. But the workers were exploited by big agribusiness to begin with, so the slogans referring to “lost jobs” really mean “lost profits.”

Many growers also grumble that rules enacted to protect the Delta smelt, an endangered species of fish, have diverted water away from farms.

But this crisis should not devolve into arguments pitting water against food, water against jobs, or even water against an endangered species. There’s only a little bit of water left to fight over, and the real question that gets lost in all the back-and-forth is: How do we live sustainably? After all, we need both food and water to survive.

What California and the nation needs is a long-term transition away from industrial agriculture toward sustainable local agriculture in which farmers grow and manage food only for those living within a small radius around them. The trend has already begun. Demand for locally grown foods is greater than ever as Americans realize the insanity of growing all our food in one small corner of the world and expending energy destructively to move it around. The idea of food as a profit-generating commodity is becoming obsolete, mostly because the planet cannot afford such a disconnected system.

Hand in hand with a renewable energy industry whose pillars are solar and wind power, a localized food system can help California transition away from unsustainably feeding much of the nation while generating green energy jobs to replace the lost farming jobs. The problem of the drought is inextricably linked to food production and climate change, so the solution must tackle these issues head on. There is no other way.

So let us stop blaming one another for the water crisis. As individuals, we absolutely should tear up our lawns, stop hosing down driveways, wash our cars less and so on, but we should do so knowing that that is only a tiny part of the answer. While it is crucial for us to conserve water in our personal lives, we need to fundamentally change the way the majority of California’s water is used.

As Famiglietti’s article warns us, we have only a year. Unless we take drastic steps toward transformation soon, we Californians may very well have to find a new home.
