Certain purported “sources” have been prognosticating this online for years, but this is the first time that our own insider circle has made such statements.
Enormous leaps forward are now being promised by Q Anon for this very month — July 2018. This is a very exciting moment.

In case you are unaware of this, Q Anon is a series of enigmatic posts on 4Chan, an anonymous internet forum, which began last October.
[UPDATE: It began on 4Chan and quickly migrated to the far less extreme 8Chan, thanks to dozens of comments. I only read the aggregator sites like qanon.pub. Got it….]
These posts are giving the blow-by-blow stages in an ongoing, official effort to expose and defeat the Deep State / Cabal / New World Order / Illuminati.
All of our very best intel has confirmed that Q Anon is the legitimate, public voice of the Alliance, kept anonymous for their own protection.
A recent article, linked below, indicated that Q has called out certain prominent public figures as Alliance supporters:
Among the figures who have been promoted by QAnon as heroes resisting the “deep state” include Blackwater founder Erik Prince, Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, Attorney General Jeff Sessions and former Mayor of New York City turned Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
The statements in the Q Anon briefings have aligned very nicely with our own intel, and added vast amounts of new, supporting data.
Though our insiders have indicated the US President is cooperating with this agenda, the Alliance’s effort is decades in the making and far bigger than any one administration.

Many people are divided about whether or not anything good is happening in the US executive branch at this time.
The good part is that with the incredible speed with which things are building, we won’t have long to find out what the results of these current, very provocative signposts will be.

What truth? How far will it go? Does this mean that the indictments will start to become unsealed?

This is a provocative clue. It may well be that the Alliance is preparing to declassify space technology in the near future as well.
IT GOT EVEN MORE EXCITING AS WE WERE WRITING (HEY, THAT RHYMES)
Just as we were writing this section, even more posts came up in real time.
We just found out that Mueller’s team the Inspector General’s team actually has 470 people working it, and is directly responsible for filing the 40,483 sealed indictments now on record as of June 30th, 2018.

Attorney General Sessions… also informed the chairmen that Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who is working with Huber, has a staff of 470 investigators, giving Huber access to enormous investigative firepower that far exceeds the staff of any special counsel.]
Even while Mueller appears to be going after the president, this is another clear insider “leak” that a far deeper agenda is at work.
Twitter user @damartin32 has been reporting on the efforts of a team of individuals who are systematically going through PACER.gov and looking for sealed indictments.
PACER stands for Public Access to Court Electronic Records. It is the definitive archive of court cases in America, sealed and unsealed.
The 40,483 indictments now on official record is a vastly, vastly higher number than the “norm” of 1,077 per year.
Please bear in mind that an indictment can only be filed after the conclusion of a grand jury, where a prosecutor questions witnesses in front of ordinary citizens.
Our intel has confirmed that many hundreds of secret grand juries and newly-hired attorneys have produced these indictments.

THE UNSEALING WILL NOT LEAD TO A VIOLENT CIVIL WAR
And in post number 1664, we just heard that the unsealing of the indictments will NOT result in a civil war.
Nor is the dumb media fear-mongering about North Korea continuing their weapons program correct.

EXCITING TIMES
After so many years of releasing inside intel about an international alliance working to defeat the New World Order / Illuminati / Cabal / Deep State, it is very gratifying to see the revolution now underway.
The revolution will not be televised, but thanks to the anonymity, scope and power of the internet, we can now make sense out of the many seemingly mysterious clues and signposts of this secret battle, and hear from the Alliance directly.
For many years I was almost a solitary voice of hope in a “conspiracy theory” crowd, with writers and video talents who typically acted as if the Deep State was all-powerful — giving it a nearly Godlike mystique of supernatural evil.
THERE WILL BE A CLUSTER OF VERY MAJOR EVENTS
The Alliance has discovered that their goal of defeating the Deep State has been far more complex, time-consuming and difficult than earlier battle plans had considered.
It is becoming obvious that a very large “drop” of contentious, world-changing information will occur at some point, now quite possibly before the end of this month.
This will likely be paired with dramatic and publicly visible actions, such as some form of the mass arrests we have been briefed about since 2009.
This is much different from insider chatter. There are literally forty thousand sealed criminal indictments ready to hit the scene.
It is hard to even imagine what names will be among those 40,000, and the things we will learn as it all becomes public.
Once this event sequence takes place, it will be up to us — this audience — to help everyone understand what is going on, and the positive nature of the steps that are being taken.
THE COSMIC IMPLICATIONS ARE VAST — AND SOUND LIKE SCI-FI
The Alliance is fighting to recover stolen funds, restore the devastated economy, end human trafficking, stop the real root cause of most terrorism, disclose the truth of the UFO presence, and release an incredible slate of “forbidden technologies.”
The “big picture” we have assembled from insiders such as Henry Deacon, Bob Dean, Clifford Stone, Pete Peterson, William Tompkins, Corey Goode and Emery Smith suggests that our own Earth humanity is already an interstellar species.

IT IS DIFFICULT TO ADJUST
The truth is admittedly difficult to adjust to. I have been interviewing and connecting with insiders with “Cosmic” clearance, directly or indirectly, since 1993.
Cosmic clearance is considered to be 35 levels of “Need to Know” above the President of the United States.
The Deep State is not only involved in mega-banks, media and corporations. They are the closed, elite society that has hoarded all of these cosmic advancements for themselves — even from our own elected governments.
Until and unless you have Cosmic clearance, you won’t even begin to understand what is really going on in the inside world. These various programs are highly compartmentalized.
I attended the Disclosure Project event in May, 2001, where 39 top insiders came forward as whistleblowers to reveal the truth of the UFO cover-up. I met the majority of all of these insiders during the course of a four-day trip.
Since that time I have had several others come forward and share intel with me on an exclusive basis.

THE MASS OPINION HAS CHANGED
A very elaborate and brutal psy-ops campaign has been in place ever since the Roswell Crash was awkwardly re-written as a “weather balloon” after an initial media juggernaut of truth about a crashed “flying disc.”
Anyone who is about 35 and up, and particularly those who are 50 and up, may still carry the scars of this “psychological operation” in their psyche.
It never ceases to surprise me how many people actually have their own UFO sighting story to share, once they find out I am a public figure who discusses the subject.
Again and again I find people in these older age ranges actually feel depressed about their sighting, rather than invigorated.
So strong was the “laughter curtain” that they often wished they never had the experience, as they did not want to become a “Saucer Freak.”
People 35 and under are almost completely immune from this sense of fear and ridicule, as they have grown up in a world of decentralized, on-demand media.
Similarly, the Pizzagate and Q Anon discussions have gained far more traction and credibility within this younger demographic as well.
THE BIGGEST LIE
So in case you are new to this, the reason why the global economy is so depressed is that money has been stolen from us on a truly outrageous scale.
There is clearly a tremendous amount of money missing. It obviously didn’t just vanish. It all had to go somewhere.
The amounts that have disappeared are vastly greater than any luxuries the “one percent” could possibly afford, such as houses, cars, jets and yachts.
It is literally enough money to build entire civilizations — as the Chinese have been doing with similar amounts.

A VAST, HIGH-TECH INFRASTRUCTURE — TOTALLY IN SECRET
Even the “trillions and trillions” that we are hearing may get re-introduced into the economy by the Alliance is only a small figure compared to the total amount of theft that has taken place.
Top insiders reveal that much of our money has been spent on developing a vast amount of high-tech infrastructure in underground and off-world bases, as well as the craft and facilities to make it all possible.
This is the Biggest Lie that seems so incomprehensible.
Even worse is the fact that the group responsible for this vast, super-high-tech secrecy is actively involved in the practice of what most sane individuals would call evil.
This is far more than just a vaguely-outlined belief system. It is a very complex religion with a host of different symbols that we are constantly being bombarded with.
THE BIBLE IS LOOKING MORE AND MORE ACCURATE
Sacred texts such as the Bible start to seem far more credible than most people have imagined once you truly understand what is actually going on.
Jesus caused quite a headache for the Roman Empire.
This same elite relocated to the islands of Great Britain to protect themselves from land invasion and become the elusive global menace that Jesus and St John the Divine’s prophecies had spoken of.
Most of Europe was under the control of the Deep State until recently. The same was true for other British protectorates (South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Canada) as well as the US.
Indeed, much of the “civilized Western world” was being held in a strangle-hold by this globalist elite cult.
This is the true realization of St. John the Divine’s prophecy of “the Great Beast of Revelations having dominion over the Earth.”
I don’t try to shove any religion down anyone’s throat. I do find it interesting to note the similarities between Bible prophecy and the true, hidden reality of today’s world.
WHAT ABOUT THE ANTICHRIST?
At my last conference I had a woman come up to me and nervously ask me if the “Antichrist” is coming, who it would be, and what we would need to do to oppose him / it.

Even back in the 1990s, I remember reading vintage UFO books such as the works of Timothy Good, where he reported that a sizable number of people in this “black ops” world wanted to tell the public the truth.
“Alien Contact” was the classic I read first — released in Great Britain in 1991 and in the US in 1993, right as my awakening began. It is still fantastic, essential reading.
The truth-seekers have consistently been overpowered and out-muscled by the elite group wishing to keep everything a secret.
The idea that “Everyone is In On It, All Government, Intelligence and Military is Bad” is really nothing more than a fairytale — ironically created by these same individuals.

HIDING IT OUT IN THE OPEN
To me, the most surprising aspect of the Cabal / Deep State / Illuminati is how blatantly and repeatedly they advertise their occult religious symbolism.
You see it everywhere — in movies, music videos, TV shows, video games, awards ceremonies and the like.
Once you understand the canon of symbols, such as the Masonic arch, the Masonic pillars, the Square and Compass, the All-Seeing Eye, the Templar / Maltese cross, pyramids, obelisks, number codes, pentagrams, “fallen angels” and so on, you will never look at “entertainment” the same way.
Typically once you start seeing these symbols appear in a movie, you will end up finding dozens of examples.

IT WILL TRIP YOU OUT
It is quite a psychedelic experience to “awaken” and realize that this has been “hiding out in the open” the entire time.

TWO EXAMPLES FOR REVIEW
Lately I have been going back and reviewing movies that were clearly provocative when I first saw them, and make a lot more sense now.
Part of this is due to the ongoing collapse of the film industry and the overall lack of interesting new titles to watch.
Two recent examples I went back to are “League of Extraordinary Gentlemen” or LXG, and the superhero film “Hancock.”
LXG is an amazing study with what we know now.
An extremely wealthy and powerful man calling himself M makes multiple references to Knight Templars and has images of them all over his study.
This is not the most provocative one, but is the only example easily available in an image search. If you watch the film, you will definitely see more.
M brings a group of vintage superheroes together against a villain called the Fantom, who is attacking and arming both sides of World War I in the late 1800s — before it ever started.
Symbols pop out everywhere. When we first see the Fantom, it is just his hand — holding a cane with a Templar skull on top, and wearing a Masonic seven-sided ring:
There is a dramatic opening scene where the Fantom breaks into a central bank with a tank, re-enacting the historic global theft of gold we outlined in Financial Tyranny — the secret purpose of both world wars.
The “big twist” is that the Fantom is M himself.
The superheroes were duped into supporting his “depopulation” agenda.
There was no Fantom except for M himself — carrying on the lineage of Templars and Masons.
M carefully collected samples of what made each of them “extraordinary” in the hopes of creating an army of supervillains.
Naturally, this film bombed at the box office, and demoralized Sean Connery enough that he never made another film.
HANCOCK
In Hancock, Will Smith is a drunk, violent and miserable “fallen angel” who has to go through a deep healing process to become a positive force for humanity again.
The “superhero as fallen angel” theme is one the Cabal has used extensively — becoming far more blatant in Batman Vs. Superman.
Charlize Theron ends up being Hancock’s surviving counterpart, an immortal who has also lived on earth for thousands of years.
UNBELIEVABLE IN THE POST-PIZZAGATE WORLD
Charlize’s husband is trying to launch a charitable business where corporations are asked to give away important products for free.
The symbol he created to show these businesses are “accepted,” which they will then “proudly” display on their products, is a heart within a heart.
In the post-Pizzagate world, this is now an undeniable reference to the Girl Lover pedo symbol.
This next image comes directly out of an unclassified FBI database:
It is particularly shocking that this 2007 movie ends with Hancock somehow painting this symbol onto the Moon, supposedly just to help his friend’s startup business.
Obviously if a super-being existed and were to actually have done this, it would be an extraordinary act of vandalism that he would immediately have to repair.
Even weirder is that the size and positioning of this heart symbol precisely matched images of Pluto that we weren’t “officially” allowed to see until New Horizons imaged it almost a decade later…. in 2015.
This may have been “seeded” into the movie to be discovered later, in an attempt to give people more of a sense of the power and significance of the “heart within a heart” symbol as an apparent positive.
It could be a coincidence that the Moon heart in Hancock matches the Pluto heart so well.
It could also be the result of inside intel from covert space missions that most of us have been kept in the dark about.
Pedos typically become very obsessed with their practices. It would make sense that they would want to envision a world where the Moon itself advertises their symbols to us every night.
OTHER ELEMENTS WORTH CONSIDERING
Multiple stars have said that pedophilia is the “Open Secret” in Hollywood that no one really wants to face — hence Amy Berg’s suppressed documentary of the same name, with some major celebrities in it.
Actors often get duped into taking these roles with events and symbolism that they are not aware of.
I feel Will Smith is a complete innocent in this case. It saddened me to discover this connection.
Since I have met both of his kids at the health food store, Jaden and Wilough, and spoke to them in depth, I want to make it clear that I do not think he willingly supported any of this.
LET’S GET SPECIFIC
In one scene of Hancock, Will’s character slaps Charlize’s blonde boy on his butt and says “If they tell you to turn the other cheek, don’t make it this one.”
This is funny, but with the symbols in place it becomes very creepy. It cleverly disses Christianity at the same time.
Earlier in the film he had slapped a woman’s butt in a clearly sexual way, on the same side.
In the special features, they brag about how Will Smith is so beloved he can “get away” with doing “just about anything” in a movie.
As they say this, they show the scene of him slapping the woman’s butt.
Strangely, Hancock’s ancient relationship with Charlize is cursed. They can never be together for very long or they will both lose their superpowers, become weak and die.
This really got me thinking. What in the world could this mean?
IT COULD REPRESENT A “CURSE” IN REAL LIFE, OVERSHADOWING AN INVOLVEMENT
Consider all the pedo symbols so prominently displayed in the film, including Child Lover spirals Hancock etched into the walls.
This curse could subconsciously represent how pedos can never spend much time with the children they “groom”.
Any involvement is doomed to fail from the start.
Yet an important part of their religion is that “magical power” is achieved from these interactions — just like in the movie.
They “hide out in the open” with so many examples like these. Prominent, multi-million-dollar films are often vehicles of propaganda.
This creates a schizoidal situation, where we are simultaneously bombarded with proof that they exist, while being aggressively ridiculed as “conspiracy theorists” if we identify it.
THINK OF IT AS ONE BANK
Another key area to remember, particularly if we end up seeing trillions of stolen dollars re-introduced into the economy, is the story of the “too big to fail” banks.
Dr. James Glattfelder et al. proved that a mere 147 corporations are secretly earning 80 percent of all the money to be made in the world.
The LIBOR and other scandals revealed that these megabanks only appear to be competing with each other.
They are actually rigging their own credit ratings to appear far more financially solvent than they really are.
A VAST PONZI SCHEME
“Too Big to Fail” banking is a truly vast, international Ponzi scheme.
The scam is so big that it makes Bernie Madoff look like the three-year old student of a backwoods Sunday school teacher.
Imagine that you have one single bank that created many divisions for the purpose of “divide and conquer.”
All the while, their apparent competition is a fraud — and the Cabal continues to profit regardless of which of its entities are doing the best.
Nonetheless, we are still forced to use these utilities in order to function in the world and get anything done.
Banking is undergoing sweeping and massive reform, after many lawsuits, but clearly more change and awareness is needed.
The extraordinary money flowing through this group allows them to continually finance propaganda disguised as expensive entertainment.
JUST USE LOGIC
A simple exercise of logic would reveal that many people in all different levels of power are not going to agree with a suicidal depopulation agenda.
The Cabal folks are notorious for committing acts of betrayal. In fact, Illuminati whistleblower Svali revealed that “Betrayal is the first rule of the Order.”
This is something that parents in the cult will say to their own children after putting them through horrific experiences.
YOU CANNOT FUNCTION
Think about what would happen if your computer ran on a similar principle.
The hard drive would betray the CPU, who was secretly plotting against the memory — and nothing would ever even function.
It is very, very important to realize that ANY form of mass exposure or awakening about what this group is doing is literally fatal for them.
The only exception would be if they had totally brought the world to its knees first, which they thankfully have not done.
Their “New World Order” plan only involved revealing their true identity after most of us had died, and the rest of us would literally starve without their direct, emergency aid.
They cannot afford to have their secrets openly and publicly exposed in today’s world — even as they keep exposing us to their religion through seemingly fictional works of “entertainment” and symbolic public events.
WHY DID “SOLO” REALLY FAIL?
As an example, I am convinced that the real reason the “Solo” Star Wars movie bombed so badly is because The Last Jedi was loaded with deeply disturbing, Luciferian themes.
So much for the light being good and the “dark side of the Force” being bad. Once George Lucas lost control, the same tired old “Illuminati” agenda soon emerged.
Now Luke Skywalker has become more “enlightened” by realizing that he must embrace the Dark Side and combine it with the light.
He conveys the same understanding to his female protege’, who is the hero of the film.
This is precisely what the Cabal’s religion actually teaches.
400 MILLION HAS BEEN RAISED TO “REMAKE THE LAST JEDI”
An astonishing fan-based uprising has occurred against this disaster of a film — the likes of which have never before been seen in the history of cinema.
Nearly 400 million dollars has been pledged by fans to re-make the Last Jedi film as of today, and strip out the Deep State content:
A hero is someone we can relate to, someone who faces obstacles and finds ways to either overcome them or cope and deal with them throughout their story.
The more relate-able a hero is to human nature, the more compelling the story, because people begin to see themselves in these heroes. This is imperative to storytelling, because if you don’t care about the characters, then you don’t care to see where their story goes.
When we decide to edit out the human element from within a story, then the story becomes no longer compelling.
This is why many of us tend to point at The Last Jedi as having a bad story. The characters have lost their relatability.
Hence, in moments when the audience should feel the most concern for these heroes, be in anticipation of what happens next, we feel disconnected and almost indifferent — and the movie fails to penetrate into the ethos of human nature (the basis for telling stories).
This website does not spell out the deeper issue — which is that the heroes are now embracing the Dark Side as being a good thing.
The pledged amount is now enough to make two and a half more Star Wars movies with the Hero’s Journey elements restored.
You would think any legitimate studio would be ecstatic about this, particularly in our current economy.
Even if only 25 percent of pledges actually followed through, that’s nearly their entire budget.
MINIMIZING: CLASSIC TRAIT OF NARCISSISTS

Then there’s the question of what fans actually want. The latest controversy facing Disney is a social-media campaign to remake “The Last Jedi.”
The effort is unlikely to succeed — either in raising enough money [WTF?] or securing Disney’s cooperation — but it has highlighted the disquiet among some of the fan base.
With such costly projects, having a core group of acolytes — the kind of people who see a movie several times in the theaters — is crucial.
Warner Bros.’ DC Comics film franchise, for instance, has struggled to build momentum. Poor reviews and controversial story lines for characters like Superman have hindered the movies.
THROWING GOOD MONEY AFTER BAD
How is the studio responding to this massive public uprising? The same article tells us exactly what they are going to do.
This Last Jedi director Rian Johnson — whose main achievement beforehand was the propaganda-loaded film Looper — is now being given THE NEXT TRILOGY of Star Wars films.

Earlier this year, Disney gave “The Last Jedi” director Rian Johnson the task of developing the next trilogy.
It also has commissioned “Game of Thrones” creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss with creating a separate series of “Star Wars” films.
WHY DID SOLO REALLY LOSE MONEY?
Do you think maybe, just maybe, the reason why people didn’t go see Solo was that they were embittered enough to pledge 400M to remake the previous film?
It is sad to see Alden Ehrenreich, the star of Solo, being blamed for why the movie failed so miserably.
The deeper truth is that the public is tired of toxic rapists and child molesters using entertainment as a vehicle for their occult propaganda.
It is interesting that as the earlier stages of the Hollywood pedo rings were being exposed, prior to #MeToo, both previous directors of Solo were fired from the project.
My guess is that the Ron Howard version that finally emerged had a lot less of this type of “illuminated” content in it than the original was intended to.
The #MeToo movement has created an irreversible tide of public awakening, and “show biz” is now in an ever-worsening state of terrifying financial collapse as a result.
NEGATIVE ELEMENTS
There are countless examples of classic movie franchises being rebooted with much more negative elements.
This includes the notorious “Batman Vs. Superman” fiasco, where both heroes are quite literally described as “fallen angels” capable of extreme violence against humanity.
Notice the hidden Masonic symbol burned into this next image from the movie.
The outer edge of both capes forms an upward triangle, the inner edge of both capes and the two heads form a downward triangle, and the integrated symbol is where the All-Seeing Eye would appear.
Notice the slight Photoshopping of dark diagonal lines in the clouds around the symbol to further delineate the main upward-pointing triangle:
Superman used to be a hero who would go to great lengths to save innocent human lives.
In the latest iterations, he is a dangerous “fallen angel” who cares very little about how many he kills as he has his power tantrums.
CHILDISH GAMBINO
In the immediate run-up to the Solo film, the black actor Donald Glover who played Lando Calrissian was simultaneously presented as “Childish Gambino” in the pop-rap music video “This is America.”
Bear in mind that the Black community had just gotten a great hero in the Alliance-made film Black Panther.
The new Star Wars film had the potential to get people to forget about Black Panther and fall in love with Lando.
This video currently purports to have had 286 million views on YouTube — which adds up to almost the entire population of America.
In this video, an initial shiny pop opener turns into a sinister and queasy-sounding rap groove as Glover gleefully dances around while blowing people’s brains out.
His first victim is a single, blindfolded person who is completely defenseless — the same musician who played the guitar part that opened up the song.
As he shoots the man, he adopts a highly racist “dancing minstrel” pose — one of many that appear throughout the video in his dance moves, based on the testimony of Black researchers cited below.
Later in the video, he mows down an entire group of Christian Gospel singers with a machine gun, right after they were kind enough to sing his chorus for him.
This is “behavior modeling” — intended to inspire others to do the same things by having a hero figure enact it for them.
The idea is to desensitize people to the point where this is all perfectly normal, and perhaps even seen as humorous.
HOW DID HE END UP PLAYING ALONG?
Donald was likely talked into all of this by having it presented to him as a statement about how violent and corrupt America has become.
Nonetheless, the Cabal folks are very clever at tricking people into serving their agenda, such as for “artistic expression.”
The Black writer Blue Telusma pointed out extremely racist elements that were worked into Glover’s performance in the video.
This included dramatic facial and bodily movements evoking the Jim Crow era of the “minstrel show,” such as the pose he strikes during his first shooting.
In the video, Glover’s pulling of this bizarre facial expression is a dramatic moment where all other action stops for a beat.
Glover seems to be looking at a TV monitor of himself outside of frame, to make sure he pulls the face exactly the right way:
This is highly racist. I would not include it here except for the fact that Blue is a Black journalist who identified this.
Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words. Blue created and posted the image herself, after highly studying the Jim Crow era. I do not want to stifle her voice.
She was very disturbed by this. The best way for her to get your attention is to post it here instead of just using a link.
What in the world is Disney doing adding these hyper-racist elements into a music video for one of the top stars of the new Star Wars film?
THE GRIM REAPER
Additionally, Blue points out how Glover dances with a group of youths while the Grim Reaper, dressed entirely in black, rides a white horse in the background — complete with a police escort.
Blue was deeply disturbed by this video, as I am sure most of its viewers were. The high view count was probably caused by multiple viewings of people in disbelief.
Blue specifically said she was “stunned silent” by it, and had to watch multiple times to take it all in — after which she suffered an emotional “hangover.”
THEY ARE TRYING TO INCITE A RACE WAR
Isn’t it strange that one of the top stars in the latest Star Wars film was featured in this deeply disturbing and violent rap video just before the movie’s release?
The Deep State is yearning for a “race war” to get us fighting against each other instead of realizing we have a common enemy.
White people might not catch all the racist references in this video. It obviously seems intended to create violent rage in blacks — to inspire revenge attacks against whites.
Gambino’s gunning-down of the gospel singers is apparently intended to invoke the Charleston shootings, where white supremacist Dylan Roof gunned down nine Black church members.
[UPDATE: I have two close friends who are Black and who are very disturbed by this video. Some commenters tried to say “whites don’t get it.” No matter what, this was an incredibly divisive move for Disney to have made.]
This deeply racist group is lashing out as they surf inevitably towards a total exposure and defeat — desperate to turn us against each other instead of realizing that we have a common enemy.
THANKFULLY IT IS NOT WORKING
As the Q Anon briefings have indicated, these pathetic attempts to manipulate the public are consistently falling flat.
It is very likely that we will never see any more of the “Illuminized” Star Wars sequels.
The franchise will likely succumb to the 400 million-dollar wishes of its fan base, as well as the noble efforts of the Alliance.
We can expect that a massive number of Hollywood executives will be frog-marched out of their studios as their indictments become unsealed.
The resulting public outcry will mean that these topics are no longer “conspiracy theories,” but established facts.

Yet, now we are drilling down with an exact time window of when “big stuff” will start to happen.

UPDATE TUESDAY III [MORE ON WED.]: “READY PLAYER ONE” LOADED WITH SYMBOLS
Elizabeth and I sat down tonight and watched Ready Player One on its debut night of release as a streaming film.
We couldn’t believe how many Cabal symbols were hidden into this film, particularly at the end.
The lead hero, after winning his quest and emerging from the van, comes out wearing a suit that clearly has an upside down pentagram / Baphomet image in it.
This image is from before the final scene, still in the van, where you can start to make it out. Notice the pairs of diagonal lines coming down from the shoulders:

Let’s not forget the “Besta Pizza” logo from the Pizzagate days, as I covered extensively in ENDGAME. Besta means “Beast” in Portuguese.
As the van doors open and the cops come after the bad guy with guns drawn, a woman in the scene has Masonic symbols all over her sleeves. Not weird at all:
In earlier scenes, we see an image of Satan next to an image of Saturn, next to another pentagram, again from the Rush album 2112 inside a bedroom.
The lead female has a port wine stain over her right eye, giving us the classic “Left Eye” symbolism so often used.
The final “Easter Egg” is hidden inside a room veritably loaded with Masonic arches as well as the compass symbols and intertwining serpents.
Yes, some of these images are borrowed from Mortal Kombat — and that’s just another example of Cabal symbols in a video game:
In the “Treasure Room” section of the special features, they brag about all the “thousands” of symbols they hid in the movie — in this case from pop culture.

BENJAMIN FULFORD: Financial war may escalate into massive EMP attacks as final showdown looms

The ongoing war over the control of the financial system, and thus control over the future of the planet, is reaching a dangerous crescendo, multiple sources agree. Most significantly, the U.S. military distracted world attention last week with a fake feud between U.S. President Donald Trump and his former consiglieri Steve Bannon while they used SpaceX to launch their secret Zuma satellite, Pentagon sources say.
This ElectroMagnetic Pulse (EMP) satellite was launched as the U.S. government’s January 31st payment deadline looms, and will be used against North Korea, the sources say. Since North Korea is a proxy and is really too analog to be affected by an EMP attack, this is clearly a veiled threat at the Swiss controllers who hollowed out the U.S. and built up China.
Please note that the Western secret government uses the movements of celestial bodies to time major geo-political events, and that January 31st is going to be the date of the first combination blue moon, supermoon, and lunar eclipse in 150 years.
Celestial events aside, the U.S. petrodollar system is in mortal danger these days now that major oil exporters Russia, Venezuela, and Iran are selling oil without going through the dollar system. U.S. agency attempts at regime change in Iran and Venezuela have failed so far; emboldening other major energy exporters like Qatar and Indonesia into thinking of bypassing the petrodollar as well.
Furthermore, Russia just doubled its oil export capacity to China on January 1st with a new pipeline.
Pakistan has also dealt a serious blow to the old system by announcing it will use Chinese yuan in trade, while expelling 1.4 million Afghans and inviting China to build a military base there. This means that heroin income from Afghanistan could be threatened. Since the petrodollar is more accurately described as the petro-narco-dollar, this also a big blow to the old system.
With this background, China is considering January 18th as the starting date for oil futures trading denominated in Chinese yuan and gold.
This is why Pentagon sources are talking about an EMP attack, while CIA sources are saying, as reported last week, that a back door is going to be used to “shut down the financial system.”
In this context, it is also worth noting that an Iranian oil tanker caught fire off the coast of Shanghai last week. Most likely this was most likely a veiled warning to the Chinese by the U.S. military-industrial complex to let them know they can still cut off much of China’s energy. In other words, they are telling the Chinese to back off from unilaterally replacing the old financial system until a final agreement is reached on the new.
Meanwhile, now that the top ranks of the Satan-worshipping Khazarian mafia in the U.S. have been decimated, the white hats are grabbing top European pedophiles and Khazarian mobsters and taking them to the U.S. military base on Diego Garcia Island, Pentagon sources say.
Julian Assange is now in U.S. military custody and has provided actionable information to U.S. military and agency white hats. For example, they are now using Navy Seals to track “at least seveN shipping containers to stop human trafficking,” Pentagon sources say.
In the campaign against the Khazarian human slavers, the second episode of the BBC mini-series “McMafia” showed Russian and Eastern European women being trafficked into Israel via Egypt, the sources note. Immediately after the show was broadcast, Egypt rounded up 75 people for human trafficking. Also, the Israeli criminal mastermind Moshe Harel was arrested last week for running a worldwide human organ trafficking network.

There is also a major attack going on against Khazarian hedge funds and their operators, the Pentagon sources note. They note that 10 Khazarians, including hedge fund Bridgewater Associates executive Bruce Steinberg, were “killed in a Costa Rican plane crash.” Former FBI chief James “Comey used to work for Bridgewater, but this may be a message to the shadow bankers and their investors,” they add.
“Attacks on hedge funds and Israeli dirty money continue as former Och Ziff executive Michael Cohen was indicted for fraud in Africa, and he is linked to sanctioned Israeli billionaire Dan Gertler,” the sources continue.
Meanwhile inside the U.S., President Donald Trump dissolved the voter fraud commission after its work resulted in over 10,000 sealed indictments that are now being acted upon, they say.
Hillary Clinton’s Uranium One, Clinton Foundation, and email scandals are being reported on in most major corporate propaganda media now that an official investigation has been formally announced by the FBI and the Justice Department. “After burning files and computers at her New York house, Hillary may be hanged for treason,” the Pentagon sources say.
In fact, Hillary and many others should be hanged for mass murder, and not just treason. If this investigation is real, it will lead to the underwater nuclear weapons that were used off the coast of Haiti to trigger a tsunami and earthquake there. That in turn will finally bring so-called mainstream attention to the Fukushima nuclear and tsunami mass murder attack on Japan. This will inevitably lead to the long-awaited purge of Japan’s slave politicians and their Khazarian puppet masters.
As we have long reported, the Fukushima attack on Japan was part of a plan by the Rothschilds and their hidden Swiss masters to move their Asian headquarters from Tokyo to North Korea. Then Prime Minister Naoto Kan has publicly stated that he was pushed to evacuate 40 million people from Tokyo to the Korean Peninsula in the wake of that “disaster.”
In a sign of just how deep the rabbit hole runs, a recently published Japanese book claims that World War 2 Japanese Emperor Hirohito was in fact a Field Marshall in the British Army. Here are scanned pages from the book claiming to show copies of British military cables that back their claim.
Members of the Rothschild family have told us in the past that the Japanese role in World War 2 was mainly to steal gold from Asia in order to ensure continued Khazarian control of the world financial system.
Meanwhile, a source claiming to represent “the good side of the Rothschild family” sent a diagram with the instruction “follow the white rabbit.” At the very top of this chart they claim that the Vatican and Catholicism are the key to understanding it all.
In any case, one Asian leader who is deeply in bed with the Khazarian mafia, Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, is already preparing to flee, according to CIA and MI6 sources in Asia.

Remember, Najib has been embroiled in a missing funds scandal involving Saudi Arabia and Goldman Sachs. He is also a key person of interest in the missing Malaysian Air Flights 370 and 17.
Najib is unlikely to find any real shelter in Saudi Arabia, though, because the regime there is no longer under the control of his former partners in crime, who have been purged. The U.S. military now de facto controls Saudi Arabia.
He could try to seek shelter in the Ukraine instead, but it is unlikely that the Khazarian criminal government there is viable for much longer, either. That is because most of the Eastern European countries it counted on to help it provoke Russia are moving away from the Khazarian fascist EU project. This can be seen in the rejection by 16 Eastern European countries of the plan to import millions of single young Muslim males. It can also be seen in their embrace of the Eastern-looking Eurasian one-belt, one-road infrastructure project.
In Germany, the former bastion of the EU project, nationalists are on the rise and demanding independence again after 70 years of occupation government. Angela Merkel, the most senior Khazarian bloodline person in power in the West, has been told to resign by the anti-bloodline Gnostic Illuminati. Remember, the regime that Merkel represents has mismanaged Germany so badly that the German birth rate has plummeted and the long-term survival of the German volk in and of itself is in danger.
Now that renditions of senior European Khazarians has begun, she will not be able to cling to power much longer. Many people have already vanished from EU headquarters in Brussels. People are also dropping off the radar in Italy and Switzerland.

Global tensions are rising visibly, as the petrodollar-funded U.S. corporate government faces a January 18th start of gold-backed yuan-denominated oil trading, even while its still-unfunded January 31st payment deadline looms.
One sign of this extreme tension came last week when “a missile from a cabal submarine was stopped from hitting Hawaii and the submarine was sunk,” Pentagon sources say. Media outlets around the world have reported that Hawaiian residents all received the following warning on their mobile phones: “BALLISTIC MISSILE THREAT INBOUND TO HAWAII, SEEK IMMEDIATE SHELTER, THIS IS NOT A DRILL,” but later this was reported to be a false alarm. It was not—it was an attempt by “the cabal” to blame the attack on North Korea and use it as a trigger for their long-desired World War III, CIA sources say.
The attack was followed by an increase in earthquakes and volcanic activity which “may be an attack on potential submarine bases in Chile, Peru, Papua, New Guinea, or underwater,” the Pentagon sources continue. However, it is clear that any “victory lap” would be highly premature. Both CIA sources in Asia as well as Rothschild family sources in the U.S. say that in March“is the beginning of the great financial unwind.”
The CIA source explained as follows: “The Dow Jones will most likely reach 30,000 by mid-March. This is the number needed to have totally drained all the remaining liquid assets of the people. An EVENT will occur, the plug will be pulled, and the collapse will be put in motion. There can be no doubt that the Clinton Foundation was guilty of mass embezzlement, especially concerning Haiti. This statement no doubt reflects widespread views among many Europeans and European Americans. This sort of view has festered in the background as a result of years of excessive political correctness that has stifled real debate about connections between things like race, ethnicity, crime, and social achievement. For example, it is a fact that crime rates are far higher in certain neighborhoods populated almost exclusively by African-Americans than in areas populated by European-Americans. To pretend this is not true, or to blame it on historical injustice is not going to solve the problem.

Furthermore, my African and African-American friends have reported that there is as much or more racism against them in Asia as they have ever experienced in European countries, so it would be over-simplifying to label this problem as “white supremacism.”
As Asian and Western countries negotiate a more inclusive world, the problem of Africa needs to be looked at honestly. Most likely, if the Africans were paid a fair price for their resources, they would, like the Saudis, experience extremely rapid development and modernization.
In any case, to reopen this debate in a more constructive manner, I would like to use the example of tomatoes. There are mini-tomatoes and giant tomatoes and orange-colored tomatoes, so clearly there are genetic differences. At the same time, if you take two genetically identical tomatoes and plant one in ideal conditions of sunlight, fertilizer, etc., you get a huge plant with hundreds of tomatoes on it. Take the same seed and put it in very poor conditions, and you get a stunted plant that produces a single tomato. So my view is that before people discuss genes and racism, they should make sure that each human on earth has an environment that allows them to flourish to the greatest extent possible.
In England in the past, there were prostitutes who bore many children from various fathers. These “bastards” would grow up in impoverished circumstances and become part of a self-perpetuating underclass of criminals and whores. In England, this underclass was largely abolished through many measures such as workhouses, bans on prostitution, etc. Perhaps Donald Trump, to avoid charges of racism, could ask hard-working middle-class African-Americans to deal in a similar manner with the similar ghetto underclass (many of whom are genetically 70% or more European in ancestry) that now is responsible for a disproportionate amount of crime in the U.S.
We realize we have opened a can of worms here with these preliminary ramblings, but sometimes putting a lid on controversial things will not lead to a solution, and this sort of debate has been stifled for too long.
In any case, getting back to the geopolitical situation, we can see our source in the U.S. military government calling out the UK, France, Germany, and Sweden as enemies. That makes us wonder exactly what friends they still have.
The answer may be provided by the U.S.’ closest friend and neighbor, Canada. Canada’s government has called a meeting of 20 or so countries in Vancouver this week to “discuss North Korea.” These include England, the U.S., France, Germany, India, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, and other countries that fought against North Korea, China, and Russia during the Korean War. Nonetheless, North Korea is just a cover story. The countries gathering are really talking about China and their imminent plans for a gold-backed currency to replace the Western U.S. dollar, Euro, and Japanese yen system.
Canada, unlike the U.S., has been very successful in getting people from all over the world and all sorts of ethnic/cultural/racial backgrounds to live and work together successfully and in harmony. It may well be that the real discussion in Vancouver this week will be about who or what will replace the soon-to-be-bankrupt corporate U.S. government and what their negotiation stance will be with Chinese and their allies.

Year 2017 will see much more presence of the Light on the surface of the planet than any of the previous years, as the presence of the non-physical Light particles from the Galactic Center has increased greatly. On the last day of 2016, there were many signs in the sky in the form of polar stratospheric clouds and other unusual cloud phenomena:

In the meantime, clearing of the Chimera Group continues. Recently, an infiltration of the Chimera Group within the rank of the Light Forces inside of this Solar system has been detected. The Chimera was even able to hijack one of the teleportation portals that was transporting captured Cabal members that were about to be taken to the Galactic Central Sun and these were siphoned off to a Chimera base in the Kuiper belt. This situation has already been resolved.
It has also been discovered that the Outer barrier / Tachyon membrane is to a certain degree permeable to plasma anomaly and under certain conditions negative plasma entities can cross that membrane through the tunnels of Set in both directions, in and out of the Solar system. Donald Trump, president elect of the shallow US state, will have his chain jerked by the deep state if he tries to prevent the final takedown of the Khazarian mafia, including war criminal Benyamin Netanyahu, Pentagon and agency sources say.
The takedown is now entering a mop up phase, Pentagon sources say. “The Cabal’s last stronghold, the vast underground base at Denver airport, was routed by a contingent of US, Russian and other troops, mopping up is in progress with more raids,” the sources say. In another operation “100,000 children and sex slaves were liberated from the underground bases of the Getty center in LA ,” they add.
The South of Chile was hit by an earthquake weapon last week to in order to “shake up the Nazi enclave in Bariloche and Patagonia in general,” they say.
The Khazarian stronghold of Israel is now also under unprecedented attack, as can be seen by the passing of a UN resolution condemning their illegal settlement building in the West Bank. The 14-0 UN vote, with the US abstaining, will lead to more UN resolutions aimed at forcing that rogue nation to agree to a two state solution to the Palestinian issue, many sources agree.
The murder of the Russian ambassador to Turkey and the downing of a Russian aircraft over the Black Sea by the Israelis has given Russia both moral authority and legal grounds to pursue UN sanctions against Israel and to mount a real global war on terror by going after ISIS/Mossad assets worldwide, the Pentagon sources say.
In an attempted counter-move, war criminal Netanyahu sent the head of Mossad to visit Donald Trump and got him to issue a statement saying he would have vetoed the anti-Israel resolution. However, with the Khazarian base in Denver being wiped out, the Khazarians no longer have the military ability to impose their will on the US government, the Pentagon sources note.
The remaining Khazarian agents in the CIA are bracing for massive purge by Trump of the Bush faction, CIA sources say. The reformed CIA will end all drone attacks and drug flights, and will focus on human intelligence (humint), as well as open source intelligence (osint), the sources say.
Friendless Israel is now expected to face an air/land/sea blockade and other actions to force that state to conform to international law, Pentagon and agency sources agree. The Khazarian regime in Saudi Arabia will also be forced to end its various barbaric practices, they say.
Extra security measures have been taken for Donald Trump with Russian mercenaries and special forces sent to disarm nuclear weapons in New York and near the White House, the Pentagon sources say. One nuclear weapon under Washington has already been dismantled, they add.
The Khazarians are also planning to counter attack by creating a major financial crisis, multiple sources, including from the Rothschild family, agree. The financial attack, which will accelerate rapidly in the New Year, has already begun with a major push to cause interest rates world-wide to rise to crippling levels. This is being done by means of a huge sell off in the bond market by the Khazarian mob families. The planned result will be to cripple indebted emerging nations’ economies and punish debt slaves in countries like the United States by forcing them to pay more for their card, car, house and other loans. The plan is to blame the engineered economic hardship on Trump, Rothschild family sources say.
However, there is a huge split within that family that will make this planned economic attack impossible to carry out.
On that front, we got word from Nathaniel Rothschild who says he has not been killed, as claimed by Pentagon sources, but has merely gone into hiding.
Here is what a source with access to Nathaniel had to say: “His family members are out to take away his position as the next head of the clan. They are not out to eliminate him, but need his signature on a specially prepared document only used by ‘the family’ that will annul his upcoming leadership ascension.”
The source also said “The battle continues within the family. They are losing control of the world’s financial system but will still remain in the club with China at the helm, via the Shanghai gold exchange… of which they are a main player”.
As far as the overall financial war was concerned, this is what the source, who is of Asian royal blood, had to say:

The same source said that “The intel regarding David Rockefeller [being dead] is correct. However, sources close to the Royal Family say the Queen is simply avoiding public appearances as a security precaution because they have received reports the Gnostic Illuminati are targeting her.
The other visible bloodline public figure being targeted by the Gnostic Illuminati is Adolf Hitler’s daughter and Rothschild family member Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany. The Illuminati say members of the German army and intelligence services are determined to remove her from power during the coming year. The recent fake German truck terrorist attack, and subsequent media campaign pinning the blame for that on Merkel, was just the first round of that campaign they say.
The year 2017 may also be time when the secret space program and ET folk get their long awaited disclosure. The following quote, from a source in the Antarctic base, requires more proof before I will believe it but, nonetheless here it is:

The time is rapidly approaching when events will move forward as expected. All the necessary arrangements seem to be in place, and await the final checks before the order is given to go ahead with Revaluation of the currencies. It has taken a lot of planning to reach this point plus the co-operation of the many, many people involved. Clearly the wait will have been well worthwhile and will be seen as the turning point when events have turned the way for those working for the Light. There is still confusion as to what is taking place and in part caused by those who are against the changes being introduced. In any event there will be winners and losers but the changes will fully benefit the whole population of Earth. All are to be given the opportunity to reach an acceptable standard of living, and eliminate the unfairness in the distribution of wealth.
Where the Will of God is concerned nothing can change the outcome regardless of any actions taken by the Illuminati. Their role in opposition to those of the Light has caused them to rise up and evolve much quicker than it would otherwise have occurred. It means that many more souls will have reached levels that entitle them to ascend. There is no choosing of such souls, and their success is entirely due to their own efforts to evolve out of the lower vibrations and into the Light. It is not a matter of becoming a total Light Being, but becoming of service to others for the greater part of your life. You can achieve it in so many ways and it is not necessarily confined to those who have a religious background. Equally you can serve others in many ways all according to their needs and it is not necessarily about money, but those who are very wealthy can do great things because of it.
In view of present world conditions some see major changes as impossible, but it should be stressed that those of the Light that guide Humanity are very powerful Beings. They can change the vibrations of Earth so that all weapons of war cannot operate. So peace can be enforced and from a karmic point of view will be seen as justice to reward those who have kept their Light shining forth regardless of the difficulties encountered. When war and the equipment for war become obsolescent , peace and happiness can soon return to Earth. So much more good work can be done when people feel safe and out of harms way.
One of the greatest lessons you can learn on Earth is “ forgiveness” which can be extremely hard when you may have been physically harmed. Retaliation is a natural response but if you are to avoid more karma it is best to walk away from such temptations. Bear in mind that if you do not immediately pay for sins committed whilst on Earth, you still have to face the consequences. It takes a strong willpower to keep calm in such circumstances but simply tell yourself that every negative action has to be made good at some time. The Biblical story of Jesus told of “turning the other cheek” and that is symbolic of how you should aim to be. Keep calm and walk away from the temptation to seek revenge.
Looking at things from the higher levels of “Love” sums up what you should all be concentrating upon. Those levels that face you are of more Light, and it is such that you can use this energy to perform miracles. Universal energy is the panacea for all ills and as you rise up it should be the principal feature in your life. It is the ultimate energy with which you can perform miracles. Even on Earth now it has resulted in some miraculous healing and that also includes self-healing. It seems so simple to apply such thinking, but particularly on Earth you are being bombarded by so many different energies it is sometimes difficult to keep focussed on “Love”.
The Light upon Earth is seeking out the darkness and filling it with the higher energy. Slowly but surely the changes are becoming significant and grounding the Light for all to enjoy. Eventually there will be no lower energies upon Earth at all, and the Golden Age will have truly have commenced. It will be your first experience of total peace upon Earth, and it will last until 1000 years have passed when lower energies will be allowed to mingle with it. By then you will have progressed beyond recognition as Beings of Light. So all the time and effort you put in to raise your vibrations will be well rewarded and certainly never regretted.
You will notice that Governments and their politics are under pressure to change, and the general movements are to move away from those who are warmongers. The people have had enough experience of all things associated with wars, and a strong desire for world peace is taking root. You still have your so called “hot spots” where there seems to be no sight of any way of bringing about peaceful solutions. These are for the working out of karma that needs to be cleared before true peace can be established. At the same time the power game is still being played out, but you will eventually see that events turn out to be most acceptable by keeping the drive for power over the people at bay.
Knowing that major changes are around the corner seems to hold people back, but the advice is to carry on as before and respond to the changes when they place. There is not any real gain by first waiting to see what happens, as in the long run all will benefit from them according to their needs. It may take a little time to get round to everyone but have no fear as no one will be missed out. Bear in mind that the assistance that is being given to you through your Galactic friends will continue, and so ensure that matters progress at all speed. As new inventions are also passed on to you, life will quickly take on a new look and allow you much more time to attend to your own needs. Be assured that all matters have been well covered by the plans that have already been made to ensure your quick advancement into the New Age.
Keep on your Path of Light and do not let anything distract you from your intentions. There are still groups that only have “self interest” in mind and would stop at nothing to advance at others expense. However, their success will be short lived and their efforts will ultimately lead to disappointment. They are already struggling to maintain their positions of power and sooner or later will be stopped in their tracks. The higher powers know all that is happening and there is no hiding place for them. They have much to account for and will learn their lessons as all souls have to when they stray from the Path of Light. By being present in duality all souls learn by experience, and see first-hand what happens when their vibrations are lowered and they have less contact with the Light.

Just about every major banker and finance minister in the world is meeting in Washington, D.C., this week, following two rushed, secretive meetings of the Federal Reserve and another instantaneous and rare meeting between the Fed Chair and the president of the United States. These and other emergency bank meetings around the world cause one to wonder what is going down. Let’s start with a bullet list of the week’s big-bank events:
The Federal Reserve Board of Governors just held an “expedited special meeting” on Monday in closed-door session.
The White House made an immediate announcement that the president was going to meet with Fed Chair Janet Yellen right after Monday’s special meeting and that Vice President Biden would be joining them.
The Federal Reserve very shortly posted an announcement of another expedited closed-door meeting for Tuesday for the specific purpose of “bank supervision.”
A G-20 meeting of finance ministers and central-bank heads starts in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, too, and continues through Wednesday.
Then on Thursday the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund meet in Washington.
The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta just revised US GDP growth for the first quarter to the precipice of recession at 0.1%.
US banks are expected this coming week to report their worst quarter financially since the start of the Great Recession.
The press stated that the German government will sue the European Central Bank if it launches a more aggressive and populist form of quantitative easing, often called “helicopter money.”
The European Union’s new “bail-in” procedures for failing banks were employed for the first time with Austrian bank Heta Asset Resolution AG.
Italy’s minister of finance called an emergency meeting of Italian bankers to engage “last resort” measures for dealing with 360-billion euros of bad loans in banks that have only 50 billion in capital.
President Obama’s meeting with Fed Chair Yellen
It is rare for presidents to meet with the chair of the Federal Reserve. The last time President Obama met with Janet Yellen was in November of 2014, a year and a half ago. It is even more rare for the vice president of the United States to join them. In fact, I’ve heard but haven’t verified that it has never happened in a suddenly called meeting with the Fed before.
For security reasons, the president and vice president don’t regularly attend the same events. There are, of course, many planning sessions or emergency meetings where they do get together, but not with the head of the Federal Reserve. Emergency meetings where the VP is included in the planning session would include situations related to dire national security in case the VP winds up having to take over.
(George Bush and Dick Cheney were exceptional to the point that everyone commented on how often the VP was included in meetings with the president, but I always figured that was because George Bush couldn’t think and speak without Cheney acting as the ventriloquist.)
In fact the meeting with the prez and vice prez is so rare that the White House is bending over backwards to assure the entire nation that the president is not meeting with Yellen to try to influence the Fed, which is required to act independently of politics (so they say).
According to the White House, President Obama is meeting with the Fed chair and Biden to discuss the nation’s “longer-term economic outlook,” even though Yellen just told the entire nation that the economy was strong and had arrived nearly back at “full health.” The president says they will be “comparing notes.” Do their notes about the nation’s outlook disagree?
White House spokesman Josh Earnest said both Obama and Yellen are focused on ways to expand economic opportunities for the U.S. middle class. He called the meeting an opportunity for the two to “trade notes” while emphasizing that Yellen makes decisions about monetary policy independently. (SFGate)
Either such meetings are, indeed, extremely rare, or the White House doth protest to much because they spent more time emphasize what the president was not going to do than what he was going to do in assuring us he will not try to influence Yellen.
“The president has been pleased with the way that she has fulfilled what is a critically important job,” Earnest said. He added that Obama has “the utmost respect for the independent nature of her role.”
Earnest also said that, “even in a confidential setting” Obama would not “have a conversation that would undermine” the Fed’s ability to make “critical financial decisions independently.”
If such meetings with the Fed are so rare they require careful explanation, why the sudden call of the meeting, oddly timed between two specially called, emergency meetings of the Fed — or, at least, “expedited” meetings of the Fed. It can’t just be that the president wants to plan what he will be saying at this week’s G-20 conference, if he’s to speak there. That kind of planning would happen in advance because one knows the conference is coming. One striking peculiarity of the presidents meeting with the Fed is that it appeared to have been called immediately after the Fed announced Monday’s “expedited” meeting of the Board of Governors.
We are in an election cycle, and I already speculated in my last article that, with the anti-establishment, Fed-hating candidates, Sanders and Trump doing so well in their bids for the presidency we could be sure the Administration would be doing all it can along with the Fed to put some accelerant on this economy and forestall the recession that I believe we have already begun.
A recession would prove Trump and Sander right in their statements about a coming recession or the failed actions of the Fed and Wall Street to bring true recovery. So, the Fed and the President have every reason to work together to make sure such an announcement never happens. That could be what “comparing notes” on the economy’s future means — how do we assure the economy doesn’t fall apart in the next few months before the election since we have that common interest?
That would explanation why the White House is saying, in advance of any accusations, that the president isn’t trying to influence the Fed. They want to get ahead of the story. Of course, it could just be that they recognize such rare meetings will lead to the kind of speculation I’m now doing.
Tuesday’s specially called meeting of the Board of Governors under “expedited procedures”
Here is the announcement the Fed posted at the end of last week for Monday’s meeting (italics mine):

Effective April 11, 2016, the meeting was closed to public observation by Order of the Board of Governors 1 because the matters fall under exemption(s) 9(A)(i) of the Government in the Sunshine Act (5 U.S.C. Section 552b(c)), and it was determined that the public interest did not require opening the meeting.
One day later, the Fed put out an announcement of another special meeting to be held on Tuesday, after the suddenly scheduled meeting with the president:

O.K. Two expedited, closed meetings in a row with a meeting with the president and vice president in between that is so rare it required special White House defense as to what would not be happening in the meeting.
The first meeting was to talk about setting interest rates, which the FOMC will be meeting to consider again later this month, having just postponed their scheduled increase in March. The second meeting is more interesting. If you have served on board or worked with boards that go into closed session, you know they always use the most generic terminology possible when announcing the meeting for sharing in minutes what happened in the meeting.
The fact that it is a bank supervisory matter makes it sound like a particular concern, not a discussion about supervisory policy. Something is the matter somewhere that requires an immediate meeting right after another immediate meeting … behind closed doors. That something regards bank supervision. Board hold closed meetings when they have to talk about specific institutions or individuals with details that they don’t want to go public. This all comes very close to sounding like some bank somewhere is in trouble, and the trouble is big enough to call a special meeting of the very august board of governors right after they just had a special meeting, and if you know these kinds of guys, they don’t like wasting their time in excessive meetings.
Naturally, I am as curious as you probably are about why so many last-minute meetings behind closed doors and with the president and vice president at a time when all central bank heads will be meeting with finance ministers in Washington, D.C. So, I cast about for some possible related stories as to what could be the matter, and I found several very hot ones going on this same week.
The recession that has already begun — Atlanta Fed revises US GDP down AGAIN!
The president’s meeting with the Fed and the Fed’s meetings with the Fed were all called right after the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank revised the revisions of its previous revisements to say the US economy now looks like it will report in for the first quarter at 0.1% growth.
It seems I cannot write fast enough to keep up with the Federal Reserve’s downward revisions of anticipated GDP growth for the first quarter of 2016. No sooner did I click “publish” on my last article where I noted they have just revised their estimates of GDP down to a 0.4% annualized growth rate than I read an article stating they had revised it again down to 0.1%!
Isn’t this where I said this quarter was going? That is within a rounding error of going negative and is less their margin of error for their data. It was only back in February that the Fed anticipated a cruising speed of 2% growth for GDP in the first quarter. They have revised that number down every week.
Of course, the fact that the Fed and the President called an unscheduled, closed-door meetings to include the VP does not mean there is any connection between the events, and I certainly am not concluding even for myself that there is something dire happening here … but stay with me. There is more to perk the ears.
US banks expected to report worst quarter financially since start of the Great Recession
That’s no small potatoes for a coincidence in timing. What if the numbers to be reported are even worse than has been anticipated, and the Fed is seeing bank trouble in some of those numbers and the President has received advanced information about some of those numbers. All speculation on my part, of course. What isn’t speculation on my part is that Wall Street is already predicting that this week’s quarterly bank reports are going to look something like the start of the Great Recession.
Analysts say it has been the worst start to the year since the financial crisis in 2007-2008 and expect poor first-quarter results when reporting begins this week…. Analysts forecast a 20 percent decline on average in earnings from the six biggest U.S. banks, according to Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S data. Some banks, including Goldman Sachs Group Inc (GS.N), are expected to report the worst results in over ten years. (Reuters)
Whoa! That means, for Goldman, even worse than any time just prior to or during the Great Recession. When you consider how bad the last decade has been, being worse than that is pretty bad. Moreover, the timing is considered unusually nasty:
This spells trouble for the financial sector more broadly, since banks typically generate at least a third of their annual revenue during the first three months of the year…. Bank executives have already warned investors to expect major declines…. Citigroup Inc (C.N) CFO John Gerspach said to expect trading revenue more broadly to drop 15 percent versus the first quarter of last year. JPMorgan Chase & Co’s (JPM.N) Daniel Pinto said to expect a 25 percent decline in investment banking. Several bank executives have warned about declining quality of energy sector loans.
“The first quarter is going to be ugly and we don’t think that necessarily gets recovered in the back half of the year,” said Jerry Braakman, chief investment officer of First American Trust, which owns shares of Citigroup, JPMorgan, Wells Fargo and Goldman. “There are a lot of challenges ahead.”
Yes, one of the biggest areas of bank troubles comes from defaults in the energy sector that I have been saying will play a major role in birthing this banking crisis. (Translate that primarily oil and gas.)
BofA’s Michael Contopoulos warned last week, it may be the worst default cycle in history with “cumulative losses over the length of the entire cycle could be worse than we’ve ever seen before.”
Over the weekend, the FT got the memo with a report that … said that “the global bond default rate by companies is running at its highest since 2009 with the US accounting for the vast majority, according to rating agency Standard & Poor’s. A further four defaults this week, with three coming from the troubled oil and gas sector, pushed the overall tally to 40 with a little over a quarter of 2016 done.” (Zero Hedge)
According to the Wall Street Journal, these defaults are from “massive energy loans that most investors didn’t even know about until recently.” Recovery of these bad debts is falling extremely fast.
The growth of the high-yield bond market allowed drillers to take on far more debt than in past booms, leaving them more vulnerable to default. The emergence of shale technology allowed companies to expand reserves and the loans backed by those properties. Some of those loans may now be underwater. (Bloomberg)
You can thank the Fed’s zero-interest policy for that easy credit bubble.
Is anyone starting to feel a little financial crisis deja vù? Last time it was declining housing-sector loans. This time, as I’ve been saying for the last few months we would soon see, it’s declining energy-sector loans. Looks like that is ready to materialize.
In code words, Wells Fargo tells us that their trench-worthy report has not even begun to fully write down the bad debts or move into foreclosures that would cause write-downs: (That is, at least, what I read in public bankerspeak.)
John Shrewsberry, Wells Fargo’s chief financial officer, said on a January call with analysts. “We were working with each customer to help them work through this. It doesn’t do us any good to accelerate an issue, or to end up as the holder of a number of oil leases as a bank.”
This week and next is the big-bank reporting season. So, we should know right away if this is the next leg down in the Epocalypse, but you will probably have some coded language to look through. Something as big as this would certainly merit a flash meeting with the president and vice president, multiple meetings of the board of directors, and a G-20 financial summit in Washington along with meetings with the IMF and World Bank.
Not saying that’s what it is. Just sniffing out the kinds of stories that could be related to all these meetings, some planned earlier, others suddenly and somewhat secretively called.
Austrian bank failure echoes Great Depression
Five and a half years ago, I wrote an article here that mentioned how the Great Depression took its second and deepest plunge in 1931 because of the failure of a private Austrian bank named Credit Anstalt.
In May 1931, a Viennese bank named Credit-Anstalt failed. Founded by the famous Rothschild banking family in 1855, Credit-Anstalt was one of the most important financial institutions of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and its failure came as a shock because it was considered impregnable…. The fall of Credit-Anstalt—and the dominoes it helped topple across Continental Europe and the confidence it shredded as far away as the U.S.—wasn’t just the failure of a bank: It was a failure of civilization.
Now, as I’ve been writing about the start of what I believe will be the the second and worst dip of the Great Recession, another Austrian bank is crumbling.
Austria created Heta Asset Resolution AG when it nationalized all the bad loans of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank International five years ago to rescue the bank and depositors by creating a “bad bank” to contain the problems. It went down something like this:
Hypo Alpe-Adria bank, when it was still owned by the small Austrian state of Carinthia, was a cesspool of corruption. It involved bankers, politicians, and powerbrokers in Austria and the Balkans. It was the perfect union of money and power. Investigators found 160 instances of suspected fraud….
Six of the bank’s former executives have been convicted of crimes.
“I’m not aware of a criminal case bigger than this one,” explained Christian Böhler, whose forensics team started investigating the bank in 2011. “It was a mix of greed, criminal energy, and utter chaos.” (Wolf Street)
Hypo’s troubles began, much as Credit Anstalt’s had before it, when it was required to adjust its books to reflect the true value of its collateral assets after the value of real estate in southeastern Europe collapsed. Everything fell apart upon the realization of how little it was actually worth.
Austria’s central bank governor Ewald Nowotny and his task force recommended that Hypo’s toxic assets of €17.8 billion should be put into a “bad bank.” But to stop the drag on public finances, the federal government should not guarantee Hypo’s bonds. At the time, Austrian taxpayers had already plowed €4.8 billion into Hypo to bail out these bondholders.
He then explained on TV to incredulous Austrians that this deal would nudge the budget deficit over the 3% limit set by the Maastricht Treaty and push the government’s debt from 74.4% of GDP to 80% of GDP. This one rotten, state-owned bank in Carinthia was causing this much damage to the country’s finances!
The government, at that point, set a one-year moratorium on all payments to the “bad bank’s” bondholders.
After burning through 5.5 billion euros of taxpayer money to no avail and discovering a 7.6-billion-euro hole in its balance sheet still remained to be filled, Finance Minister Hans Joerg Schelling ended support in March 2015. Surprise, surprise, the bad bank created by the government to put a fence around all the bad debts of the original bad bank became nothing but a black hole of debt, swallowing all money poured into it with nothing to show for the effort. That didn’t stop Schelling from claiming the nationalized bank was in good health in order to put a good face on things as leaders are inclined to do when dealing with really bad stuff in order to protect the public from a scare.
Yesterday, under the first application of Europe’s new forced “bail in” procedures, Austria ordered a haircut to the banks bondholders. Sighs. This is apparently what happens if your money is still locked up in a bank with “good health.”
It does, indeed, sound a tad bit like Credit Anstalt. Now the moratorium is up, and it’s time to start dishing out the bad news to the bondholders under Europe’s new rules:
Austria officially became the first European country to use a new law under the framework imposed by Bank the European Recovery and Resolution Directive to share losses of a failed bank with senior creditors as it slashed the value of debt owed by Heta Asset Resolution AG.
The highlights from the announcement…
a 100% bail-in for all subordinated liabilities,
a 53.98% bail-in, resulting in a 46.02% quota, for all eligible preferential liabilities,
the cancellation of all interest payments from 01.03.2015, when HETA was placed into resolution pursuant to BaSAG,
as well as a harmonisation of the maturities of all eligible liabilities to 31.12.2023. ((SuperStation95)
This is some much-needed relief from how things used to work:
Throughout the Financial Crisis, and since, there has been one rule: bank bondholders will always be bailed out at the expense of everyone else. The sanctity of bank bonds reigned supreme, no matter what government and central banks had to do to keep it that way. Bank bonds weren’t allowed to be judged by the capital markets. They were simply untouchable. Underpaid and overtaxed workers would have to bail out bank bondholders when these recklessly managed banks collapsed.
That was the rule in the US when the Fed, and to a lesser extent the federal government, bailed out the banks. And that was the rule during the debt crisis in Europe. (Wolf Street cont.)
Europe’s new rules were intended to make sure that depositors did not take all the loss and that tax payers don’t absorb all the loss. Heta, because it was a government created “bad bank,” apparently does not have depositors, as it was the creditors who were pooled into the “bad bank” who take the hit. The preferred creditors at the Austrian bank have been told they will have to take a 54% haircut, meaning the bonds they have purchased will recover forty-six cents on the euro.
The big-money (preferred) creditors of the bank, however, don’t like the new rules. They complained and are still holding out for ninety-two cents on the euro. That doesn’t bode well for anything being left for the smaller guys, whose money will, in the very least, be kept in a lockbox for seven years because payouts to the non-Majors don’t wind up until 2023. Major bond-holders demanding a smaller hit include Pimco, Commerzbank and the already deeply troubled Deutsche Bank. (Anybody see how things can quickly move down the line like dominoes when you consider the size of some of the worried creditors who are complaining that the hit will be too hard for them?)
The “subordinated liabilities,” as I understand the complex breakdown (for which I have been unable to find any clear definitions) appears to include bondholders who took a second position to the “preferred liabilities” in getting their money back and third-party investors in the bank. It also appears to include the partners in the bank. If so, then this is exactly how bank failures should happen. The investors are slated to lose 100% of their money first, allowing for the smaller loss by the bond holders.
It is the investors who elect the board that governs the bank and who fill the board positions and who make the decisions of who will be CEO; so, of course, they should lose all of their money before anyone else does. Creditors (bond holders) should be next, as they are often large institutions like PIMCO that have more than enough capacity to investigate risk before investing. Depositors should always be last, as most of them have no capacity whatsoever to investigate the real risk of banks and nowhere near enough money to put into a bank to make it worth a real investigation of risk. They are acting in trust … and particularly in trust that government regulators are doing their job.
Too bad the United States doesn’t operate this way!
What kind of spinoff can the settlement of Heta have to other institutions? Well, last month, the Association of German Banks had to bail out a small bank called Duesseldorfer Hypothekenbank AG because its hit as a creditor of Heta would have killed it. Though Duesseldorfer is a small bank, it was apparently deemed too big to fail because, once again, government bailouts went to the rescue.
Given that such an agreement happened on Sunday afternoon, and that central banks and regulatory bodies usually talk with other national bodies that may be affected, I have to wonder if the thought of how Europe might react on Monday had anything to do with Monday’s sudden meetings of the Fed.
Italian banks on final crash-landing approach
As if all that were not bad enough for the start of a week in banking news, Italy’s minister of finance called an emergency meeting over the past weekend of Italian bankers to engage “last resort” measures for dealing with 360-billion euros of bad loans in banks that have only 50 billion in capital.
Finance minister Pier Carlo Padoan has called a meeting in Rome on Monday with executives from Italy’s largest financial institutions to agree final details of a “last resort” bailout plan.
Yet on the eve of that gathering, concerns remain as to whether the plan will be sufficient to ringfence the weakest of Italy’s large banks….
Italian bank shares have lost almost half their value so far this year amid investor worries over a €360bn pile of non-performing loans — equivalent to about a fifth of GDP. (Contra Corner)
Could that have had anything to do with the flurry of bank meetings in the US. I have no idea, but I do have to wonder, with so much smoke everywhere in the banking industry, is there a fire we need to know about? You can be sure, we’ll be the last to know, and any announcement of what’s really going down will hit like Bear Sterns or Lehman Brothers. One day, all the central bankers are talking like things are fine. The next day a major vertebrae is knocked out of the nation’s financial spine.
Or maybe presidents and central bankers are just making sure things generally hold together through the election cycle. Such a bad-news week for banks around the world certainly doesn’t sound like all is well as our smiling central bankers, president and V.P, say it is. I don’t know any top secrets to reveal, but the smoke is killing me.
