How powerful would the world be if this Gratitude and Appreciation were practiced every day of the year?
The power of Gratitude has been studied by scientists, who found that Gratitude is the key to more health and happiness in life. After all…
Gratitude is the Attitude that takes you into your heart.
During the Holidays, people often come into the spirit of Joy and Appreciation more than other times of the year. Others are challenged by their history as well as their current circumstances that make the holidays more difficult. Below are some suggestions to uplift your holidays.
Even though it may seem that your challenges are insurmountable, your willingness to give thanks lifts the frequencies and provides a container for new life to bloom within you.
As difficult as it may be to hear, all that you are experiencing now is a Divine Gift. Your body is the vehicle your soul has chosen to live on the Earth for the lessons you came to learn. Your appreciation creates an empowering link to your Soul’s Purpose and allows you to share your gifts in a greater way.
Because there is so much Divine Light flooding the Earth right now, new awareness is opening your mind and expanding your ability to live in harmony with your dreams. Give thanks for this and your perceptions will be empowered and expansive. Remember what you love and appreciate will expand. This expansion opens the doors to new opportunities.
When you express Gratitude, you create an energy field of Light around your body
that empowers your daily life and magnetizes your requirements into your physical world.
Here is an opportunity to use Light Fields of Gratitude for the creation of change in your life.
- Give thanks for the new perspectives opening in your mind even before you see them and more creativity and clarity is the result.
- Give thanks for the healing taking place in your body before you see it and massive flows of endorphins flood your being to promote a greater healing.
- Give thanks that you are attracting your Soul’s Community of friends and companions to share your life path.
- Give thanks for the Beauty of Nature and spend time enjoying it.
- Give thanks for the prosperity entering your life knowing that Spirit is equal to every demand when you are grateful for what you have and ask for what you want.
- Give thanks as you light a candle and spend an extra five minutes breathing Light through your body to create connection to your God Source.
You can be one of those who lives with greater freedom and joy when you remember to appreciate all you have now as you give thanks for the more joy-filled life you are creating in the process. And so it is.

Dear Ones,
It is nearly Thanksgiving in the U.S. marking the official beginning of the holiday season. Know that in this unique time of the year there is an awakening in you of the spirit of Gratitude. It is the true essence of Thanksgiving. When you can immerse yourself in the flow of pure Gratitude, it catalyzes new abundance in every area of your life. Gratitude can provide an energetic containment field for your heart to open into.
It is a true gift for yourself when you live in Gratitude. The power of giving thanks can help to lift you above the appearance of disharmony so that a new life emerges within you opening doors to amazing possibilities you never imagined. Your deepest dreams are being awakened now and your heart is being offered an opportunity to create manifestation of these Soul’s longings. When you open to these desires that have the potential to fulfill you in massive ways, an energy begins to work in you that you have never experienced.
You are unlocking of the gateway to a new dimension with thanksgiving as the key.
The creation of new attitudes of thanksgiving in your life attracts powerful streams of light-filled energy to bless all that is honored in this way. When a blessing of thanksgiving is made in any moment, it confers Divine energy upon the person who sends it, as well as the situation being blessed. In challenging times it may seem difficult to find something to feel grateful for. In spite of this, one way to create a positive change in your life is to give thanks for what you have now. You can even give thanks in advance for what you want to create. This allows a shift in your perceptions so that you begin to attract new beneficial energy into your life.
Gratitude is an attitude that can profoundly change your consciousness. When you live your life in thanksgiving, it can affect your being at a biological level, training your mind and body to live in a higher state of health and well-being.
When you find nothing else, you can give thanks for just being alive so your soul will evolve. It is a gift to be in a human body and your body is a miraculous instrument. Consider the fact that you have a heart within you that needs no conscious assistance on your part to continue beating. Remember that you don’t have to tell your digestive system to do its work.
All of these body parts are functioning in a wondrous Divine plan of perfection. When you turn your attention to these systems within your body, when you begin to give thanks for the incredible processes that continue 24 hours a day within you, they will function at a higher level. Your focus of attention with gratitude and blessings will bring more light and strength into your vital organs. For extra energy, consider filling these organs with a healing color such as pink or green, which brightens them with Divine Light. For fun you can then imagine a smile on a body part such as your liver or your heart. This will not only bless your organs, it will lighten your mind.
Your Body and Science
Dr. Emoto in Japan proved that beautiful crystalline structures were created when words of Peace and Love were placed on a glass filled with water. Imagine what grateful thoughts and words of kindness can do to your body with its high percentage of water content. Science has also proven that the cells of the body can become healthier when one has thoughts and beliefs that are positive. The subconscious mind hears all the words you say to yourself and interprets them as truth.
Athletes have used creative visualization as a powerful asset in their respective sports. Studies have shown that the mind makes very little differentiation between the act of physical practice and the mental visualization of a highly trained athlete. It is extremely valuable to remember this and apply it to your own bodies. The act of giving thanks for your wondrous, healthy, strong and flexible body can lead it to respond in positive ways that assist in creating new healthier cells. Your body contains a Divine Blueprint of perfection that can be called forward into present day experience. It begins with giving thanks for your body right now, just the way it is, and adding the ideas of what you would like to create within you.
When you give thanks for your mind that is clear and serene, for a brain that functions with balance and precision, and especially when you give thanks for the Divine Light continually empowering your thinking processes, there is a positive response within you. Your gratitude will bless your mind and allow it to function at a higher level of vibration. These simple acts not only change your mind, they inspire your emotions to respond with delight. Imagine the idea of delight, and the thought of this, sometimes less than familiar feeling, will spark a new level of inspiration in your being. Your imagination is an influential tool of empowerment, and it can be used for ill or for the good in your life.
Gratitude is the Attitude that will take you into your Heart
Consider the idea that your thoughts are like prayers reaching out into the Universal flow of life. When you use your thoughts consciously, they become prayers that shift your perspective so you can see a greater picture of what is actually going on in your life. Prayers of gratitude are very powerful, and stimulate an increased flow of spiritual energy into every situation. This force can create miraculous change for good in your life. It may take a little effort to find something to be grateful for when you are feeling down, but prayers of thanksgiving can help create a beautiful shift in your mind when you do so.
It is vitally important for your future to nurture compassion for yourself, the mistakes you made as you were learning about life, and forgiveness for the person you were in the past. Be grateful for all that you have learned and all that you are. This act is a good beginning for a peace filled and happy future. You can open new doors for tomorrow with your grateful thoughts today.
No matter how it feels, you are never alone. You are here on earth to remember your connection to the Spiritual Presence in your life. You are meant to live a happy, abundant life with deep fulfillment. In order to do this, it is necessary to step out of the challenges life presents and into the flow of God’s love, which will bring you more creative solutions. There is one place where you can always go to feel the power of Divine Love, and that is in your heart.
It does not matter if you see nothing in your life for which to feel grateful, just the act of giving thanks opens a door in your heart that allows Divine Love in.
Here are some possibilities for prayers that may help you to lift your thoughts and connect your heart to the essence of Gratitude. You can choose one or more that resonate with you and use them as a spiritual practice for the day. Masters suggest 21 days of a practice to create a new habit within your brain.

I AM grateful for the Beauty and Power of the living Earth that sustains all life and blesses all who are fortunate to live in this beautiful world. I give thanks that all beings are awakening to these gifts.Thank you for this day. Help me to see the blessings in my life, and learn the lessons given to me to learn. Show me what I need to know in order to grow into a more kind and loving human being, and take care of my responsibilities with Grace and Ease. Help me to share the gifts you have given me in a way that adds more value to the world.
Thank you for helping me move with great Clarity and Certainty. Thank you for inspiring my heart centered action in every area of my life.
I AM grateful for physical, mental and emotional Health and Well-Being. I recognize Wellness as my most empowered attribute and it blesses every area of my life.
Thank you for abundant demonstrations in my bank account and the financial ability to save, spend and support others. I AM grateful that my work fulfills me on all levels.
Thank you for my mind that is inspired and creative. Thank you for helping me to be open to new ideas that can bring good into my life. Mike Quinsey’s Higher Self Message November 29, 2019
By now you should be becoming aware of the changing pattern of the New Age energies, they are pushing ahead more quickly than any previous time. No matter how much people hang on to their old ways the onward movement for change is becoming well established. People are aware that their freedom has been controlled and curtailed to such a degree that they are unable to fully follow their own desires. Perhaps the most important aspect will be considered as freedom of speech that is essential for a growing movement that desires to freely express its opinions. Rest assured that we on our side of the veil are giving you every encouragement to press for the changes that will help propel you along your chosen path. The time for real change has arrived and they cannot be turned back and that particularly applies to Mother Earth whose actions are already felt.
Your future is one that has always been envisaged and is why you are preparing for Ascension. There is an opportunity for every soul to progress, and none shall be able to say that they missed out as you all have freewill. On our side we ensure that everyone is given every opportunity to evolve, but by the same token we do not pressurize people to do so. Every conceivable bit of information that you may seek will be found somewhere on your computer, even if it takes a number of links to find it. Progress individually obviously depends on how much you take on with each incarnation and know that it is never allowed to be more than you are capable of handling. There is no reason to take on more than you can manage as no one is set target dates to evolve by.
We know it is difficult to follow events when there is so much going on around you, but focus on what is important to you as your future is at stake. By now you should have some idea of what you need to do to make progress and stick to it without being put off your selected path. Think big because in reality you are as you are quite capable of reaching whatever goal you set yourselves, but obviously be realistic and your chances of success will then be greatly improved. At the other end of your journey many reunions await you from those souls who know you and have had incarnations with you. Strong friendships remain in spite of the passing of time and many are family ties with whom you may have spent many lives together.
The important thing to remember is that as soon as you return to the higher realms most of your own memories will be restored. At present many have little or no memory of their earlier incarnations, yet they still have a bearing on your present life. You may carry forward traits of character and skills from one life to another where it serves your need for certain experiences, and helps you fulfil your life plan. Understand that no experiences are forced upon you, even including those that are for karmic reasons. There are times when you accept that certain experiences are necessary for your evolution, you may not otherwise wish to experience. Understanding yourself helps you accept that other souls are also like you and also have a life plan that was accepted before incarnation. Such experiences are to lift you up and often to atone for previous mistakes. We must however emphasise that they are in no way a form of punishment.
There is no shame in making mistakes that are simply best called errors of judgement. After all life on Earth is somewhat like being at school again where once you have learnt your lessons you should never need to have the same experiences again. There is a lot more to you than you imagine but with your memory deliberately dimmed you are largely unaware of it, but when appropriate you may have a recall. You come into life with a genetic plan that is passed on from your parents who in the first instance are normally chosen by you. You have almost certainly at one time or another come across whole families that follow similar life patterns. It means that their children will be inclined to follow in their footsteps. From this you should realise that great care is taken to select your potential parents, so treat them with love and caring as they in turn have accepted you.
Your Earth is moving in a spiral motion through Space and as it does is moving through an area where the vibrations are increasingly higher. It means that it no longer supports the lower vibrations and is causing much consternation amongst the beings at that level. Slowly but surely the dark Ones are increasingly losing their power and ability to greatly affect your future. The Light is growing increasingly more powerful and is bringing forwards a peaceful period upon Earth. It will take some years before you fully experience them or are aware of such changes, but its influence is already being felt. Your real home is not on Earth and the Human Race represents many different types of beings who upon Ascension will return to their own home.
You have a saying that “crime does not pay” and when you understand that each soul’s life is reviewed as soon as they return to the higher dimensions. The truth cannot be covered up and it may be difficult to accept, but you cannot lie when you are asked questions about your motives for actions taken. In other words there is no getting away with any that are negative in nature, or harm another soul in whatever way. So you can see that a true assessment of your life takes place and some harmful actions will have to be accounted for and seen for what they were really intended. It is the intent behind any actions that is determined so that karma if necessary can be appropriate to those taken. The system is absolutely fair and helps you evolve by identifying what further experiences you need. Realise also that incidents are fully accounted for and if need be there is what you may call “an action replay”.
Enjoy life and do not let matters around you bring you down as the most important thing is to keep your vibrations as high as possible. Negative feelings can bring them down and rage and bad tempers are an absolute disaster and soul destroying if allowed to go unchecked. We realise that on Earth it is normal for souls to show and express their feelings, but a more controlled response is necessary, but it will take you time to avoid the usual outcome. The bonus of being in full control of your feelings is that you will always be at peace with yourself instead of becoming involved in arguments. Also, if people around you are creating a problem, bear in mind that you can surround them with the peaceful Violet Flame of St. Germain. Your presence will normally have a calming affect anyway, but sometimes more is needed. There is also the Green Ray that is recognised as having a calming effect and in your “mind’s eye” you should visualize each soul with an aura of that colour.
I leave you with love and blessings, and may the Light brighten your days and path to completion. This message comes through my Higher Self, my God Self, and every soul has the same internal connection with God.

I’m so glad to connect with you during this *Season of Light, Gratitude & Giving*! I wanted to extend my deepest gratitude for you, my Community. Without you to read or listen to what I share, I’d just be creating in a vacuum, which is no fun. It’s because of you that my words or concepts have LIFE! I believe we are having an *energetic exchange* when we connect and I always want it to be stimulating, enlightening, uplifting & reassuring in this crazy, transitional time in Earth’s Story. We’re all in this together!
We need each other’s perspectives & support as we navigate truly new territory on grander scales than our little human mind can actually process in its entirety. We have to break it into pieces to figure it all out sometimes. I love sharing the day-to-day energies that we have to navigate with and I really love supporting you as an individual. I think if we get our individual selves together, then the globe will be okay. My life’s work is dedicated to supporting our wholeness so that we are more effective teammates in other realms.
I feel privileged to witness your individual evolutions and many of you have traveled with me since 1999 – which makes 2019 our 20-year anniversary (OMG!) and ironically, brings another evolution for me too. In 1999, I started Cosmic Switchboard, then in 2007, I created Karmic Tools and now I am knee-deep in developing Kelly M Beard herself (and her service to the world). It would seem that I went from connecting with cohorts to creating tools for us to play with to finding my SoulSelf, my true purpose and finally, a sense of wholeness within that makes me a better instrument for good in the world.
I am so grateful to have all of you in my corner and many of you have held my hand too, through the intensity of individual transformation that we all have to do. And I really love & appreciate you for that. Thank you for being part of my ever-expanding Circle of dedicated students of Life, lightworkers & wayshowers on the Path, and master teachers sharing their Wisdom along the way. This is the last time we will have 10 GAP days (Galactic Activation Portal Days) in a row, or a large portal of GAP days, until July 2020. This 10 day portal starts on Ahau, the 9th day of Eb, which is connected to the Sun, and on the 2nd Lord of the Night, which is connected to Neptune. The portal closes on Dec 14, also on 2nd Lord of the Night.
**The reason I speak about GAP days is because they are connected to rhythms, cycles and patterns where vortexes are open and more Cosmic light comes in.. more light that comes in from the central sun in connection to our physical sun & Solar activity. The frequency of the planet increases during GAP days, and synchronicity speed up. Everything is synchronized perfectly in Divine Order. When we know these days/times & the natural timing frequencies, we are more synchronized with the Planet, the Planetary Lightbody, the elements, the collective, the galaxy, and the Cosmos.
10 GAP days: December 5th- December 14th
Bringing in back to back Solar activity throughout December.
Not the last “portal” because we have new moon & full moon portals all the time & other GAP days throughout the year that are usually separate (52 GAP days in 13 moons of 28 days each) When I talk of portals, I am not speaking of numbers/dates or the 12 month calender dates, I am speaking of GAP days along with the Maya calender… in order to describe the timing, I have to use dates related to the 12 month calender system…other wise no one would know what Im talking about (I use different systems together in my own way)
We do start Caban 8- which is linked to the planet Uranus, Feb 20 2020- the 2222 (I talked about this in older/past videos) it is the beginning of a new energy & earth synchronization with Uranus. Caban means Earth and earthquake…or earthquakes of knowledge/wisdom. The force within the Earth in connection to Humanity & the Human body, the creative intelligence and the resonance within Earth. Caban 8 is like a new year with Maya calender, just happens to fall on 22 22, builder numbers. The same day, 2/20/2020, Pluto moves to 24 degrees Capricorn… while Saturn is at the last few degrees of Capricorn (Saturn will be entering Aquarius in mid-late March 2020)
Our signs & synchronicities are the physical manifestation of the subconscious impressions from our conscious mind & Higher Self/Higher Mind…its an interaction with ourselves, Divine intelligence, Elemental Kingdom, Planetary Body, enviorment, group consciousness, etc…
Every experience is a reflection or result of our consciousness individually & collectively. Opposing forces will always be a part of the Earthly experience, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to experience one from another. We have the choice to decide where we place our attention, how we respond and what we choose to create/manifest.
I was shown, that long before we have any physical Eclipse whether it be solar or lunar, the spiritual body & subtle body of the entity is eclipsed first. This happens weeks prior to a physical eclipse. So I was shown the Sun’s spiritual body/subtle body being eclipsed.. almost like its happening in higher dimensions first before it manifests here in the physical, in this density & in linear time. This happening right before the 10 day portal opening December 5th. We we’ll see a lot of changes with the magnetic field of the sun because of this subtle body eclipse.. possibly creating back-to-back solar storms. Over time more of the collective will be aware of these shifts in energy, astral currents, cosmic waves, solar activity, etc.. because they will physically or clairaudiently be able to hear the distinct difference between planetary energies, cosmic energy, solar activity. So more will know/hear/feel these shifts long before they manifest in the physical. I have been using hypnotherapy & reprogramming as a tool for somewhat blocking clairaudience and it has been working. When clairaudience is fully opened 24/7, (not just hearing pitches/tones every so often, but always hearing energy,) it can be very overwhelming… and there are ways to adjust it.
It is important to trust how you feel. Not how something looks or appears to be. If you know something just does not feel aligned for your highest good or good of others, listen to that knowing & pull your energy back. Emapths are like the Sun, a bright light & heart that shines and is felt by all unconsciously. When your light/energy field shines bright people will be drawn to you.. physically, mentally, emotionally, subconsciously drawn to your Light. Remaining judgement free & detached allows you to be aware while not being affected energetically. Once balanced, Empaths are the most powerful, yet feel no need to exert their power.

Elohim of the 8th order of light wish to speak with you now. For the moment in the human history is approaching which shall transform the way of the universe, which shall transform all that has been into all that is. Which shall bring with it the equivalence of signified momentum of triangular degree of consciousness (Christ Consciousness) and benevolence.
The intricate dance and design of your vehicles of time and space, is changing rapidity for you now and nothing shall come to harm, for nothing shall stand in the way of enlightenment and return to pureness of Being. For all is unfolding as it should, for all is god’s will and god’s glory, for all shall see the light of day and the light of the new dawn, for all shall see the magnificence of all that indeed you are, for indeed you are magnificent in all your light and your glory, for indeed you are a particle of God.
For indeed you bring with you the eternal creation, the eternal benevolence, and might, for indeed you are, for you are that which is, and it is you who has come to create, who has come to change, who has come to uplift, who has come to bring back that which has been lost eons into the past, it is you who has volunteered to carry the light and hold the light for all who have forgotten who they are. It is you, it has always been you, whom you are longing to find, longing to be with and longing to untie with, for all of you are ONE, one with the creator, one with all that is, and in this day and age you are finally realizing that it so, you are uniting with your innate star of truth, and shining your light bright. Shine your light as bright as you can with all your might and glory that is within you, carry said light into the masses and you shall see the reward of such actions, for when all that you touch turns to light, it is then through the encounters with those who are still only beginning to remember their innate light, only beginning to feel their innate light, that you shall receive the answers to that which you seek.
