Progress in Advanced Technologies ~ by Cobra | The Portal

November 29, 2014

It appears that the surface population is not handling free energy technology development easily. One of the main blocking factors is greed and insincerity of inventors, investors and other people in the overunity technologies creation process.

Anyway, we are hoping this project will soon bring tangible results:
Otherwise, Dragon groups are still searching for sincere inventors without any personal agenda that have a working overunity prototype which can be immediately put into mass production and does NOT require additional funding. Those inventors can contact us at cobraresistance@gmail.com .
It is more likely that overunity technologies will be released at the Event, or the release might come gradually even before that through government channels of the BRICS nations, especially India, China or Russia. These countries are working intensively on decoupling the global financial system from the petrodollar and thus effectively decreasing global control of the US negative military/Chimera on free energy technologies:
Dragon sources are suggesting that in addition to overunity technologies we temporarily shift our focus into other advanced technologies that do not trigger so many personality issues. Some of those technologies have been released already:
There was a lot of progress in development of laser healing technologies. In addition to Mandala Sphere laser healing system, Mandala Scan can evaluate the state of our physical and energy bodies whereas Mandala Light Space is an advanced biofeedback system that can teach us how to reach higher states of consciousness. You can read more about those exciting new technologies here:

There was also some progress in Pleiadian Tachyon technologies.

You can read about the Pleiadian Stargate here:
And about other Tachyon technologies here:

My Matrix collections: a backgrounder by Jon Rappoport

The Matrix, the Matrix Reloaded, and The Matrix Revolution are on tonight.  I’ve only seen the first one when it was in the theaters..so its been a long time, although the concepts found in that movie seem to permeate the blogosphere, conspiracy theory and spiritual communities, all of which overlap a good deal. So its not surprise that Jon Rapport decided to post a link yesterday to his Matrix collections, for those unfamiliar with the concepts and analogies. Synchronicity, if you ask me. Seems to be a good time to refresh… If you are able to access the collections, great! IF not, join the rest of us who follow his blog ~PB

My Matrix collections: a backgrounder

There are 3 collections. They all take on the nuts and bolts of consensus reality, which is to say, invented reality.

Not only on political, economic, and social levels, but on the level of the mind.

We live in a limited spectrum of perception. The actual arc is much greater than we experience.

Even more important, the vast majority of human beings live in a small corner of their creative potential.

And of course, that potential includes the capacity to invent new realities. On a vast scale.

When this subject is approached, the usual response is to make reference to some time-honored tradition and pretend it covers and explains everything.

This is not the case.

What history shows is a highly individual thread I call The Tradition of Imagination.

It is open. It does not teach content or substance or doctrine of any kind. It reminds us that imagination/creative force is the key to another level of life.

Not what imagination has already invented, but what it can invent now. In the hands of each unique individual.

That power.

I invite you to read about these 3 collections at NoMoreFakeNews.com.

A comment on spiritual community and anger, by Jeff Brown

Well-said, Jeff! Complacency is not an option. There’s too much at stake. We are on the verge of shifting this paradigm, but it’s going to take group effort and a bit of fire for us to persevere! ~PB

A comment on spiritual community and anger, by Jeff Brown

JEFF BROWN: “I am not sure where we got the idea that spirituality must be softy toffee gentle and never include anger. This feels like a perversion of real spirituality to me, yet another recipe for repression, denial and destruction. This is not to say that all anger is good anger- my spirituality doesn’t include unhealthy anger, attacks on innocents, arbitrary judgments, passive aggression. But it does includes healthy anger, justified anger, transformational anger, spiritual activism. In fact, I am certain that we will not create the world of divine possibility that many spiritualists long for unless we get angry about the injustices that many of us face. There is needless conflict, and there is healthy conflict. The distinction lies in its intentionality. It’s time to raise healthy anger to the rafters of acceptability in the spiritual community. If you feel that a consciousness model is doing damage to humanity, get angry about it. If you feel that a guru is abusing his authority, get angry about it. If you feel that spiritual materialism is out of control, get angry about it. There is nothing evolved about repressed expression.”

First Quarter Moon Phase: step out of comfort zone

Moon in Pisces

Ruling Mahavidya: Shodashi (Goddess Who Fulfills Highest Desire)

Skill: contemplate inner fulfillment and then listen

Negative Imprint: uncompromising, risky action without planning, obsession, exhaustion, obscured vision

Positive Imprint: new responses, deep release, standing up for self and others, solution-focused, protection, pre-planning, aiming

We shift out of the challenging energetics of the Crescent Moon phase and into the forward movement of the First Quarter Moon phase.  This changes things up quite a bit.

One thing that happens Saturday (via Mercury square Neptune) is a wave of energy that pivots our mindset to see many new things.  Deep levels of spiritual knowledge and understanding open to us.  “Deep” is one of the keywords for this lunar month, along with “homecoming.”  Saturday’s energy can take us deeply into the connection between mind, heart, and body – deeply into our “scalar selves” – to access whatever provides the feeling of home.

In other words, the question of inner fulfillment is primary today.  What would inner fulfillment look/feel like to you?

Collectively, we’ve almost deleted the notion of inner fulfillment, for various reasons.  But the mission Saturday is to see life beyond the battle we’ve had with control forces because the primary battle has already been waged and won.  It took place between the Aries and Libra lunar months this year.  It ended with the convergence into one timeline, courtesy of higher spiritual forces (the Mahavidyas among them) in collaboration with individual humans linked together in shared mindset.  What’s left to do now is take care of the details.  And when we can see or envision life this way, we begin to create it.

A blueprint is needed, and our desire – our notion of fulfillment – which underlies Saturday’s energy, drives us toward whatever provides us inner fulfillment.  It’s a time of instruction by Spirit, and the lesson is delivered mostly through auditory or written means.  So the things we hear – things in conversation, things overheard, things we read, things in the background, things in our hearts – have patterns.  If we are in a receptive mode, we get the message.  It sounds crazy, but it is really the process of engaging the collective waking dream.  Our hearts are already in a certain resonance with inner fulfillment, so they naturally seeks out that which will reinforce it.  Meaning forms within the random.

So, as you can see, Saturday’s energy is deep.  “Deep” works best when it comes out lightly.  As much as possible, take a light-hearted approach to whatever is deeply resonating for you.  The process of engaging the collective waking dream should be fulfilling.  Fulfilled translates to happy, to fun, to whole, to centered, to bliss, to heaven.

Sunday’s energy is more about us focusing our intention and attention based on the insights and teaching that comes to us Saturday.  Compositions are made Sunday.  Things come together or are brought together or are pieced together to see a much bigger perspective.  We take a step up in consciousness on Sunday.

The step up in consciousness ultimately adds to this lunar month’s theme of “retired army veterans gather to awaken old memories.”  People of like-mind and like-spirit continue to come together and begin to understand their plans with each other.  People who have been together for a while see their roles in new ways.  A spiritual homecoming is underway across the world.  As the new world emerges, so do new opportunities.  It may require trust or a leap of faith in the fact that a new world is emerging to see this as truth.

It’s a deliciously complex convergence of energies this weekend, energies as rare as deep earth minerals.  Go deep and listen for inner fulfillment.  Ask the Wisdom Goddess Shodashi, who directs us toward what is in our highest and best interests, to enlighten.

Thank you for supporting the Oracle Report.  Blessings to all!

This will have a positive effect on the geopolitical situation in the region. Our meditation has been a significant contributing factor to this victory. In the future, we will direct our meditative focus to key points around the planet and nip tensions in the bud before they develop. Those events may be announced just before they happen so fast response will be required.

We were successful, Victory of the Light is near!”

The 12 Biggest Myths About Stretching | Greatest.com

The 12 Biggest Myths About Stretching | Greatest.com

Used to getting loose and limber before going on a run? It may be time to think twice about reaching for those toes. There’s a good chance we’re stretching out the wrong way or for the wrong reasons. It’s time to debunk the biggest stretching myths, so we can bend, flex, and stretch— the right way.

Stretching the Truth

1. Myth: Stretching prevents injury. Researchers are finding that stretching won’t necessarily prevent sitting out on the sidelines . Injury is due to many factors, including poor technique, muscle imbalances, and not warming up properly. The upside: Greatist expert and trainer Kelvin Gary says the risk can be minimized by stretching regularly as part of a warm-up and cool down.

Truth: Injuries are complicated, but stretching may be one way to keep them at bay.

2. Myth: Stretching nixes soreness. Aches from yesterday’s CrossFit W.O.D. might not fade with a few good stretches . In a study of over 2,000 adults, stretching before and after exercising didn’t stop those pesky post-workout aches and pains . (Fun fact: Feeling sore comes from micro tears in muscles, and stretching is not effective in preventing these tears and subsequent soreness, Gary notes.)

Truth: Soreness can strike any athlete, regardless of their stretching regime.

3. Myth: Stretching a few days a week is plenty. We may not want to hit the gym seven days a week, but according to Greatist expert and triathlon coach Andrew Kalley, consistent stretching is key to increasing flexibility, range of motion, and potentially reducing the risk of muscle strain.

Truth: Stretching consistently is the best way to reap its benefits.

4. Myth: Static stretching should come first. Stretching before a workout when the body is at rest can be harmful, since muscles may actually tighten up in the process. But static stretching after exercise is typically beneficial, helping the muscles to relax, Gary says.

Truth: Go static after working out— not before.

5. Myth: A bit of light cardio is the perfect warm-up. A quick jog isn’t all you need before hitting the weights, the courts, or the ‘mill. Dynamic stretching (think: walking lunges, running butt kicks, and power skips) in addition to some light cardio will warm up muscles and prep the body for a safe and effective workout, Kalley and Gary advise.

Truth: A proper warm-up should include dynamic stretching, too.

6. Myth: Stretching won’t help performance. Dynamic stretching involves movements that jump-start range of motion, making them a great warm-up solution. And like the name suggests, studies show these moves may even help power-up those muscles .

Truth:
Dynamic stretching might give muscles an extra power boost.

7. Myth: It’s OK to jet out after a workout. To get the most out of a workout, don’t forget to stretch at the finish line. Kalley recommends static stretching before hitting the locker room to relax those heated muscles. Try foam rolling post-workout/pre-stretching to really get those knots out.

Truth: Foam rolling and stretching are important post-exercise to-dos.

8. Myth: Stretch extra long on race day. Don’t take those race day jitters out on cold muscles. Researchers have found that static stretching before sprints could both harm muscles and prevent athletes from reaching their A-game potential .

Truth: When it comes to stretching, treat race days like any other training day.

9. Myth: Stretching one muscle group will only relieve strain in that area. Sore in one spot? The source may be another muscle group altogether . One example: Lower back pain isn’t necessarily from forgetting to stretch that back— the culprit could be tight hip flexors. (Sneaky, right?)

Truth: Everything’s connected. Stretch one area, and another might benefit, too.

10. Myth: A five-minute warm-up should cut it. There’s no way we can squeeze in all those Frankensteins and hit the elliptical in five minutes flat. A proper warm-up often involves foam rolling, dynamic and active stretching, and then light cardio, Gary says, so don’t skimp out on warming up properly.

Truth: When it comes to warming up, take 10 (at least!).

11. Myth: All individuals need the same amount of stretching. Working long hours at a desk can lead to seriously stiff muscles. So cube-dwellers, remember those muscles might need a little extra attention before and after working out.

Truth: Workaholics may need to stretch more than others.

12. Myth: I’m already flexible, so there’s no need to stretch. Not necessarily. According to Gary, dynamic stretching and warming up are still important for everyone in order to increase blood flow to muscles. And remember, skimping out on stretching might also decrease flexibility over time.

Truth: Stick to stretching, even once flexibility goals are achieved.

Which workout myths should we debunk next? Tell us in the comment section below!

Doing, Being, and Forgiveness ~ By Eckhart Tolle

Doing, Being, and Forgiveness ~ By Eckhart Tolle

Do what you have to do. In the meantime, accept what is. Since mind and resistance are synonymous, acceptance immediately frees you from mind dominance and thus reconnects you with Being. As a result, the usual ego motivations for “doing” — fear, greed, control, defending or feeding the false sense of self — will cease to operate. An intelligence much greater than the mind is now in charge, and so a different quality of consciousness will flow into your doing.

“Accept whatever comes to you woven in the pattern of your destiny, for what could more aptly fit your needs?” This was written two thousand years ago by Marcus Aurelius, one of those exceedingly rare humans who possessed worldly power as well as wisdom.

It seems that most people need to experience a great deal of suffering before they will relinquish resistance and accept — before they will forgive. As soon as they do, one of the greatest miracles happens: the awakening of Being-consciousness through what appears as evil, the transmutation of suffering into inner peace. The ultimate effect of all the evil and suffering in the world is that it will force humans into realizing who they are beyond name and form. Thus, what we perceive as evil from our limited perspective is actually part of the higher good that has no opposite. This, however, does not become true for you except through forgiveness. Until that happens, evil has not been redeemed and therefore remains evil.

Through forgiveness, which essentially means recognizing the insubstantiality of the past and allowing the present moment to be as it is, the miracle of transformation happens not only within but also without. A silent space of intense presence arises both in you and around you. Whoever or whatever enters that field of consciousness will be affected by it, sometimes visibly and immediately, sometimes at deeper levels with visible changes appearing at a later time. You dissolve discord, heal pain, dispel unconsciousness — without doing anything — simply by being and holding that frequency of intense presence.

On Sensitivity to the Influx of New Energies…

On Sensitivity to the Influx of New Energies…
by Phoenix Boulay on November 28, 2014
my comment in this thread: http://2012portal.blogspot.com/2014/11/time-sensitive-make-this-viral.html

Everyone has different sensitivities…I tend to feel energetic things early (like full Moon energy, transits, even CMEs). Just because you don’t feel it does not negate that it is occurring. Similarly, there is nothing WRONG with NOT feeling it. It doesn’t make either party “right” it makes us different, and that is perfectly OK.

I really noticed a huge surge of energy on the 22nd, as forecast..it was much more than just the New Moon energies…it was like being bathed in a sea of love. I noticed that it allowed me to open my heart and thus draw and connect new clients and previous clients who came back to me for healing and relief. A loving feeling of mutual support. Win-win. Those are feelings to remember and cultivate when they seem absent. I loved how I felt on the 22nd and in the days following, how it seemed to open my heart, my life and my connections. I made new friends, and people from my past surfaced. I am trying to open myself to that feeling more.

But I don’t always feel everything people talk about. There is no wrong. Hold the intention to allow the energies to transform you for your highest good. The love is always present, we just don’t always tune into it. No one is coming to rescue you from your “dark cave” of illusion. YOU must step out of it -your comfort zone- and step into the Light, even if that makes you feel vulnerable…love does that. But as Love resonates more Love, you will find there is nothing to fear, and you will draw in people and experiences to reflect your new view. Hold the intention “I am always in the right place at the right time.” and you will be able to walk through fire, unscathed. This I know.

And don’t forget, when we meditate many dark things surface for release from the unconscious mind. This can be thoughtforms or nightmares, etc….do not give them attention. Observe and release. Focus on your dreams, not your fears, and always remember that you are not alone, we are all in this together. We are shifting a paradigm. We are doing a good job! Never give up. ❤ Much love ❤

Gratitude ~ a message from Harold W. Becker

Gratitude ~ a message from Harold W. Becker

Wednesday, 26 November, 2014  (posted 28 November, 2014)

The unending qualities of life constantly surround us with natural beauty of unbelievable proportions. The wind plays upon the waves of water while the rose releases its fragrance of joy. As the rain splashes, a wondrous rainbow appears upon the sky while the ground anchors the living monument of a mighty tree which in turn, transforms energy so that we may breathe oxygen. All these natural experiences abound in limitless expression everywhere upon this globe. How many times do we stop and take notice?

Each moment of life we use physical objects and resources to provide nourishment, comfort, and convenience for our lives. We bathe, feed, and clothe our bodies with the treasures of this planet. We adorn ourselves in the minerals and metals of the earth. Our physical homes, places of employment, and means of conveyance all come from the physical riches of this world. All four elements provide the life sustaining qualities we require to move our bodies about and experience this corporeal reality.

Besides the physical relationship with this grand school, there are the metaphysical or transcendent qualities that go beyond the physical sensory capacity. This is our spiritual connection to life and the Universe, and this life force energy provides us with intelligence, imagination, wisdom, and love. More importantly, without this direct line of life-giving energy, we cease to exist as a physical being. Our Higher Self is our conscious link to all potential, including our ability to exist and function upon this planet.

The dimensions and possibilities of life astound the normal capacity of human thinking. We dream, feel, think, imagine, and experience our reality in a totally individual and unique way. No other being can see and experience life the same way we do. We have the full creative power to mold and evolve energy to manifest a reality that blesses and uplifts all. This amazing power stands quiescent within our world until we acknowledge, unfold and use its potential.

The only thing the universe ever asks for in return is love. Within this love is the quality of gratitude. All energy comes to us unqualified and without limit. We are the ones that stipulate and clothe it with either beauty or limitation. In every thought, condition, feeling, or experience, there is an opportunity to express gratitude to life for the bounty made available.

Each moment we breathe we use energy. Every drop of water, meal we ingest, and physical movement we take, comes from this incredible energy. The things we use for convenience, comfort, and work, also find expression from this power source. Our lives are simply on loan to us. It all comes to us naturally with just our love in return as caretakers of the physical forms in our reality.

Life is this simple. We, as limited human beings, make it hard and difficult. We place judgments, opinions, and criticism where there is no need. We hate, become angry, and suffer pain unnecessarily. The limited personality/ego constantly hoards and wastes this energy. In its wisdom, the universe never identifies with our suffering, instead it points the way to graceful perfection and allows us to accept and claim this potential.

Gratitude is a wonderful way to experience this world through peace, freedom, and joy. When we recognize the limitless good contained in every moment, we begin to know the grace that flows through life. Acknowledging all experiences as being helpful in some way, does immeasurable good to correcting wayward thoughts and feelings. Thankfulness helps release our hold upon old energy that limits and binds us.

Awareness in life expands when we embrace the fact that everything happens for a reason and we admit responsibility for our part. In every condition, event, situation, and problem, there is a true and underlying cause. The outer world is only a reflection of energy set into motion. When we gratefully welcome responsibility for the role we play, the correction and solution automatically come forth. Then it is up to us to insure that we do not repeat this activity. …

The process of gratitude includes accepting and honoring our self. The power we use is available to us because of our magnificent ability as spiritual beings. We learn this through our efforts of conscious expansion. We are angels playing in the field of all physical and nonphysical possibilities. When we are grateful to ourselves for our personal efforts, strength, perseverance, and courage, we automatically share this with the rest of creation. …

Honor the people, places, and things in your life. Observe the many intricate aspects that comprise the physical experiences we have. Realize that the earth nourishes your body and provides for your material existence while the sun provides the possibilities. As a self conscious being, you get to influence this action by loving it with all of your heart. When you do, gratitude will be your tribute to this marvelous existence.

Take loving care of everyone and everything and you will live like an angel. Graciously accept the good that permeates your reality. Let your angel friends help you share in this experience. Thank your Higher Self and all of Creation for the opportunity to be here. Once you feel this in your heart, you will fly free forever.

Love and hugs,
Harold W. Becker
